Description

Preparation method and application of traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating allergic rhinitis
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of a traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating allergic rhinitis.
Background
Allergic rhinitis occurs in association with various factors such as heredity, environment, diet, etc., and the conventional treatment methods include improvement of nasal symptoms by antihistamine drugs, desensitization treatment of allergens, and cleansing by nasal cavity cleansing agents.
The most common treatment of rhinitis in western medicine is the use of antihistamines, antiallergic drugs, desensitization therapy and nasal wash. The methods have certain defects, such as certain side effects of using the antihistamine antiallergic drugs to treat allergic rhinitis, dependence after long-term use, easier drying of nasal cavities, short duration and long-term use requirement; the allergen desensitization treatment for allergic rhinitis requires accurate allergen detection and desensitization treatment, the treatment period is long, patients suffering from allergic rhinitis are often allergic to various allergens and are difficult to treat thoroughly, the contact between the allergens and nasal mucosa can be reduced by using a nasal cavity cleaning agent to clean nasal cavities, the prevention effect is achieved, the maintenance time is short, the long-term treatment is required, and the patient acceptance is poor.
The traditional Chinese medicine for treating rhinitis and allergic rhinitis has a long history, and is mainly prepared from flos magnoliae, siberian cocklebur fruit, clematis root, centipeda minima and the like. More flos Magnoliae is used for dispelling wind and cold, relieving stuffy nose and dispelling wind and dampness. Can be used for treating headache due to wind-cold evil, nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, allergic rhinitis, nasosinusitis, wind and cerebral pruritus, and spasm due to damp arthralgia, and fructus Xanthii has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind-cold, dredging nasal orifice, and dispelling pathogenic wind and dampness. The Chinese medicinal composition is used for treating cold headache, nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, allergic rhinitis, nasosinusitis, wind-cold pruritus and damp arthralgia and contracture, is frequently used for treating rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicines and modern Chinese patent medicines, is mainly used in dosage forms of spray and oral tablets, has a certain treatment effect, and is less used for treating and preventing allergic rhinitis.
The traditional Chinese medicinal materials for treating chronic rhinitis are not adopted, but the medicinal materials with the functions of dispelling wind, dredging orifices, resisting inflammation and resisting allergy are optimally combined, the effective components of the medicinal materials are extracted by sesame oil to prepare gel, and the gel can play the roles of isolating allergen, improving allergic symptoms of nasal cavities and improving ventilation effect after being applied to the nasal cavities.
The invention comprises the following Chinese medicinal materials:
the herba Menthae is traditional Chinese medicine, and is dry aerial part of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. of Labiatae for dispelling wind heat, refreshing mind, relieving sore throat, promoting eruption, dispersing stagnated liver qi, and activating qi-flowing. Can be used for treating wind-heat type common cold, early stage of wind-warm syndrome, headache, conjunctival congestion, pharyngitis, aphtha, rubella, measles, and chest and hypochondrium swelling, and has volatile oil as main effective component, and can be frequently used in Chinese patent medicine or used occasionally in nasal cavity. .
The folium Artemisiae Argyi product is dried leaf of Artemisia argyi LevL.et Vant. The main functions are warming channel and stopping bleeding, dispelling cold and relieving pain; externally used for eliminating dampness and relieving itching. Can be used for treating hematemesis, epistaxis, metrorrhagia, menorrhagia, fetal leakage, lower blood, lower abdomen psychroalgia, menoxenia, and infertility due to cold womb; it can be used for treating skin pruritus. Vinegar moxa charcoal can warm meridians and stop bleeding, and is indicated for bleeding due to deficiency-cold. Its application method includes moxibustion and fumigation. Modern pharmacological studies prove that the folium artemisiae argyi contains various effective components such as volatile oil, flavone and the like, has the effects of resisting bacteria, viruses, bleeding and coagulation, tumors, allergy, free radicals and the like, and the folium artemisiae argyi extract is widely used in products such as medicines, health-care products, cosmetics and the like. The main components of the folium artemisiae argyi are volatile oil, flavone and other water-insoluble components, the traditional products mostly use the medicinal materials or water extracts directly, and the extracts of the effective components are incomplete or lose a great amount in the extraction process.
The herba Artemisiae Annuae is herb of Artemisia of Compositae (its scientific name: Artemisia carvifolia Buch. -ham. ex Roxb. Hort. Beng.), and has effects of clearing heat, cooling blood, removing toxic substance, relieving summer-heat, dispelling pathogenic wind, and relieving itching. The sweet wormwood herb is different from sweet wormwood herb (Artemisia annua L) collected in Chinese pharmacopoeia.
Radix Arnebiae is dry root of Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst. or Arraa Guttata Bunge of Sinkiang Arnebia euchroma (Royle) of Boraginaceae. The main functions are clearing heat and cooling blood, promoting blood circulation and removing toxicity, promoting eruption and removing ecchymoses. Can be used for treating blood heat and toxic materials, macula purple black, measles without adequate eruption, pyocutaneous disease, eczema, and scald due to hot water and fire. The application method comprises topical decocting paste or soaking in vegetable oil and applying. According to modern pharmacological research, the lithospermum extract has multiple functions of resisting inflammation, easing pain, resisting bacteria, resisting virus, resisting tumor, regulating immunity, resisting fertility, protecting liver, stopping bleeding and the like. The lithospermum contains various chemical components such as naphthoquinones, phenolic ketones, phenolic acids, alkaloids, triterpenic acids, flavonoids, lithospermum polysaccharides and the like, and the liposoluble naphthoquinone compound is one of the main bioactive components of the lithospermum. The traditional product is lithospermum ointment or compound lithospermum ointment, the using method is high-temperature frying extraction, the extraction proportion is low, the damage of active ingredients at high temperature is large, most of lithospermum extracts in the market are water extracts or ethanol extracts, and the extraction rate of the active ingredients is low.
The nidus Vespae is nest of Wasp family insect, hornet Polistes olivaceous (DeGeer), Japanese hornet Polistes japonica Thunb, or Heteroclita varia Fabricius. The main functions are counteracting toxic pathogen and killing parasites, and dispelling wind and relieving pain. Can be used for treating pyocutaneous disease, toxic swelling, acute mastitis, scrofula, intractable tinea, fungal infection of hand and foot, toothache, and rheumatalgia.
Cortex Phellodendri is dried bark of Phellodendron chinense Schneid of Rutaceae. The main functions are clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and removing steam, detoxifying and treating sore. Can be used for treating dysentery due to damp-heat, jaundice, dark urine, leukorrhagia, pudendal pruritus, pyretic stranguria, odynuria, tinea pedis, , bone-steaming, overstrain, night sweat, spermatorrhea, pyocutaneous disease, toxic swelling, eczema, and eczema.
