免疫力低下是由各种原因导致免疫系统不能正常发挥保护作用,在此情况下,极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染,因此免疫力低下最直接的表现就是容易生病。西医称之为“亚健康状态”。因为人体的免疫力大多取决于遗传基因、环境因素,其中环境因素一般多指饮食、睡眠、运动、压力等方面,而饮食则具有决定性的影响,因为有些食物的成分能够协助刺激免疫系统,增强免疫能力。如果缺乏这些重要营养素成分,则就会严重影响身体的免疫系统机能。
在当今社会,老龄化趋势显著,并且由于生活节奏加快,工作繁重生活压力大。很多人长期处于生活压力下,或者具有各种不良的生活习惯而导致睡眠缺乏;不平衡的膳食,使物质代谢处于不协调的内环境下,很多年轻人也易于免疫力低下,危害自身健康。发明人发现,免疫功能的不足或低下会对机体健康产生极为不利的影响,极易出现疲劳乏力、睡眠紊乱、易畏寒怕冷,手足不温、与年龄不相适应的生理功能减退所致的各种虚弱表现,进而使得多种传染病与非传染病(如感冒等呼吸道感染相关疾病)的发病率与死亡率提高。
因此,提高免疫力和抗疲劳也成为日益关注的焦点,开发以增强免疫力及缓解体力疲劳为功能的保健食品就具有广大的社会意义。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术问题,本发明提供一种药食同源的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用,本发明精选数十味道地药食同源中药药材,经合理配伍,共奏补气温阳之功效,可明显改善和消除疲劳乏力、睡眠紊乱、与年龄不相适应的生理功能减退所致的各种虚弱表现。因此具有良好的实际应用之价值。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明的第一个方面,提供一种药食同源的中药组合物,所述中药组合物包括如下组分:
党参、人参、黄精、乌梅、炙甘草、炙黄芪、当归、大枣、枸杞子、陈皮、肉桂、茯苓、山药、丁香、酸枣仁、莲子、麦芽、龙眼肉、荷叶、黑芝麻和木瓜。
本发明的第二个方面,提供上述中药组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:
将肉桂用水先浸泡,将剩余中药原料混匀后,放入密封容器中,让各中药相互作用,放置8-10小时后再搅拌混匀,再放置3-5小时,与浸泡后的肉桂一起用水浸泡3-5小时,然后加水煎煮,过滤取汁后再加水,继续煎煮,再过滤取汁,两次过滤取汁合并即得。
本发明的第三个方面,提供上述中药组合物在制备保健食品中的应用。

其中,党参味甘,性平,归脾、肺经,有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺、养血生津的功效,含有皂苷、挥发油、蛋白质、氨基酸、多糖、核酸、肽类、维生素和微量元素等,具有补中益气、健脾益肺,生津和胃的功效,有补而不燥的优点,主要活性成分为皂苷,具有改善记忆和学习机能等独特的生理功能;且还含有超氧化物歧化酶,可清除生物体内超氧阴离子自由基,增强机体的抗氧化能力。
人参味甘、微苦,性微温;归肺、脾、心经,具有大补元气,补脾益肺,生津,安神益智的功效。含多种人参皂苷、挥发油、氨基酸、微量元素及有机酸、糖类、维生素等成分。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,久病虚羸,惊悸失眠,阳痿宫冷;心力衰竭,心原性休克。
黄精味甘,性平;归脾、肺、肾经,具有养阴润肺,补脾益气,滋肾填精等功效。含黏液质、淀粉、糖、烟酸、醌类。多花黄精含二氨基丁酸、天门冬氨酸、高丝氨酸、毛地黄糖苷及多种蒽醌类化合物。具有抗病原微生物、降血脂、延缓衰老及其他作用,对心血管系统、免疫功能和环核苷酸含量、血糖均有影响。
乌梅味酸、涩,性平;归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。具有敛肺止咳,涩肠止泻,安蛔止痛,生津止渴等功效。主含柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、碳水化合物、谷甾醇、蜡样物质及齐墩果酸样物质。
炙甘草味甘,性平;归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有益气补中,润肺止咳,清热解毒,缓急止痛,调和药性等功效。含有三萜皂苷甘草酸,其钾、钙盐为甘草甜素,是甘草中的甜味成分,水解后产生2分子葡萄糖醛酸和1 分子18β-甘草次酸。含甘草皂苷A3、B2、C2、D3、F3、G2、H2、J2和 K2。从甘草中分离出的黄酮类化合物较多,且是抗溃疡、镇痉的有效成分。
炙黄芪味甘,性微温;归脾、肺经,健脾补中,升阳举陷,益卫固表,利尿,托毒生肌。主要成分为黄芪皂苷、黄芪多糖、氨基丁酸、微量元素硒、铁、锌、钙等,具有补气固表,增强体液免疫功能、细胞免疫功能、机体非特异性免疫功能的作用;还具有抗衰老和强心作用,可以保护肾小球血管内皮细胞结构完整性,改善其功能。
当归味甘、辛,性温;归肝、心、脾经。补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。当归中含β-蒎烯、α-蒎烯、莰烯等中性油成分。含对-甲基苯甲醇、 5-甲氧基-2,3-二甲苯酚等酸性油成分、有机酸、糖类、维生素、氨基酸等。
大枣味甘,性温;归脾、胃、心经。补中益气,养血安神。含有机酸、三萜苷类、生物碱类、黄酮类、糖类、维生素类、氨基酸、挥发油、微量元素等成分。大枣能增强肌力,增加体重;能增加胃肠黏液,纠正胃肠病损,保护肝脏;有增加白细胞内cAMP含量,抗变态反应作用;有镇静催眠作用;还有抑制癌细胞增殖、抗突变、镇痛及镇咳、祛痰等作用。
枸杞子味甘,性平;归肝、肾、肺经,其是传统的药食两源物质,具有滋补肝肾,益精血的功效,富含植物多糖、蛋白质、维生素、胡萝卜素等营养物质,还含有甜菜碱、玉蜀黍黄素、酸浆果红素等特殊营养成分,具有滋阴补血,益精明目的功效。枸杞中所含的枸杞多糖具有明显增强受损胰岛细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,提高胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化物对细胞的损伤,还具有够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力的作用。
陈皮味辛、苦,性温;归脾、肺经。理气健脾,燥湿化痰。其具有丰富的维生素B、维生素C及肌醇、川皮酮、橙皮甙等,调节胃肠功能以及利胆作用,可以促进体液免疫和细胞免疫,有明显的清除氧自由基作用,起到抗衰老、抗疲劳的作用,还含有黄酮类化合物有不同程度的抗癌作用,能拮抗多种化疗药物的致突变作用。
肉桂味辛、甘,性大热;归肾、脾、心、肝经。补火助阳,散寒止痛,活血通经。含挥发油(桂皮油)1.98%-2.06%,主要成分为桂皮醛,占 52.92%-61.20%。其他尚含有肉桂醇、肉桂醇醋酸酯、肉桂酸、醋酸苯丙脂、香豆素、黏液、鞣质等。具有抗炎、抗放射、抗肿瘤、提高免疫功能、平喘、杀虫等作用。
茯苓归心、肺、脾、肾经,具有利水渗湿,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效,含β-茯苓聚糖,占干重约93%,另含茯苓酸、蛋白质、脂肪、卵磷脂、胆碱、组氨酸、麦角甾醇等。主治水肿,痰饮,脾虚泄泻,心悸,失眠。
山药味甘,性平;归脾、肺、肾经,具有益气养阴,补脾肺肾,固精止带的功效。山药主含薯蓣皂苷元、黏液质、胆碱、淀粉、糖蛋白、游离氨基酸、维生素C、淀粉酶等。主治脾虚食少,倦怠乏力,便溏泄泻,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下尿频,内热消渴等。
丁香味辛,性温;归脾、胃、肾经。具有温中降逆,温肾助阳的功效。含挥发油16%-19%,油中主要成分是丁香油酚、乙酰丁香油酚,微量成分有丁香烯醇、庚酮、水杨酸甲脂、α-丁香烯、胡椒酚、苯甲醇、苯甲醛等。主治胃寒呃逆,脘腹冷痛,食少吐泻,肾虚阳痿,腰膝酸冷,阴疽。
酸枣仁味甘、酸,性平、温;归心、肝胆经。养心益肝,安神,敛汗。多含脂肪油和蛋白质,并有两种甾醇,两种三萜化合物(白桦脂醇、白桦脂酸),酸枣仁皂甙,还有多量维生素C。主要用于血虚心悸、怔忡、健忘、失眠、多梦、眩晕,体虚自汗、盗汗及津伤口渴咽干等。
莲子味甘、涩,性平;归脾、肾、心经。固精止带,补脾止泻,益肾养心。主含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、棉子糖、钙、磷、铁等。主要用于脾虚久泻,食欲不振,肾气不足,精关不固之遗精滑精或心肾不交之小便白浊,梦遗滑精,脾虚失运,水湿下注之带下证以及心肾不交,虚烦失眠。
麦芽味甘,性平;归脾、胃、肝经。消食健胃,回乳消胀。主要含α- 及β-淀粉酶、催化酶、麦芽糖及大麦芽碱、腺嘌呤、胆碱、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素B、D、E、细胞色素C等。又兼能疏肝解郁。
龙眼肉味甘,性温;归心、脾经。补益心脾,养血安神。含水溶性物质、不溶性物质、灰分。可溶性物质含葡萄糖,还含有蛋白质、脂肪以及维生素B1、B2、P、C等。能补心脾、益气血、安神。
荷叶味苦,性平。归肝、脾、胃经。清暑化湿,升发清阳,凉血止血。用于暑热烦渴,暑湿泄泻,脾虚泄泻,血热吐衄,便血崩漏。
黑芝麻味甘,性平;归肝、肾、大肠经。补益精血,润燥滑肠。种子含脂肪油,为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、二十四烷酸、二十二烷酸的甘油酯、芝麻素、芝麻林素、芝麻酚、维生素E,植物甾醇、卵磷脂、叶酸,尚含脂麻苷、蛋白质,车前糖、芝麻糖、磷,钾,细胞色素、多量草酸钙。主要用于须发早白,头晕眼花,妇女产后乳少,风痹,血虚津枯,肠燥便秘等。
木瓜味酸,性温;归肝、脾、胃经。舒筋活络,和胃化湿。含苹果酸、酒石酸、枸橼酸和皂甙,还含齐墩果酸。具有抗菌、抗病毒作用。同时促进造血,预防和治疗化学物质与辐射造成的白细胞减少。此外,木瓜还有抗放射、抗肿瘤、免疫抑制、抗补体、加速创口愈合、保肝作用。
上述诸药共奏补气温阳之效。用于疲劳乏力、睡眠紊乱、易畏寒怕冷,手足不温,足不温,年龄不相适应的生理功能减退所致的各种虚弱表现和提高免疫力,预防呼吸道感染。还用于运动员训练,增强耐力。

本发明的又一具体实施方式中,提供上述中药组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:
将肉桂用水先浸泡,将剩余中药原料混匀后,放入密封容器中,让各中药相互作用,放置8-10小时后再搅拌混匀,再放置3-5小时,与浸泡后的肉桂一起用水浸泡3-5小时,然后加水煎煮,过滤取汁后再加水,继续煎煮,再过滤取汁,两次过滤取汁合并即得。
其中,第一次煎煮料水比控制为1:10~20,优选为1:15,煎煮时间控制为30~60min,优选为45min。
第二次煎煮料水比控制为5~15,优选为1:10,煎煮时间控制为 30~45min,优选为45min。
所述水为纯净水。
本发明的又一具体实施方式中,提供上述中药组合物在制备保健食品中的应用。
所述保健食品包括饮料。
本发明的又一具体实施方式中,提供一种药食同源的中药饮料,所述中药饮料包含上述中药组合物。
本发明的又一具体实施方式中,所述中药饮料还包括食品学上可接受的辅料。所述辅料包括但不限于稀释剂、着色剂、甜味剂、抗氧化剂等。如白砂糖等。控制饮料甜度为Brix8-10%。
以下通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。以下各实施例中所用的原料都可通过商购获得,所用的设备均为现有设备。
实施例1
一种药食同源的中药饮料的制备方法,其活性成分包括如下组分:
党参10份,人参10份,黄精10份,乌梅5份,炙甘草10份,炙黄芪10份,当归10份,大枣5份,枸杞子20份,陈皮15份,肉桂10份,茯苓20份,山药25份,丁香10份,酸枣仁5份,莲子5份,麦芽5份,龙眼肉4份,荷叶3份,黑芝麻8份,木瓜8份。
所述制备方法包括:
将肉桂用纯净水浸泡,将剩余中药成分混匀后,放入密封容器中,放置10小时后再搅拌混匀,再放置5小时,与浸泡后的肉桂一起用纯净水浸泡3-5小时,然后加纯净水煎煮,过滤取汁后再加纯净水,继续煎煮,再过滤取汁,两次过滤液合并即得,加入白砂糖,控制饮料甜度约为Brix 8%。
其中,第一次煎煮料水比控制为1:15,煎煮时间控制为45min。

实施例2

试验例1
制备方法同实施例1,区别仅在于党参2份、麦芽1份、黑芝麻1份。
试验例2
制备方法同实施例1,区别仅在于党参20份、麦芽12份、黑芝麻12 份。
试验例3
制备方法同实施例1,区别仅在于原料增加桑葚10份、山楂10份。
试验例4
制备方法同实施例1,区别仅在于原料中缺少人参、肉桂和丁香。
效果验证
1、抗疲劳效果验证
为了验证产品的抗疲劳效果,将实施例1-3和对比例1-4产品进行真空浓缩干燥后加水稀释(稀释比例为1:4,W/W)后基于小鼠负重游泳实验验证产品的功效。
实验方法:选用体重为18-22g清洁级昆明种小鼠40只,雄性,随机分为8组,分别为生理盐水组、实施例1-3组及试验例1-4组。分别给小鼠连续喂予各组受试物28d,各实施例和试验例灌胃剂量为20g/kg,在末次灌胃受试物30min后,将小鼠尾根部负荷4%体重的铝丝,放于大小 80cm×60cm×60cm,水深30cm以上,水温(22±1)℃的玻璃水箱中,当小鼠头部沉入水面10s不能浮出,即刻计时为小鼠游泳时间。
实验结果见表1,采用单因素方差分析对试验数据进行统计分析,实施例1-3与试验例1-4与生理盐水组相比,均能够有效延长小鼠负重游泳的时间,表明本发明制备饮料具有明显的抗疲劳活性,但实施例1抗疲劳效果明显优于其他各组。

2、增强免疫力试验
为了验证产品的增强免疫力效果,将实施例1-3和对比例1-4产品进行真空浓缩干燥后加水稀释(稀释比例为1:4,W/W)后基于小鼠ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化的影响和小鼠抗体生成细胞(溶血空斑数)的影响验证其功效。
试验方法:ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验采用MTT法进行,各实施例和试验例灌胃剂量为20g/kg,分别给小鼠连续喂予各组受试物28d 后颈椎脱臼法处死小鼠,无菌取脾,用加ConA孔的光密度值减去不加 ConA孔的吸光度值(ΔA)代表淋巴细胞的增殖能力。小鼠抗体生成细胞 (溶血空斑数)采用Jerne改良玻片法进行,各实施例和试验例灌胃剂量为20g/kg,分别给小鼠连续喂予各组受试物28d后,每只鼠腹腔注射2% (V/V)的SRBC悬液0.2ml进行免疫,5d后处死小鼠,无菌取脾,制成细胞浓度为5×106个/ml脾细胞悬液。计数溶血空斑数。用空斑数/106脾细胞来表示。试验结果见表2。
注:与生理盐水组相比,*P<0.05,
由表2可知,在细胞免疫功能中,各实施例和试验例组在加ConA孔和不加ConA孔的吸光度差值(ΔA)与生理盐水组相比差异显著;在体液免疫功能中,各实施例和试验例溶血空斑数与生理盐水组比较差异显著,表明本申请的产品具有促进淋巴细胞增生,增强免疫功能。
3、产品稳定性试验
对本发明实施例1-3及试验例1-4提供的饮料存储期间稳定情况进行试验,该试验采用加速试验进行,试验条件温度控制为45±1℃,相对湿度控制为75±5%,分别取30天、60天、90天及120天进行试验观察并记录;试验结果见表3。

Claims (10)
1.一种药食同源的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物包括如下组分:
党参、人参、黄精、乌梅、炙甘草、炙黄芪、当归、大枣、枸杞子、陈皮、肉桂、茯苓、山药、丁香、酸枣仁、莲子、麦芽、龙眼肉、荷叶、黑芝麻和木瓜。
2.如权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述中药组合物包括如下组分:
党参3-30份,人参1-18份,黄精5-30份,乌梅2-10份,炙甘草3-15份,炙黄芪5-15份,当归5-15份,大枣2-10份,枸杞子10-30份,陈皮6-18份,肉桂5-15份,茯苓6-30份,山药9-45份,丁香3-12份,酸枣仁2-9份,莲子2-10份,麦芽2-10份,龙眼肉2-10份,荷叶1-6份,黑芝麻2-10份,木瓜2-10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,以重量份计,所述中药组合物包括如下组分:
党参5-15份,人参2-10份,黄精10-20份,乌梅5-8份,炙甘草5-10份,炙黄芪5-10份,当归10-15份,大枣4-8份,枸杞子15-25份,陈皮10-15份,肉桂10-15份,茯苓15-25份,山药20-30份,丁香5-10份,酸枣仁5-8份,莲子5-8份,麦芽5-8份,龙眼肉3-8份,荷叶2-5份,黑芝麻4-9份,木瓜5-9份。
4.如权利要求3所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,以重量份计,中药组合物包括如下组分:
党参10份,人参10份,黄精10份,乌梅5份,炙甘草10份,炙黄芪10份,当归10份,大枣5份,枸杞子20份,陈皮15份,肉桂10份,茯苓20份,山药25份,丁香10份,酸枣仁5份,莲子5份,麦芽5份,龙眼肉4份,荷叶3份,黑芝麻8份,木瓜8份。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:

7.权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水为纯净水。
8.权利要求1-4任一项所述中药组合物在制备保健食品中的应用;优选的,所述保健食品包括饮料。
9.一种药食同源的中药饮料,其特征在于,所述中药饮料包含权利要求1-4任一项所述中药组合物。
10.如权利要求9所述中药饮料,其特征在于,所述中药饮料还包括食品学上可接受的辅料;
优选的,所述辅料包括稀释剂、着色剂、甜味剂和抗氧化剂;
优选的,所述辅料为白砂糖;控制饮料甜度为Brix8-10%。
