The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an externally applied traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rheumatic arthritis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis) is a common acute or chronic inflammation of connective tissue. Generally, the rheumatic arthritis is one of the main manifestations of rheumatic fever, and is clinically characterized by joint and muscle wandering soreness, red swelling and pain. It is associated with group A type B hemolytic streptococcal infection, and cold, dampness and other factors can induce the disease. Although the incidence of rheumatic fever has declined significantly in recent decades, atypical rheumatic fever and chronic rheumatic arthritis are not uncommon.
At present, the traditional Chinese medicine is generally relieved by anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicines during treatment, but Western medicines mostly have strong side effects, harm to human health after long-term administration, and simultaneously have strong drug dependence and cannot radically cure diseases, so the invention discloses an external application traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rheumatic arthritis and a preparation method thereof, and the rheumatic arthritis is fundamentally treated so as to solve the problem.

According to an optimized scheme, the heat conducting material comprises residual medicine residues and mesoporous filling particles after the preparation of the external dressing, and the mass ratio of the medicine residues to the mesoporous filling particles is (3-4): 1.
according to an optimized scheme, the mesoporous filling particles are tungsten oxide and mesoporous silica composite particles.

According to an optimized scheme, the modified graphene oxide is amino-functionalized graphene oxide, and the hollow carrier is mainly prepared by compounding polyacrylic acid, isopropanol, chloroauric acid trihydrate and ascorbic acid.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the scheme is generally used in combination with infrared rays, residual medicine dregs of an external dressing are reserved after the external dressing is prepared, tungsten hexachloride is used as a raw material and is adsorbed into mesoporous silicon dioxide, mesoporous filling particles are prepared by adopting a hydrothermal sintering method, the mesoporous filling particles and the residual medicine dregs are mixed and are paved between adjacent base fabrics; tungsten oxide is a transition metal oxide, so that the tungsten oxide has a strong local surface plasma resonance effect under near-infrared light irradiation, local heat generation is caused, and the tungsten oxide has excellent photo-thermal conversion performance; when the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used in combination with infrared rays, the mesoporous filling particles can generate heat, so that joint pain can be relieved, the effect of external dressing can be stimulated, and the use effect of the external dressing is improved; meanwhile, as the residual dregs of the decoction can also have residual parts of traditional Chinese medicine components which are not extracted completely, the traditional Chinese medicine components can also have fine effects on joints under the action of the mesoporous filling particles, and the utilization of waste materials is improved.
The outer dressing is also added with a hollow carrier and modified graphene oxide, wherein the modified graphene oxide is amino functionalized graphene oxide, and the hollow carrier is mainly prepared by compounding polyacrylic acid, isopropanol, chloroauric acid trihydrate and ascorbic acid; polyacrylic acid, isopropanol and ammonia water react in an aqueous solution to generate polyacrylic acid nanospheres, and chloroauric acid and ascorbic acid are added to prepare the hollow nanogold carrier, wherein the carrier has excellent photo-thermal conversion performance; in the subsequent process, the traditional Chinese medicine components in the external dressing are treated firstly, the extracted extracting solution is loaded by using the hollow carrier, and the functionalized graphene oxide surface contains amino groups, so that the functionalized graphene oxide surface can be coated on the hollow carrier through electrostatic action, the medicine extracting solution loaded on the intermediate carrier is protected, volatilization is reduced, and meanwhile, the medicine extracting solution is prevented from contacting with the external environment, so that the service life of the product is prolonged; when the product is used, the graphene oxide lamella is vibrated and broken to be separated from the surface of the hollow carrier under the action of infrared rays under the synergistic action of the product and the infrared rays, and the hollow carrier generates heat under the action of the infrared rays, so that the release and the use effects of the medicine extracting solution are promoted.
When the infrared heating device is in actual use, the use parameters of infrared rays need to be adjusted, so that the scalding phenomenon of a patient is avoided.
According to a more optimized scheme, the preparation method of the externally applied traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the rheumatoid arthritis comprises the following steps:
