Abstract
本发明公开了一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物,所述植物组合物包含石斛、花椒、五味子和甘草。本发明的有益效果为:能有效促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥症状。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,具体涉及一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
唾液是人体自身分泌的一种生理物质,在我们日常生命活动中起着重要作用。唾液可以:
1、帮助我们吞咽食物,保持口腔湿润,使语言、咀嚼功能顺利进行;
2、唾液中含有的淀粉酶能够帮助食物消化;
3、唾液中含有的无机物和有机物,比如钠、钾、磷酸钙、蛋白质、葡萄糖等能平衡口腔内部酸碱度,帮助牙齿标点的珐琅质成熟和矿化,防治牙齿珐琅质受到侵害;
4、唾液的流动可清洁口腔内的食物残渣、细菌、脱落的上皮等,进而防止龋齿的发生;
5、唾液还有一定的抗菌作用,唾液中的溶菌酶能够起到杀菌作用,唾液是人体抵抗外来细菌的第一道屏障。
《本草纲目》记载:“人有病,则心肾不交,肾水不上,故津液干而真气耗也。”李时珍指出:“津液乃人之精气所化。”古代医学家认为“津”系“精”所化,精盈则肾水上升,化为津液,津液再予咽下,能润心,使心火免于过盛,水火相济,阴平阳秘谓之“自饮长生酒”。因此,古人常以吞咽津液达到祛病强身、益寿延年之效。
现代生活中,不少原因使得我们唾液分泌量减少,威胁着我们的口腔健康:精神紧张不安、年龄的增加,唾液腺功能减弱、放射性治疗、糖尿病、药物副作用、天气干燥、抽烟、喝酒等不健康的生活习惯都会导致唾液分泌减少。本发明组方可增加唾液分泌量、减轻口腔干燥症状。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物,所述植物组合物包含石斛、花椒、五味子和甘草。
其中,石斛:石斛位于“九大仙草”之首,具有极高的药用价值;其化学成分主要为多糖类、石斛碱、氨基酸等,其性甘、微寒,益胃生津,滋阴清热。用于热病津伤,口干烦渴,胃阴不足,食少干呕,病后虚热不退,阴虚火旺,骨蒸劳热,目暗不明,筋骨痿软。铁皮石斛可下调TNF-α和IL-1β、调节T细胞亚群,缓解炎性细胞因子对唇腺的破坏,上调APQ5基因表达,增加唾液分泌。APQ5主要参与腺体的分泌及水分的转运,各种腺体腺泡细胞顶膜面均有分布;APQ5在腺泡细胞顶膜增加,通过信号通路传导,激活M3受体,促使胞质内Ca2+浓度升高,胞质内的APQ5向细胞顶膜进行转运,引起腺泡细胞水分的分泌增加,铁皮石斛多糖作为产品中的保湿剂,有利于口腔保湿,减少水分散失,进而缓解口干症状。
花椒:辛、温,温中止痛,杀虫止痒。用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,虫积腹痛;外治湿疹,阴痒。花椒中的酰胺类物质可刺激唾液腺,使唾液分泌量即时增加。
五味子:酸、甘,温。固涩收敛,益气生津,补肾宁心。用于久咳虚喘,遗尿,尿频,遗精,久泻,盗汗,伤津口渴,气短脉虚,内热消渴,心悸失眠,肝炎;含有五味子素及维生素C、鞣质及少量糖类等。五味子中的有机酸类成分同样可以刺激唾液腺,使唾液分泌量即时增加。
甘草:甘、平,补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。
四种作为药食同源的中药,安全可靠。
作为优选,所述植物组合物由以下重量组份的组分制成:石斛8~15份、花椒5~10份、五味子5~10份和甘草1~3份。
作为优选,所述植物组合物由以下重量组份的组分制成:石斛10份、花椒8份、五味子8份和甘草2份。
作为优选,所述石斛选自铁皮石斛,也可以选择其它可食用的石斛品种。
作为优选,所述植物组合物还包含多元醇、柠檬酸水溶液和乳酸链球菌。
多元醇作为溶剂、保湿剂;柠檬酸水溶液的质量百分比浓度为0.05%,为pH调节剂、溶剂;乳酸链球菌作为防腐剂使用。
本发明还提供了一种制备所述植物组合物的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取石斛、花椒、五味子和甘草,加入水或乙醇提取,得提取液;
(2)将所述提取液过滤,收集滤液,浓缩至无醇味,得浸膏。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中乙醇的体积百分比浓度为40%~95%。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中乙醇的体积百分比浓度为50%或75%。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中乙醇提取的次数为1~5次,每次所述提取的时间为1~5小时。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明中,重用石斛,生津清热,为君药。花椒促进唾液分泌,五味子益气生津,共为臣药。甘草清热,调和诸药,以缓和花椒、五味子辛温之性。诸药合用,共凑生津之功,能有效保持口腔湿润,缓解口腔干燥。
本发明中选取花椒、石斛、五味子、甘草,通过提取分离制备成可以添加在具有增加唾液分泌、减轻口干症状功效诉求的口腔用品或食品、保健品中的原料。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员详细了解本发明的生产工艺和技术效果,下面以具体的生产实例来进一步介绍本发明的应用和技术效果。
实施例1
按重量份数,称取铁皮石斛10份、花椒8份、五味子8份和甘草2份,加入体积百分比浓度为50%的乙醇回流提取2小时,过滤,收集滤液,减压浓缩至无醇味,得浸膏(组方1)。
实施例2
省略花椒,其余完全按照实施例1的方式来进行(组方2)。
实施例3
省略铁皮石斛,其余完全按照实施例1的方式来进行(组方3)。
实施例4
省略甘草,其余完全按照实施例1的方式来进行(组方4)。
实施例5
省略五味子,其余完全按照实施例1的方式来进行(组方5)。
促唾液功效试验方法
邀请5~10位受试者,对其使用测试组方前后的静态唾液总流量(吐取法)进行测定。
阴性对照组:受试者在停止进食、饮水和吸烟后1h,取30g蒸馏水,漱口5~10s,受试者端坐于安静室内,不说话、不咀嚼、无吞咽动作,使唾液在口底聚集,受试者每隔60s将其吐入预先称好重量的烧杯中,收集5min,称唾液重量。
阳性对照组:受试者在停止进食、饮水和吸烟后1h,取0.05mol/L的枸橼酸水溶液30g,漱口5~10s,受试者端坐于安静室内,不说话、不咀嚼、无吞咽动作,使唾液在口底聚集,受试者每隔60s将其吐入预先称好重量的烧杯中,收集5min,称唾液重量。
实验组:受试者在停止进食、饮水和吸烟后1h,取粗浸膏配制成的5%样品溶液30g,漱口5~10s,受试者端坐于安静室内,不说话、不咀嚼、无吞咽动作,使唾液在口底聚集,受试者每隔60s将其吐入预先称好重量的烧杯中,收集5min,称唾液重量。
调查询问受试者,唾液分泌增加的感觉、溶液口感。
试验结果,见图1。
从图1可以看出,相对于阴性对照,各组方均有促进唾液分泌的效果;组方1,4,5促唾液分泌效果优于阳性对照;组方2/3分别减少花椒和铁皮石斛后,唾液分泌量明显低于其他3个组方,说明花椒、石斛为该组方中的重要药物;通过受试者调查,70%的受试者认为组方1口感最优。
实施例6
将实施例1中体积百分比浓度为50%的乙醇替换为水,其余完全按照实施例1的方式来进行。
实施例7
将实施例1中体积百分比浓度为50%的乙醇替换为体积百分比浓度为75%的乙醇,其余完全按照实施例1的方式来进行。
采用水提、50%醇提、75%醇提所得实施例1、实施例6和实施例7的样品促唾液分泌功效进行评估,选定提取溶剂。
试验方法同上,结果见图2。
从图2可以看出,75%乙醇、50%乙醇、水分别作为提取溶剂,相对于阴性对照,各样品均具有促进唾液分泌的效果,其中以50%乙醇提取的样品促唾液分泌效果最佳,故选定50%作为提取溶剂。
实施例8
按重量份数,取实施例1所得浸膏80份、多元醇18.45份、质量百分比浓度为0.05%的柠檬酸水溶液1.5份和乳酸链球菌0.05份。将多元醇加入浸膏中,混匀,得物料A;将乳酸链球菌加入柠檬酸水溶液中,混匀,得物料B;将物料A和物料B混匀,过滤,得产品1。
产品促唾液分泌作用的研究
试验方法
邀请20位受试者,对其使用测试组方前后的静态唾液总流量(吐取法)进行测定。
阴性对照组:受试者在停止进食、饮水和吸烟后1h,取30g蒸馏水,漱口5~10s,受试者端坐于安静室内,不说话、不咀嚼、无吞咽动作,使唾液在口底聚集,受试者每隔60s将其吐入预先称好重量的烧杯中,收集5min,称唾液重量。
实验组:受试者在停止进食、饮水和吸烟后1h,取样品配制成的5%样品(产品1)溶液30g,漱口5~10s,受试者端坐于安静室内,不说话、不咀嚼、无吞咽动作,使唾液在口底聚集,受试者每隔60s将其吐入预先称好重量的烧杯中,收集5min,称唾液重量。
两次样品间隔60min,且间隔期间禁止进食、饮水和吸烟。
调查询问受试者,唾液分泌增加的感觉,口腔湿润感和溶液口感。
试验结果如下:

从试验数据可以看出,75%的受试者均唾液分泌量增加,其中55%的受试者唾液分泌明显增加;通过受试者调查,20位受试者中有17位表示感觉唾液分泌增加,占比85%,说明该发明具有促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的作用。
实施例9
称取铁皮石斛10g、花椒8g、五味子8g、甘草2g,加560ml50%乙醇回流提取2h,300目筛网过滤,收集滤液;滤渣加420ml50%乙醇回流提取1.5h,300目筛网过滤,收集滤液;合并滤液,减压浓缩至无醇味,敞口浓缩至280g浸膏。浸膏冷却至60℃,加入天然澄清剂B相11.2g,搅匀,60℃保温90min,过程中每30min搅拌一次;保温结束,加入5.1g天然澄清剂A相,搅匀,放置30min后再次搅匀,静置过夜。加8.4g硅藻土至静置液中,搅拌分散均匀,用5μm滤膜正压过滤,收集滤液。敞口浓缩滤液至112g,加入25.8g丙二醇;另取0.07g乳酸链球菌素用0.05%柠檬酸水溶液2.1g溶解完全加入浸膏中,搅匀,用200目筛网过滤,即得。
实施例中用到的天然澄清剂为市售产品,天然澄清剂A相组份为海藻酸钠溶液,天然澄清剂B相为壳聚糖改性活性炭溶液。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明而非限制本发明的技术方案,尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域技术人员应当理解,依然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明的精神和范围的任何修改或局部替换,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。

1.一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物,其特征在于,所述植物组合物由以下重量组份的组分制成:石斛8~15份、花椒5~10份、五味子5~10份和甘草1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物,其特征在于,所述植物组合物由以下重量组份的组分制成:石斛10份、花椒8份、五味子8份和甘草2份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物,其特征在于,所述石斛选自铁皮石斛。
4.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种促进唾液分泌、减轻口腔干燥的植物组合物,其特征在于,所述植物组合物还包含多元醇、柠檬酸水溶液和乳酸链球菌。
5.一种制备权利要求1-2任一项所述植物组合物的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)称取石斛、花椒、五味子和甘草,加入水或乙醇提取,得提取液;
(2)将所述提取液过滤,收集滤液,浓缩至无醇味,得浸膏。
6.根据权利要求5制备所述植物组合物的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中乙醇的体积百分比浓度为40%~95%。
7.根据权利要求6制备所述植物组合物的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中乙醇的体积百分比浓度为50%或75%。
8.根据权利要求5制备所述植物组合物的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中乙醇提取的次数为1~5次,每次所述提取的时间为1~5小时。
