2) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 2: mixing an emollient, an emulsifier, ginger root powder, a folium artemisiae argyi extract, a poria cocos extract and vanillyl butyl ether, heating to 65-80 ℃, stirring at a low speed of 80-120 r/min for homogenization, and then carrying out ultrasonic stirring to obtain a mixture 2;
3) homogenizing and mixing: and mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and the preservative, uniformly stirring at 100-150 r/min, cooling to room temperature, and adjusting the pH value to obtain the body mud film product.
Step 1) the emollient comprises beeswax, cetearyl alcohol and paraffin;
step 2) the emollient comprises olive oil and microcrystalline wax;

All the raw materials and reagents of the invention are conventional market raw materials and reagents unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
A body mud film for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin comprises:
1) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 1: mixing 10% of beeswax, 8% of cetearyl alcohol, 5% of paraffin and 15% of sorbitan oleate serving as an emulsifier, heating to 50-65 ℃, and performing ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification to obtain a mixture 1, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20-40 kHz;
2) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 2: mixing 8% of olive oil, 4% of microcrystalline wax, 15% of sorbitan oleate, 10% of ginger root powder, 7% of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 9.9% of poria cocos extract and 8% of vanillin butyl ether, heating to 65-80 ℃, stirring at a low speed of 80-120 r/min, homogenizing, and then carrying out ultrasonic stirring at an ultrasonic frequency of 60-80 kHz to obtain a mixture 2;
3) homogenizing and mixing: and (3) mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and 0.1% of methyl hydroxybenzoate serving as a preservative, uniformly stirring at the speed of 100-150 r/min, cooling to room temperature to obtain a product with the pH value of 4.7, and dropwise adding triethanolamine to adjust the pH value of the product to 5.5, thus obtaining the body mud film product.
Example 2
A body mud film for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin comprises:
1) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 1: mixing 10% of beeswax, 9% of cetearyl alcohol, 6% of paraffin and 15% of sorbitan oleate serving as an emulsifier, heating to 50-65 ℃, and performing ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification to obtain a mixture 1, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20-40 kHz;
2) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 2: mixing 10% of olive oil, 5% of microcrystalline wax, 10% of sorbitan oleate, 8% of ginger root powder, 10% of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 9% of poria cocos extract and 7.95% of vanillin butyl ether, heating to 65-80 ℃, stirring at a low speed of 80-120 r/min, homogenizing, and then carrying out ultrasonic stirring at an ultrasonic frequency of 60-80 kHz to obtain a mixture 2;
3) homogenizing and mixing: and (3) mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and 0.05% of methyl hydroxybenzoate serving as a preservative, uniformly stirring at 100-150 r/min, cooling to room temperature to obtain a product with a pH value of 7.2, and dropwise adding citric acid and tartaric acid to adjust the pH value of the product to 6.5 to obtain the body mud film product.
Example 3
A body mud film for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin comprises:
1) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 1: mixing 11% of beeswax, 11% of cetearyl alcohol, 8% of paraffin and 13% of sorbitan oleate serving as an emulsifier, heating to 50-65 ℃, and performing ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification to obtain a mixture 1, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20-40 kHz;
2) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 2: mixing 12% of olive oil, 8% of microcrystalline wax, 10% of sorbitan oleate, 7% of ginger root powder, 10% of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 5.05% of poria cocos extract and 4.9% of vanillyl butyl ether, heating to 65-80 ℃, stirring at a low speed of 80-120 r/min, homogenizing, and then carrying out ultrasonic stirring at an ultrasonic frequency of 60-80 kHz to obtain a mixture 2;
3) homogenizing and mixing: and (3) mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and 0.05% of methyl hydroxybenzoate serving as a preservative, uniformly stirring at the speed of 100-150 r/min, cooling to room temperature to obtain a product with the pH value of 7.0, and dropwise adding arginine and citric acid to adjust the pH value of the product to 6.3, thus obtaining the body mud film product.
Example 4
A body mud film for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin comprises:
1) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 1: mixing 12% of beeswax, 8% of cetearyl alcohol, 10% of paraffin and 20% of sorbitan oleate serving as an emulsifier, heating to 50-65 ℃, and performing ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification to obtain a mixture 1, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20-40 kHz;
2) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 2: mixing 13% of olive oil, 7% of microcrystalline wax, 15% of sorbitan oleate, 9% of ginger root powder, 9% of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 7% of poria cocos extract and 4.9% of vanillyl butyl ether, heating to 65-80 ℃, stirring at a low speed of 80-120 r/min, homogenizing, and then carrying out ultrasonic stirring at an ultrasonic frequency of 60-80 kHz to obtain a mixture 2;
3) homogenizing and mixing: and (3) mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and 0.1% of methyl hydroxybenzoate serving as a preservative, uniformly stirring at the speed of 100-150 r/min, cooling to room temperature to obtain a product with the pH value of 4.8, and dropwise adding arginine to adjust the pH value of the product to 5.3, thus obtaining the body mud film product.
Example 5
A body mud film for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin comprises:
1) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 1: mixing 9% of beeswax, 5% of cetearyl alcohol, 4% of paraffin and 20% of sorbitan oleate serving as an emulsifier, heating to 50-65 ℃, and performing ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification to obtain a mixture 1, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20-40 kHz;
2) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 2: mixing 8% of olive oil, 4% of microcrystalline wax, 15% of sorbitan oleate, 8% of ginger root powder, 9% of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 10% of poria cocos extract and 7.9% of vanillyl butyl ether, heating to 65-80 ℃, stirring at a low speed of 80-120 r/min, homogenizing, and then carrying out ultrasonic stirring at an ultrasonic frequency of 60-80 kHz to obtain a mixture 2;
3) homogenizing and mixing: and (3) mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and 0.1% of methyl hydroxybenzoate serving as a preservative, uniformly stirring at the speed of 100-150 r/min, cooling to room temperature to obtain a product with the pH value of 7.4, and dropwise adding glutamic acid to adjust the pH value of the product to 6.7, thus obtaining the body mud film product.
Comparative example 1
A body mud membrane for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin, which is used as a control group in example 5, is different from example 5 in that ginger root powder is not used, and the usage amounts thereof are averaged to the raw materials of folium artemisiae argyi extract, poria cocos extract, vanillyl butyl ether and the like, namely, the usage amounts are respectively 12%, 13% and 9.9%, and other conditions are not changed.
Comparative example 2
A body mud membrane for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin, which is used as a control group in example 5, is different from example 5 in that folium artemisiae argyi extract and poria cocos extract are not used, and the using amounts of the folium artemisiae argyi extract and the poria cocos extract are averaged on raw materials such as ginger root powder and vanillyl butyl ether, namely, the using amounts are 20% and 14.9%, respectively, and other conditions are not changed.
Comparative example 3
A body mask for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxins, which is a control group of example 5, is different from example 5 in that vanillyl butyl ether is not used, and the usage amounts thereof are averaged to be 10.9%, 12% and 12% of ginger root powder, folium artemisiae argyi extract and poria cocos extract, and other conditions are not changed.
The body mud films prepared in the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to skin irritation experiments and body mud film efficacy experiments.
The above experimental subjects were young volunteers aged 20 to 40 years, and were divided into 8 groups, each group had 5 men and women, wherein the female volunteers were office workers who had daily makeup, the male volunteers were under conditions of cutin in body parts, large pores in arm skin, heavy moisture in body, and weak constitution, and the 8 groups of volunteers used the body mud films of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively.
1. Skin irritation test of body pelage
Randomly selecting 8 volunteers, respectively coating the body mud film samples of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 on one hand back and one earlobe of the 8 volunteers, keeping for 30-40 min after each coating, continuously testing for three days, and in the process, feeding back by the volunteers, the skin prick, red swelling or itching can not be felt, which shows that the body mud film product of the invention has high safety, no stimulation to human skin and milder property.
2. Body mud film efficacy test
5 volunteers are selected, 5 volunteers are all workers sitting in an office for a long time, are all male, are similar in age, are similar in height and body shape, often feel fatigue, blow air conditioner for a long time, lack of movement, have cold and wet conditions in the body, have dry and rough skin, and have slightly greasy and dark facial skin color, the 5 volunteers respectively use the body mud film samples (the serial numbers are 1-4 respectively) of the embodiment 5 and the comparative examples 1-3 to clean the body, apply the body mud film samples to the back, the arms, the thighs and the knees, the application thickness is about 3-5 mm, apply the body mud film samples for about 30-50 min often, apply the body mud film samples for 1 time per week for one month, perform moisture test on the skin, observe the skin color and skin condition of the skin visually, record the skin condition value of the volunteers, and record the average value/condition as shown in the following table.

As shown in table 1, the average proliferation data of skin moisture shows that the body mud film product has obvious effects of moisturizing the skin and improving the skin condition; as can be seen from the data of the average weight loss value, the volunteers using the product of example 5 showed that the skin was hot when using the product, felt that the blood was circulating, and was comfortable, felt that the body was light after a period of use, felt that the effect of expelling toxins and removing dampness was obvious, the skin condition was also improved, and the previous fatigue and weakness were reduced physically; the volunteers using the comparative examples 1-3 also show that the skin condition is improved, but the weight reduction effect is not as good as that of the volunteers using the products of the examples, so that the effective components of the ginger root powder, the poria extract and the vanillyl butyl ether can play the using effect of the product to the maximum extent, but the effective components of the ginger root powder, the poria extract and the vanillyl butyl ether can relieve the skin inflammation and acne, so that the skin becomes fine, smooth and white, the cuticle is effectively removed, and other negative effects are not fed back; and the preparation method is simple, the raw material cost is low, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.
Claims (10)
1. The body mud membrane for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxin is characterized by comprising ginger root powder, folium artemisiae argyi extract, poria cocos extract, vanillyl butyl ether, an emollient, an emulsifier and a preservative.
2. The body mud film of claim 1, wherein the body mud film comprises, by mass, 7-10% of ginger root powder, 7-10% of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 5-10% of poria cocos extract, 4-8% of vanillyl butyl ether, 30-55% of an emollient, 20-35% of an emulsifier, and 0-0.1% of a preservative.
3. Body mud film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the components of the emollient comprise olive oil, beeswax, cetostearyl alcohol, paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax.
4. The body mud film of claim 1 or 2, wherein the component of the emulsifier comprises sorbitan oleate.
5. A body mud film as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the preservative component comprises methylparaben.
6. The preparation method of the body mud film for diminishing inflammation and expelling toxins as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the following steps:
1) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 1: mixing an emollient and an emulsifier, heating to 50-65 ℃, and performing ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification to obtain a mixture 1;
2) ultrasonic decomposition and emulsification 2: mixing an emollient, an emulsifier, ginger root powder, a folium artemisiae argyi extract, a poria cocos extract and vanillyl butyl ether, heating to 65-80 ℃, stirring at a low speed of 80-120 r/min for homogenization, and then carrying out ultrasonic stirring to obtain a mixture 2;
3) homogenizing and mixing: and mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and the preservative, uniformly stirring at 100-150 r/min, cooling to room temperature, and adjusting the pH value to obtain the body mud film product.
7. The method of preparing a body mud film of claim 6, wherein step 1) the emollient comprises beeswax, cetostearyl alcohol, and paraffin wax, and step 2) the emollient comprises olive oil and microcrystalline wax.
8. The method for preparing body mud film according to claim 6, wherein the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic decomposition in the step 1) is 20-40 kHz.
9. The method for preparing body mud film according to claim 6, wherein the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic agitation in the step 2) is 60-80 kHz.
10. The method for preparing body mud film according to claim 6, wherein the pH value is adjusted to skin acidity, the pH value is adjusted to 5-7, and one or more of arginine, glutamic acid, citric acid, triethanolamine and tartaric acid are used as pH adjusting agent.
