Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a common disease, frequently encountered disease. The study on the etiology, pathology, treatment and prevention of CKD and its complications is a hot topic in the research on kidney diseases at present.
Edema is one of the most common symptoms of kidney diseases, usually occurs in the face and lower limbs, and may progress to generalized edema in severe cases. Edema of the lower limb reduces blood circulation in the swollen area, increasing the risk of localized skin ulceration and infection. Also, CKD can lead to resistance to diuretic therapy. Therefore, conventional dose diuretic therapy is often not helpful for the patient, while a large dose of diuretic may exacerbate renal ischemia, resulting in the occurrence of renal injury. At this time, it becomes extremely important to seek a safer and more effective method for treating edema.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and a preparation method and application thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention can enable a human body to absorb effective components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition through skin, so that the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and inducing diuresis to alleviate edema are fully exerted, and the aim of safely eliminating edema of lower limbs of CKD patients with blood stasis is fulfilled.

(2) Grouping: 52 patients were collected and randomized into trial and control groups of 26 patients each.
3. Method of treatment
(1) Basic treatment: 52 patients were given adequate medication and adequate EPO, iron therapy in an effort to correct their secondary hyperparathyroidism and calcium phosphorus metabolic disorders, while all patients were advised to follow a low phosphorus and low fat diet with strict control of water intake, blood pressure and blood glucose levels. No drugs such as diuretics which have an effect on the test were used during the test. If the condition requires the application of a diuretic, the case is rejected.
(2) Test groups: the treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided in example 1 was administered on a basic treatment basis, the treatment method being: pouring the foot-bath solution provided by the embodiment 1 into an electric foot-bath basin, adding water to required scales, turning on a power switch, adjusting the temperature of the water to 40-45 ℃, preferably enabling the patient to perform foot bath for 30min, and enabling the patient in the test group to perform foot bath for 1-2 times per week. TABLE 1 variation of leg circumference, body weight and urine volume before and after treatment in the test group of patients
TABLE 2 variation of leg circumference and body weight of control patients before and after treatment
As can be seen from the comparison between table 1 and table 2, the leg circumference difference and the weight difference before and after treatment of the patients in the test group are significantly lower than those of the control group (i.e., the lower limb edema and weight loss of the test group are more significant), which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided in example 1 can effectively treat the lower limb edema symptom of CKD patients and is beneficial to weight loss of the patients.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
