本发明涉及一种快运托盘分拣装置,包括安装架,其特征是:在所述安装架上安装牛眼板,牛眼板中间存在至少两个间隙,在两个间隙的下方分别安装有滑块导轨,在滑块导轨的滑块上安装顶伸模块,顶伸模块跟随着滑块沿滑块导轨运动,在顶伸模块上安装推板,推板由顶伸模块驱动实现上下运动与托盘接触;所述两个推板可在牛眼板的间隙中以相同速度或者存在速度差移动,通过两个推板的速度差实现向左、向右或向前三个方向的分拣。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,通过滑块导轨与顶伸模块的配合实现托盘的分拣,可靠性高,能有效提高托盘输送的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快运托盘分拣装置,属于分拣设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在快运重货托盘运输过程中,通常使用辊筒输送线和倍速链来进行货物的运送,在转向和分拣的区域一般使用顶升移载机来进行分拣,货物进入顶升移载机后首先需要把托盘停止下来,然后等待设备的另一个运动方向机构升起,托盘再开始输送,故其效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种快运托盘分拣装置,使托盘实现直行和转弯运动,托盘在进出设备前后保持速度不变,提高了效率。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述快运托盘分拣装置,包括安装架,其特征是:在所述安装架上安装牛眼板,牛眼板中间存在至少两个间隙,在两个间隙的下方分别安装有滑块导轨,在滑块导轨的滑块上安装顶伸模块,顶伸模块跟随着滑块沿滑块导轨运动,在顶伸模块上安装推板,推板由顶伸模块驱动实现上下运动与托盘接触;所述两个推板可在牛眼板的间隙中以相同速度或者存在速度差移动,通过两个推板的速度差实现向左、向右或向前三个方向的分拣。
进一步地,在所述安装架上安装动力辊筒,动力辊筒驱动托盘进入分拣区域。
进一步地,所述滑块导轨安装固定在安装架的横梁上,配合光电感应装置,光电感应装置感应到托盘进入到分拣区域后,滑块导轨上的滑块带动安装在其上的顶伸模块开始运动;两个顶伸模块根据分拣要求以预设的速度在轨道上运行,通过速度差推动托盘向左、向右或先前输送,实现对托盘的分拣功能。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,通过滑块导轨与顶伸模块的配合实现托盘的分拣,可靠性高;分拣过程中托盘以原有速度输送,能有效提高托盘输送的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-图2所示:本发明所述快运托盘分拣装置包括安装架1,在安装架1上安装牛眼板3和动力辊筒6,牛眼板3中间存在至少两个间隙,在两个间隙的下方分别安装有滑块导轨2,在滑块导轨2的滑块上安装顶伸模块4,顶伸模块4跟随着滑块沿滑块导轨2运动,在顶伸模块4上安装推板5,推板5由顶伸模块4驱动实现上下运动与托盘接触,所述推板5可在牛眼板3的间隙中移动。
所述两个滑块导轨2上的两个滑块移动速度可以一致或者存在速度差。
所述滑块导轨2安装固定在安装架1的横梁上,配合光电感应装置,光电感应装置感应到托盘进入到分拣区域后,滑块导轨2上的滑块和顶伸模块4同时开始运动。分别安装在两个顶伸模块4上的推板5根据分拣要求以预设的速度在轨道2上运行,通过速度差推动托盘向左、向右或先前输送,实现对托盘的分拣功能。
本发明的工作过程:
通常推板5隐藏于牛眼板3之下,当托盘末端进入动力辊筒6后,由动力滚筒6进一步将托盘向前输送,光电感应到托盘后,顶伸模块4将推板5顶起,滑块导轨2上的滑块开始运动使推板5接触托盘,在推板5顶起、接触托盘的过程中,动力滚筒6仍能对托盘提供持续的输送能力。
推板5接触托盘后,通过两个推板5的速度差实现向左、向右、先前输送托盘,具体实现方式为,需要向左输送托盘时,右侧推板速度大于左侧推板的速度,从而实现托盘向左转向,在两个推板5的协力作用下,将托盘实现向左输送出分拣区域;同理,需要向右输送托盘时,左侧的推板速度大于右侧推板,将托盘实现向右转向,两个推板5协力将托盘输送出分拣区域;需要向前分拣时,两个推板5以相同速度运行,协力将托盘先前输送出分拣区域。
送出托盘后顶伸模块4缩回牛眼板3下方,同时和滑块一起快速回到原位,等待对下个托盘的分拣。
本发明能够让托盘在运动的过程中实现分拣,减少了托盘停止转向所用的时间,提高了托盘分拣的效率;分拣设备采用模块化设计,方便维护检修和更换。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,通过简单的伺服驱动结构实现托盘的不停歇分拣,可靠性高,效率高,易维护。

1.一种快运托盘分拣装置,包括安装架(1),其特征是:在所述安装架(1)上安装牛眼板(3),牛眼板(3)中间存在至少两个间隙,在两个间隙的下方分别安装有滑块导轨(2),在滑块导轨(2)的滑块上安装顶伸模块(4),顶伸模块(4)跟随着滑块沿滑块导轨(2)运动,在顶伸模块(4)上安装推板(5),推板(5)由顶伸模块(4)驱动实现上下运动与托盘接触;所述两个推板(5)可在牛眼板(3)的间隙中以相同速度或者存在速度差移动,通过两个推板(5)的速度差实现向左、向右或向前三个方向的分拣。
2.如权利要求1所述的快运托盘分拣装置,其特征是:在所述安装架(1)上安装动力辊筒(6),动力辊筒(6)驱动托盘进入分拣区域。
