本发明公开了一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,包括:机架,在机架上设置有上料输送带、翻转台、上料机械手、翻转台驱动装置,在翻转台上设置有翻转通槽,翻转台驱动装置驱动翻转台向下移动后,翻转通槽中的型材能被搁置于上料输送带上,上料输送带能将型材向着上料机械手输送,上料机械手能对上料输送带输送过来的型材进行抓取,并且能将抓取的型材送去冲孔机冲孔,还包括:下料装置。上述的光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置不仅能将未冲孔的型材自动送入至冲孔机中进行冲孔,并且在型材冲完孔后还能将型材从冲孔机上取下并向外输送,从而大大提高了生产效率和降低了人工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏组件边框生产设备领域,具体涉及一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置。
背景技术
光伏组件边框的型材包括:长边和短边,两根长边和两根短边对拼后就能得到光伏组件边框;型材需要冲孔,现在型材冲孔时由人工将型材送入至冲孔机中,冲完孔后在由人工将型材从冲孔机上取下。型材冲孔由人工上料和下料存在生产效率低、人工成本高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:将提供一种能将未冲孔的型材自动送入至冲孔机中冲孔然后又能将冲完孔的型材自动取下并向外输送的光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,包括:机架,其特征在于:在机架上设置有上料输送带、翻转台、上料机械手、能驱动翻转台上下移动的翻转台驱动装置,翻转台位于上料输送带的前部,上料机械手位于上料输送带的后部,在翻转台上设置有左右走向的能使型材翻转的翻转通槽,当型材被左右走向着放置于翻转通槽前侧壁的顶端上时,型材会因为前轻后重而向后翻转着落入翻转通槽中,从而使型材能完成翻转,翻转台驱动装置驱动翻转台向下移动后,翻转通槽中的型材能被搁置于上料输送带上,上料输送带能将型材向着上料机械手输送,上料机械手能对上料输送带输送过来的型材进行抓取,并且能将抓取的型材送去冲孔机冲孔,上料机械手的结构包括:能在机架上前后滑动的安装架和能驱动安装架前后移动的安装架驱动装置,在安装架上设置有旋转气缸,在旋转气缸的旋转座上设置有气动手指,气动手指对夹后能对上料输送带上的型材进行抓取;还包括:下料装置,下料装置的结构包括:位于冲孔机前方的下料输送带、安装于冲孔机上的推料气缸、能使冲完孔的型材滑落至下料输送带上的滑轨,推料气缸能将冲完孔的型材推出冲孔机,并且能使型材顺着滑轨滑落至下料输送带上。
进一步的,前述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其中:下料装置的结构还包括:向前倾斜的挡条,挡条位于滑轨末端的前方,并且位于下料输送带的上方,型材滑离滑轨后会落于挡条上,然后再顺着挡条滑落至下料输送带上。
进一步的,前述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其中:翻转通槽的前侧壁向前倾斜布置。
进一步的,前述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其中:翻转通槽的后侧壁竖直布置。
进一步的,前述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其中:在翻转台的左右两侧分别设置有一个限位板,两块限位板均由气缸驱动左右移动,两块限位板在各自气缸的驱动下向着翻转台上的型材移动后能对型材进行左右限位。
进一步的,前述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其中:在机架上还设置有位于上料输送带后部的定位块,定位块由气缸驱动上下移动,定位块在气缸驱动下向上移动后能对待抓取的型材进行阻挡,使得待抓取的型材能停止向后移动而等待被抓取。
本发明的优点为:所述的光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置不仅能将未冲孔的型材自动送入至冲孔机中进行冲孔,并且在型材冲完孔后还能将型材从冲孔机上取下并向外输送,从而大大提高了生产效率和降低了人工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,包括:机架1,在机架1上设置有上料输送带2、翻转台3、上料机械手4、能驱动翻转台3上下移动的翻转台驱动装置31,翻转台3位于上料输送带2的前部,上料机械手4位于上料输送带2的后部,在翻转台3上设置有左右走向的能使型材9翻转的翻转通槽32,当型材9被左右走向着放置于翻转通槽32前侧壁的顶端上时,型材9会因为前轻后重而向后翻转着落入翻转通槽32中,从而使型材9能完成翻转,翻转台驱动装置31驱动翻转台3向下移动后,翻转通槽32中的型材9能被搁置于上料输送带2上,上料输送带2能将型材9向着上料机械手4输送,上料机械手4能对上料输送带2输送过来的型材9进行抓取,并且能将抓取的型材9送去冲孔机91冲孔,上料机械手4的结构包括:能在机架1上前后滑动的安装架41和能驱动安装架41前后移动的安装架驱动装置5,安装架41通过直线导轨安装于机架1上,在安装架41上设置有旋转气缸42,在旋转气缸42的旋转座上设置有气动手指43,气动手指43对夹后能对上料输送带2上的型材9进行抓取,型材9被抓取后,旋转气缸42会驱动气动手指43带着型材9从上方旋转180度,然后安装架驱动装置5会驱动安装架41平移,使得型材9能被送入至冲孔机91中。
在本实施例中,上料输送带2设置有两个,并且它们左右并排间隔布置,使得型材9能被平稳输送;翻转台3由左右并排间隔布置的两部分组成;翻转通槽32设置有两个,并且它们前后并排间隔布置,这样设置后就可以一次翻转两根型材,然后将两根型材一起放置于上料输送带2上,从而能提高生产效率;翻转台驱动装置31为气缸,并且设置有两个;安装架驱动装置5的结构包括:丝杠、螺母、电机,丝杠通过轴承安装于机架上,螺母螺纹连接于丝杠上,丝杠由电机驱动旋转,螺母与安装架相固定;旋转气缸42设置有两个,气动手指43也设置有两个,抓取型材时,两个气动手指43分别夹于型材的两端上。
光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,还包括:下料装置,下料装置的结构包括:位于冲孔机91前方的下料输送带6、安装于冲孔机91上的推料气缸7、能使冲完孔的型材9滑落至下料输送带6上的滑轨8、向前倾斜的挡条81,推料气缸7能将冲完孔的型材9推出冲孔机91,并且能使型材9顺着滑轨8滑落,挡条81位于滑轨8末端的前方,并且位于下料输送带6的上方,型材9滑离滑轨8后会落于挡条81上,然后再顺着挡条81滑落至下料输送带6上,设置挡条81是为了保证型材9能以相同的状态落于下料输送带6上。本实施例中,推料气缸7设置有两个,滑轨8设置有两个,挡条81设置有两个。
翻转通槽32的前侧壁向前倾斜布置,翻转通槽32的后侧壁竖直布置,这样设置后能使型材可靠翻转至所需的状态。
在翻转台3的左右两侧分别设置有一个限位板10,两块限位板10均由气缸驱动左右移动,两块限位板10在各自气缸的驱动下向着翻转台3上的型材9移动后能对型材9进行左右限位。
在机架1上还设置有位于上料输送带后部的定位块12,定位块12由气缸驱动上下移动,定位块12在气缸驱动下向上移动后能对待抓取的型材9进行阻挡,使得待抓取的型材9能停止向后移动而等待被抓取,型材9被抓取后,定位块12会下移而不阻碍型材9旋转。

1.一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,包括:机架,其特征在于:在机架上设置有上料输送带、翻转台、上料机械手、能驱动翻转台上下移动的翻转台驱动装置,翻转台位于上料输送带的前部,上料机械手位于上料输送带的后部,在翻转台上设置有左右走向的能使型材翻转的翻转通槽,当型材被左右走向着放置于翻转通槽前侧壁的顶端上时,型材会因为前轻后重而向后翻转着落入翻转通槽中,从而使型材能完成翻转,翻转台驱动装置驱动翻转台向下移动后,翻转通槽中的型材能被搁置于上料输送带上,上料输送带能将型材向着上料机械手输送,上料机械手能对上料输送带输送过来的型材进行抓取,并且能将抓取的型材送去冲孔机冲孔,上料机械手的结构包括:能在机架上前后滑动的安装架和能驱动安装架前后移动的安装架驱动装置,在安装架上设置有旋转气缸,在旋转气缸的旋转座上设置有气动手指,气动手指对夹后能对上料输送带上的型材进行抓取;还包括:下料装置,下料装置的结构包括:位于冲孔机前方的下料输送带、安装于冲孔机上的推料气缸、能使冲完孔的型材滑落至下料输送带上的滑轨,推料气缸能将冲完孔的型材推出冲孔机,并且能使型材顺着滑轨滑落至下料输送带上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其特征在于:下料装置的结构还包括:向前倾斜的挡条,挡条位于滑轨末端的前方,并且位于下料输送带的上方,型材滑离滑轨后会落于挡条上,然后再顺着挡条滑落至下料输送带上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其特征在于:翻转通槽的前侧壁向前倾斜布置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其特征在于:翻转通槽的后侧壁竖直布置。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其特征在于:在翻转台的左右两侧分别设置有一个限位板,两块限位板均由气缸驱动左右移动,两块限位板在各自气缸的驱动下向着翻转台上的型材移动后能对型材进行左右限位。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种光伏组件边框型材冲孔输送装置,其特征在于:在机架上还设置有位于上料输送带后部的定位块,定位块由气缸驱动上下移动,定位块在气缸驱动下向上移动后能对待抓取的型材进行阻挡,使得待抓取的型材能停止向后移动而等待被抓取。
