Abstract
双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀,包括隔离联接管,隔离联接管的两端分别连接蝶阀,阀杆组件设在阀体上,阀杆组件与蝶板相连接,隔离联接管上设接口,隔离联接管与阀体相连接,阀杆组件的阀杆与蝶板相连接,阀体上具有防尘圈安装台阶,防尘圈安装台阶内配置防尘圈,防尘圈套在阀杆外,防尘圈配有挡圈,挡圈与蝶板之间配置定位套,定位套配合套设在阀杆外,阀体上还具有阀座安装台阶,阀座安装台阶上配置所述阀座,压紧环压设在阀座的外侧;在隔离联接管的两端分别设置蝶阀,隔离联接管上还具有接口,两端的蝶阀关闭后往隔离联接管内注入液氮冷却两端蝶阀的温度,即使损坏后,也可拆卸,快速进行维护和更换,使用寿命更高且维护成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀如三偏心蝶阀,其广泛使用在化工、化纤、电力、冶金、制药、环保等工况中,其都存在着需要高温或超高温的要求,以便高温管道的设计、运行安全和维护检修等。使用高温的三偏心蝶阀,使用温度一般都在600℃(摄氏度)以下,再高的话就超出了阀门材料的使用温度了。高温烟道的温度能达到800℃左右,一般的高温蝶阀难以在该苛刻工况下使用。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明所解决的技术问题旨在提供一种使用寿命更高且维护成本较低的双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀,包括有隔离联接管,隔离联接管的两端分别连接蝶阀,蝶阀包括有阀体、阀杆组件、防尘圈、定位套、蝶板、阀座、压紧环和螺钉,阀杆组件设置在阀体上,阀杆组件与蝶板相连接,其特征在于:隔离联接管上设有第一接口,隔离联接管与阀体相连接,阀杆组件包括有阀杆,阀杆与蝶板相连接,阀体上具有防尘圈安装台阶,防尘圈安装台阶内配置所述防尘圈,防尘圈套设在阀杆外,防尘圈配有挡圈,挡圈与蝶板之间配置定位套,定位套配合套设在阀杆外,阀体上还具有阀座安装台阶,阀座安装台阶上配置所述阀座,压紧环与阀体之间由螺钉连接,压紧环压设在阀座的外侧。
隔离联接管上还设有第二接口。
阀杆与执行机构传动连接。
隔离联接管两端的蝶阀的阀杆之间相互传动连接。
阀体与阀杆之间还设有轴套。
阀杆与蝶板之间采用固定销连接。
阀座相对蝶板设置在外侧。
本发明的有益效果为,该双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀,在隔离联接管的两端分别设置蝶阀,隔离联接管上还具有第一接口,两端的蝶阀关闭后往隔离联接管内注入液氮可以冷却两端蝶阀的温度,另外即使在使用损坏后,也可以通过可拆卸式的安装结构,快速进行维护和更换,相互结合使得该阀门使用寿命更高且维护成本较低。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本实施方式中双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀,包括有隔离联接管1,隔离联接管1的两端分别连接蝶阀2,形成双联式蝶阀结构。蝶阀2包括有阀体3、阀杆组件、防尘圈5、定位套6、蝶板7、阀座8、压紧环9和螺钉10。其中阀杆组件与阀体3相连接,阀杆组件与蝶板7相连接,阀杆组件的阀杆4在阀体3上转动,从而带动蝶板7转动,蝶板与阀体上的阀座配合进行阀门启闭,此为成熟技术。将阀体3与隔离联接管1相连接,可以采用焊接或法兰连接的方式相连接,另外隔离联接管上设有第一接口11,第一接口11将位于两端的蝶板2之间,第一接口可用于与液氮源(如液氮设备)连接,在第一接口可以配置接头方便连接。通过隔离联接管1与其两端的蝶阀2形成的双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀,其中隔离联接管具有第一接口,在使用过程中可以往隔离联接管内注入和排出液氮,从而能够满足高温(800℃左右)烟道的需求,在阀门关闭将隔离联接管进行隔离封闭后,可以注入液氮进行冷却,冷却蝶阀处的温度,将蝶阀的温度控制在阀门材料能承受的范围,保证靠近高温端的蝶阀能够可靠运行,延长阀门使用寿命,减小高温烟道高温工况使用维护成本。
另外,阀杆组件包括有阀杆4,阀杆4与蝶板7相连接,阀体3上具有防尘圈安装台阶,防尘圈安装台阶内配置所述防尘圈5,防尘圈安装台阶为与阀杆同轴设置的台阶孔,防尘圈5套设在阀杆4外,防尘圈5配有挡圈12,挡圈12可以限位在防尘圈5外,防尘圈能够避免介质中的烟尘沿阀杆向外逸散;挡圈12与蝶板7之间配置定位套6,定位套6配合套设在阀杆4外,从而使阀杆与蝶板运行更稳定,避免沿阀杆方向轴向窜动。另外,防尘圈结构布局合理,通过定位套将挡圈顶住,由挡圈再将防尘圈封住限位,安装也方便。阀体3上还具有阀座安装台阶,阀座安装台阶上配置所述阀座8,阀座安装台阶(即台阶孔)的中心轴与阀杆垂直,压紧环9与阀体3之间由螺钉10连接,通过螺钉将压紧环锁紧在阀座上,压紧环压设在阀座的外侧,从而能够将阀座安装在阀座安装台阶上。使得阀座与阀体为可拆卸式的安装结构,在蝶板的密封面(与阀座密封配合)和阀座在使用损坏后,可以快速拆卸安装进行维护和更换,降低高温烟道高温工况使用维护成本,另外这种可拆卸式的安装结构可以采用不同材料组合的阀座与蝶板,满足不同使用场合,适用性更强。
该双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀,在隔离联接管的两端分别设置蝶阀,隔离联接管上还具有第一接口,两端的蝶阀关闭后往隔离联接管内注入液氮可以冷却两端蝶阀的温度,另外即使在使用损坏后,也可以通过可拆卸式的安装结构,快速进行维护和更换,相互结合使得该阀门使用寿命更高且维护成本较低。
还可以在隔离联接管上还设置第二接口13。液氮的注入和排出可以配置液氮加注设备,液氮的注入和排出可以通过一个接口,也可以分别通过两个接口。另外的接口可以用于排污。比如,仅设置第一接口,则用于液氮的注入和排出;设置第一接口和第二接口时,第一接口和第二接口可以分别用于液氮的注入和排出,或者其中一个接口用于液氮的注入和排出,另一个接口用于排污;还可以第三接口,第一接口、第二接口分别用于液氮的注入和排出,第三接口用于排污。
阀杆4与执行机构14传动连接,由执行机构带动阀杆进行转动,实现阀门启闭,控制介质流量和压力的作用。另外,执行机构可以选用电动(电机驱动)或气动、液动等,隔离联接管的两端的阀门的阀杆可以分别各自配置相应的执行机构或者仅配置一执行机构。图中,隔离联接管两端的蝶阀的阀杆之间相互传动连接,两阀杆之间相互传动连接,可以通过连杆机构(图中采用连杆机构41)或链条链轮机构等传动连接,就可以两阀杆中择一直接与执行机构传动连接,通过单执行机构配两阀杆传动连接实现蝶阀的同步联动启闭,结构合理,同步稳定性较高。
阀体3与阀杆4之间还设有轴套,使阀杆转动更顺利。
另外,阀杆4与蝶板7之间采用固定销15连接。可将阀杆设置为完整阀杆或分为上阀杆和下阀杆,均与蝶板采用固定销的方式连接。
另外,阀体3可以采用分体结构进行焊接,阀体3具有本体部分31、内圈部分32和加厚部分33,内圈部分设置在本体部分的安装孔内,加厚部分设置在前侧,方便各部分的加工,以及适用性更强,根据不同需求可以各部分的材质、结构均可以选择。其中防尘圈安装台阶、阀座安装台阶设置在内圈部分上,加厚部分的内孔与内圈部分的阀座安装台阶对应。另外加厚部分上可以设置法兰盘用于与主管道连接,当然与主管道也可以采用焊接等其他方式连接。加厚部分33上可以设置台阶孔供压紧环9安装设置,压紧环具有台阶柱的外圈可以配置在加厚部分的台阶孔内,安装方便,结构稳定,并且加厚部分单独进行台阶孔的加工较为方便。阀座相对蝶板设置在外侧,即隔离联接管两端的蝶阀的阀座靠外设置,阀座相对在外侧,蝶板相对在内侧,在该蝶阀的阀座安装结构以及蝶板与阀杆组件的安装结构下,方便拆卸维护。

1.双联式隔离高温烟道蝶阀,包括有隔离联接管(1),隔离联接管(1)的两端分别连接蝶阀(2),蝶阀(2)包括有阀体(3)、阀杆组件、防尘圈(5)、定位套(6)、蝶板(7)、阀座(8)、压紧环(9)和螺钉(10),阀杆组件与阀体(3)相连接,阀杆组件与蝶板(7)相连接,其特征在于:隔离联接管(1)上设有第一接口(11),隔离联接管(1)与阀体(3)相连接,阀杆组件包括有阀杆(4),阀杆(4)与蝶板(7)相连接,阀体上具有防尘圈安装台阶,防尘圈安装台阶内配置所述防尘圈(5),防尘圈(5)套设在阀杆(4)外,防尘圈(5)配有挡圈(12),挡圈(12)与蝶板(7)之间配置定位套(6),定位套(6)配合套设在阀杆(4)外,阀体上还具有阀座安装台阶,阀座安装台阶上配置所述阀座(8),压紧环(9)与阀体(3)之间由螺钉(10)连接,压紧环(9)压设在阀座(8)的外侧。
