Abstract

本发明涉及交通运输工具领域,公开了一种6×4半挂牵引车,采用一二轴轴距3350mm,二三轴轴距1350mm,车架左侧布置主油箱,车架右侧布置集成后处理模块、蓄电池及贮气筒模块。本发明6×4半挂牵引车,在满足长距离运输需求的同时,舒适性和安全性更高,且使用范围更广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及交通运输工具领域,具体涉及一种6×4半挂牵引车。
背景技术
随着居民生活水平逐步提高,对日常消费品等需求逐渐增多,市场对载货车的需求也会上升,6×4半挂牵引车是其中一种较常用的牵引车。但是现有的6×4半挂牵引车均存在较多不足,其尿素喷射装置和EGP均布置在底盘上,且一般为单油箱布置,贮气筒布置在车架内侧,无取力器,造成配置单一,扩展性不强,续驶里程不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述技术的不足,提供一种6×4半挂牵引车,在满足长距离运输需求的同时,舒适性和安全性更高,且使用范围更广泛。
为实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种6×4半挂牵引车,采用一二轴轴距3350mm,二三轴轴距1350mm,车架左侧布置主油箱,车架右侧布置集成后处理模块、蓄电池及贮气筒模块。
优选地,所述车架上设有复合空气悬架,所述复合空气悬架包括两个气囊总成和板簧,所述气囊总成通过气囊安装支架安装在所述车架上,所述板簧通过板簧支架安装在所述车架上,且两个所述板簧分别通过U型螺栓和中桥桥壳及后桥桥壳连接。
优选地,变速箱带侧取力器,所述侧取力器布置在所述变速箱右侧,配合所述蓄电池及贮气筒模块,提供400×400的取力空间。
优选地,所述蓄电池及贮气筒模块包括安装在蓄电池框内的蓄电池,所述蓄电池框通过箍带安装有贮气筒,所述蓄电池及贮气筒模块通过所述蓄电池框安装在所述车架右侧,所述车架尾部设有辅助贮气筒。
优选地,所述集成后处理模块包括EGP总成和叠放在所述EGP总成上的尿素罐带计量泵总成,所述尿素罐带计量泵总成通过尿素罐托架在所述EGP总成上方,所述集成后处理模块通过EGP安装支架和所述尿素罐托架安装在所述车架右侧。
优选地,所述车架右侧布置有副油箱。
优选地,所述主油箱为双腔。
优选地,所述集成后处理模块上设有上车扶手。
优选地,制动系统采用高功率发动机制动,并可匹配缓速器。
优选地,变速箱可匹配MT和AMT型式,所述变速箱的传动链采用直接档加2.69小速比后桥。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、大油箱和双油箱配置可满足更长距离运输需求;
2、复合空气悬架配置可进一步降低鞍座离地高度,舒适性更高;
3、匹配缓速器可进一步提高车辆安全性;
4、变速箱带侧取力器可满足上装取力需求,丰富可选配置使得车辆使用范围更为广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1及图2所示,本发明一种6×4半挂牵引车,采用一二轴轴距3350mm,二三轴轴距1350mm,前悬1480mm,后悬810mm,车架左侧布置主油箱1,容量为800L,车架2右侧布置集成后处理模块3、蓄电池及贮气筒模块4。
其中,结合图3所示,车架2上设有复合空气悬架5,复合空气悬架包括两个气囊总成6和板簧7,气囊总成6通过气囊安装支架8安装在车架2上,板簧7通过板簧支架9安装在车架2上,且两个板簧7分别通过U型螺栓10和中桥桥壳11及后桥桥壳12连接。
结合图4所示,变速箱13带侧取力器14,侧取力器14布置在变速箱13右侧,配合蓄电池及贮气筒模块4,提供400×400的取力空间。
另外,蓄电池及贮气筒模块4包括安装在蓄电池框内的蓄电池,蓄电池框通过箍带安装有贮气筒,蓄电池及贮气筒模块4通过蓄电池框安装在车架2右侧,根据用气量的不同需求,车架2尾部可设有辅助贮气筒。
结合图5所示,集成后处理模块3包括EGP总成15和叠放在EGP总成15上的尿素罐带计量泵总成16,尿素罐带计量泵总成16通过尿素罐托架17在EGP总成15上方,集成后处理模块3通过EGP安装支架18和尿素罐托架17安装在车架2右侧,集成后处理模块3上设有上车扶手20。
另外,本实施例中,车架2右侧布置有副油箱19,容量为200L,主油箱1为双腔,即700+100L,可不同存储标号的燃油,提高车辆环境适应性,主油箱1和副油箱19合计达到1000L,以实现更长距离的运输工况。
本实施例中,制动系统采用高功率发动机制动,并匹配缓速器,变速箱13可匹配MT和AMT型式,变速箱13的传动链采用直接档加2.69小速比后桥,提高运输效率和经济性。
本实施例中,左侧布置800L主油箱1,容积为3350mm轴距下最大,可保证跨省长距离运输。与副油箱19模块容积200L采用连通结构,油箱容积达1000L可实现更长距离的运输。主油箱1设置为双腔,即700+100L。主副油箱也可采用转换阀结构,两个油箱也可独立使用,存储不同标号的燃油,可给独立驻车暖风提供燃油,提升整车环境适应性和舒适性,并节省燃油。
集成后处理模块3中,尿素罐带计量泵总成16集成布置在EGP总成15上方,可减少固定支架,降低整车自重;集成后处理模块3布置紧凑直接布置在发动机排气侧后方,排气管短,排温降低少,尿素喷射管路布置也短,系统布置成本低,EGP转化效率高,亦不占用底盘布置空间,实现200L副油箱的布置。
复合空气悬架5中,由板簧7和气囊总成6组合,比全气囊悬架成本更低,满足承载也可通过气囊实现底盘高度的调节。
6X4牵引车由于轴距短,底盘布置紧凑,很多车型会将贮气筒布置在车架2内侧,不具备布置取力器条件。本车型通过底盘模块化布置,贮气筒和蓄电池框集成,将取力器布置在变速箱13右侧,与周边系统可提供400×400的取力空间,可满足大部分上装取力装置布置的需求。取力器有法兰和内花键接口,可接上装取力用传动轴或者油泵,可用于危化、粉罐等特殊运输车辆。
本发明6×4半挂牵引车,大油箱和双油箱配置可满足更长距离运输需求;复合空气悬架5配置可进一步降低鞍座离地高度,舒适性更高;匹配缓速器可进一步提高车辆安全性;变速箱13带侧取力器14可满足上装取力需求,丰富可选配置使得车辆使用范围更为广泛。

1.一种6×4半挂牵引车,其特征在于:采用一二轴轴距3350mm,二三轴轴距1350mm,车架左侧布置主油箱(1),车架(2)右侧布置集成后处理模块(3)、蓄电池及贮气筒模块(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述6×4半挂牵引车,其特征在于:所述车架(2)上设有复合空气悬架(5),所述复合空气悬架包括两个气囊总成(6)和板簧(7),所述气囊总成(6)通过气囊安装支架(8)安装在所述车架(2)上,所述板簧(7)通过板簧支架(9)安装在所述车架(2)上,且两个所述板簧(7)分别通过U型螺栓(10)和中桥桥壳(11)及后桥桥壳(12)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述6×4半挂牵引车,其特征在于:变速箱(13)带侧取力器(14),所述侧取力器(14)布置在所述变速箱(13)右侧,配合所述蓄电池及贮气筒模块(4),提供400×400的取力空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述6×4半挂牵引车,其特征在于:所述蓄电池及贮气筒模块(4)包括安装在蓄电池框内的蓄电池,所述蓄电池框通过箍带安装有贮气筒,所述蓄电池及贮气筒模块(4)通过所述蓄电池框安装在所述车架(2)右侧,所述车架(2)尾部设有辅助贮气筒。
5.根据权利要求1所述6×4半挂牵引车,其特征在于:所述集成后处理模块(3)包括EGP总成(15)和叠放在所述EGP总成(15)上的尿素罐带计量泵总成(16),所述尿素罐带计量泵总成(16)通过尿素罐托架(17)在所述EGP总成(15)上方,所述集成后处理模块(3)通过EGP安装支架(18)和所述尿素罐托架(17)安装在所述车架(2)右侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述6×4半挂牵引车,其特征在于:所述车架(2)右侧布置有副油箱(19)。
