Abstract
一种建筑沙浆混合料,特点是将造纸白泥膏、电石膏、粉煤灰等工业废弃物按比例备料,搅拌均匀制成建筑用混合料,代替白灰,即降低了生产成本,又有效的利用了三种工业废弃物,避免了环境污染,其效果优于白灰,产品具有制作简单使用方便、无毒、粘接性好等优点。
Description
本发明属于建筑沙浆混合材料制作技术领域。
与本发明相近的现有技术是用白灰制作建筑沙浆,不足之处是成本较高。
本发明的任务是提供一种利用造纸白泥膏、粉煤灰、电石泥膏等工业废弃物,通过合理配伍,制备建筑沙浆混合料的配制方法。
本发明技术方案是这样实现的,按造纸白泥膏20-30%、电石泥膏15-20%、粉煤灰50-60%、引气剂0.005-0.01%。将上述原料按比例备好,搅拌均匀即可制成建筑沙浆混合料。
使用时将筛好的沙子与本混合料按比例混合加水搅拌均匀,即可使用。采用该混合料,成本仅相当于白灰的80%。经质量检测强度优于白灰,且有效的利用了造纸等工业生产的三种废物,减轻了环境污染,其产品具有生产成本低、工艺简便、无毒、粘接性好等特点。
实施例:
以生产楼房建筑M5沙浆混合料为例,其配制比例为造纸白泥膏25%、电石泥膏15%、粉煤灰60%、引气剂0.006%。将上述原料按比例备好,用搅拌机加水搅拌成泥浆状,或晾干后粉碎加工成粉状,即可与沙子、水泥混合料各按80%、13%、7%比例混合制备建筑沙浆。

- 一种建筑沙浆混合料配制方法,其配比为造纸白泥膏20-30%、电石泥膏15-20%、粉煤灰50-60%、引气剂0.005-0.01%。将上述原料按比例备好,搅拌均匀即可制成建筑沙浆混合料。
