Abstract
本发明公开一种锦纶丝及其制作方法,包括棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线,将所述棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线,所述棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线三者进行捻合股而成,并所述金属丝线设置在所述棉条、棉纶丝线之间,并在所述棉纶丝的外侧涂有抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层为银离子抗菌剂。本发明的有益效果在于,通过本技术方案通过银离子抗菌剂可实现锦纶丝表面的抗菌效果,并对锦纶丝的质量进行把控,使其产品优化,从而影响锦纶丝整体质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及锦纶丝领域,具体涉及一种锦纶丝及其制作方法。
背景技术
锦纶在纺织领域是非常常见的一种纺织面料,学名聚酰氨纤维,是中国所产聚酰胺类纤维的统称,国际上称尼龙。有单线、股线、特种纱等多种类型。强度高、耐磨性、回弹性好,可以纯纺和混纺作各种衣料及针织品。
但是,随着社会的不断发展,其抗菌效果较差,对于锦纶丝的质量
不能很好的进行把控,经常会出现残次品,从而影响锦纶丝整体质量,因此需要研制出一种能够解决出上述问题的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,研制出一种锦纶丝,包括棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线,其特征在于,将所述棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线,所述棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线三者进行捻合股而成,并所述金属丝线设置在所述棉条、棉纶丝线之间,并在所述棉纶丝的外侧涂有抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层为银离子抗菌剂
一种锦纶丝的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
原料制备:聚氯乙烯、偶联剂、润滑剂、棉条、金属丝和棉纶丝线;
拉伸加捻:将配制好的原料进行拉伸加捻,使其加捻成一股,并先后进行初捻和复捻,使其牢固紧实;
定型:将加捻的原料使用定型机定型,使其表面光滑平整无喇刺;
染色:随后将定型后的锦纶丝进行放入染缸内进行不同颜色的染色,其染色时间设置为10-30min。加捻时初捻的次数为3-5次,复捻的次数为2-3次,所述聚氯乙烯10份、偶联剂5份、润滑剂5份、棉条20份、金属丝15份、棉纶丝线40份。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过本技术方案通过银离子抗菌剂可实现锦纶丝表面的抗菌效果,并对锦纶丝的质量进行把控,使其产品优化,从而影响锦纶丝整体质量。

1.一种锦纶丝,包括棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线,其特征在于,将所述棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线,所述棉条、棉纶丝线和金属丝线三者进行捻合股而成,并所述金属丝线设置在所述棉条、棉纶丝线之间,并在所述棉纶丝的外侧涂有抗菌涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锦纶丝,其特征在于,所述抗菌涂层为银离子抗菌剂。
3.一种锦纶丝的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
原料制备:聚氯乙烯、偶联剂、润滑剂、棉条、金属丝和棉纶丝线;
