Description

具有改进曲柄连杆铰接装置的刮水器
本发明涉及一种刮水器,尤其涉及一种带有铰接装置的刮水器,通过铰轴将连杆连接在曲柄上。
这种刮水器的实施例,特别是非圆周清扫式的,在FR—A—1.546.319号文件中已说明并介绍过,而这种机构的改进铰接装置则为1993年6月4日申请法国9306724号专利的项目。
根据这项改进,这种刮水器带有铰接装置,通过旋转轴使曲柄与连杆铰接。旋转轴包括大头,第一圆柱段和直径较小的第二圆柱段大头和两个圆柱段是同轴线的。第一圆柱段穿过装在曲柄中的衬套,第二圆柱段穿过连杆上的加强件。曲柄至少有一个垫圈,旋转时至少有一个垫圈相对于曲柄固定。
根据这项改进,用摩擦材料做的垫圈须轴向与相对面压紧,以有效地实施其功能。
由于铰接装置不同组件的制造允差,尤其是轴和朝曲柄端面形成的锪窝的制造允差,发现组装及轴向固定(如大头镶装在铰轴的自由端)之后,不能保证摩擦垫圈轴向压紧,或者说压得不够紧。
本发明目的是提出一种改进的刮水器,它可以弥补上述缺陷。
为此,本发明提出一种带有铰接装置的刮水器,由铰轴连接杆和曲柄。铰轴的构成顺序如下:大头,支承在曲柄第一端面中形成的相对面段上;第一圆柱段,穿过曲柄的通孔;第二圆柱段,直径较小,将第一圆柱段延长并穿过连杆的通孔;及固定件,将连杆轴向固定在铰轴的第二圆柱段上。其特征是曲柄支承面段含有轴向消除间隙件,可在轴向固定件作用时轴向压紧。
本发明的其他特征是:
—轴向消除间隙件与曲柄支承面段为一体;
—轴向消除间隙件在曲柄支承面段至少有一个突起;
—突起为环形凸条;
—铰轴第一圆柱段穿过的第一垫圈置于铰轴的大头与曲柄支承面段之间;
—铰轴第一圆柱段穿过的第二垫圈置于曲柄的第二端面与连杆的相对平面之间;
—铰轴第二圆柱段穿过的第三垫圈置于第二垫圈与连杆的相对平面之间;
—铰接装置有个碗状密封件,后者有一个压紧箍置于第三垫圈与连杆的相对平面之间,还有一个密封裙,其自由边与曲柄第二端面的相对段组合;
—曲柄的支承面段由在曲柄的第一端面处形成的锪窝的底部构成;
一密封装置包括由曲柄支承的密封罩,罩在铰轴的大头上方;
—一个“O”形密封圈置于密封罩和曲柄第一端面之间。

从图上可看到曲柄的延长部分10,曲柄端部12厚得多,并有通孔14。
图上还可看到连杆的端部16,它和曲柄10同属于控制刮水器转动(未画出)的铰链杠杆机构。
关于依据技术状态对刮水器和铰接装置进行的总体设计,请参阅上述两个文件的内容。
连杆16有通孔18,后者在装配位置时,与通孔14同轴线。
连杆16在曲柄10、12上的连系和铰接通过X—X轴线上的铰轴实现。
铰轴包括:大头22;第一大直径圆柱段24,同密封环或密封套26一起轴向插入曲柄12的通孔14中,第二小直径圆柱段28,轴向插入连杆16的通孔18中;以及镶装的自由端30。
铰轴20是个旋转件,大头22与圆柱段24、28有共同的X—X轴线。
大头22置于在曲柄10的上平面34处加工成的锪窝32中。
第一摩擦垫圈33置于锪窝32的底部36与大头22的下平面38之间。
第二摩擦垫圈40置于曲柄12端位的下平面42与连杆16的上平面44之间。
铰轴20的第一大直径圆柱段24穿过垫圈33和40。
第三垫圈46置于第二垫圈40与连杆16的上平面44之间,铰轴20直径较小的第二圆柱段28穿过第三垫圈压在凸肩的下端面50上,后者为铰轴20的圆柱段24与28的分界线。
由于第四垫圈52可装在诸如朝连杆16下平面54处形成的锪窝56中,因此,第四垫圈52可置于连杆16的下平面54和镶装头30之间。
依据本发明的说明和令人满意的实施例,锪窝32的底部36间接与大头22的下平面38构成支承压紧面,并带有凸条或环形件58。后者与曲柄10、12为同一体;当整件轴向装入时可部分或完全压紧。
为此,凸条58的尺寸是确定的,可以在配上镶装头30时被第一垫圈33的下平面35完全或部分压紧。这种方式是为了保证在镶装之后,在垫圈33、40与曲柄10、12的上平面34和下平面42的相对面之间无轴向间隙。
与锪窝32的底部36和曲柄12下平面42磨光段之间的距离相比,当然密封环或密封套26的轴向长度短,第二垫圈40的上平面41压附在曲柄12的下平面42上。
为了保证铰接装置密封性良好,其下部装有碗状密封件60。
为此,碗状密封件60具有一个压紧箍62,后者在连杆16的上平面44处的径向凸肩64与第三垫圈46的下平面47之间轴向压紧。
环形裙66将压紧箍62延长,其端段的自由边68与曲柄12下平面的相对段70之间成密封组合。
固定在曲柄10端段12上的密封罩72使装置完全密封,密封罩罩在大头22和锪窝32的上方,中间有“O”形密封圈74。
密封罩72的下平面76也有一凸条78,位于曲柄12上平面34处形成的相对槽80中,构成密封挡板。
本发明不局限于上述的实施方式。
在大头22与曲柄12的相对支承面36之间的轴向消除间隙件尤其可有多种实施方式。
在轴向消除间隙件与曲柄10的端段12为同一体的情况下,它可由一个或多个环形凸条或者一系列接触块或突起形成,轴向挤压时被完全或部分压紧。
也可考虑将轴向消除间隙件制成单独件,如金属环,组装时置于锪窝32的底部36与第一垫圈33的下平面35之间,轴向挤压时被完全或部分压紧。

Claims (11)

1.一种带有铰接装置的刮水器,通过铰轴(20)将连杆(16)铰接在曲柄(10、12)上,铰轴依次包括:大头(22),压附在曲柄(10、12)第一端面(34)处形成的相对支承面段上;第一圆柱段(24),穿过曲柄(10、12)的通孔(14);小直径的第二圆柱段(28),将第一圆柱段(24)延长并穿过连杆(16)的通孔(18);轴向固定件(30),将连杆(16)固定在铰轴(20)的第二圆柱段(28)上,其特征是曲柄(10、12)的支承面段(36)带有轴向消除间隙件(58),可在轴向固定件(30)作用时压紧。
2.根据权利要求1的刮水器,其特征是轴向消除间隙件与曲柄(10、12)的支承面段(36)为同一体。
3.根据权利要求2的刮水器,其特征是轴向消除间隙件在曲柄(10、12)的支承面段(36)上至少有一个突起(58)。
4.根据权利要求3的刮水器,其特征是突起为环形凸条(58)。
5.根据上述任一项权利要求的刮水器,其特征是铰轴(20)第一圆柱段(24)穿过的第一垫圈(33)置于铰轴(20)的大头(22)与曲柄(10、12)的支承面段(36)之间。
6.根据上述任一项权利要求的刮水器,其特征是铰轴(20)第一圆柱段(24)穿过的第二垫圈(40)置于曲柄(10、12)第二端面(42)与连杆(16)的相对端面(44)之间。
7.根据权利要求6的刮水器,其特征是铰轴(20)第二圆柱段(28)穿过的第三垫圈(46)置于第二垫圈(40)与连杆(16)的上述相对面(44)之间。
8.根据权利要求7的刮水器,其特征是铰接装置有个碗状密封件(60),后者包括:压紧箍(62),置于第三垫圈(46)与连杆(16)的上述相对面(44、64)之间;密封裙(66),其自由边(68)与曲柄(10、12)第二端面(42)的相对段(70)组合。
9.根据上述任一项权利要求的刮水器,其特征是曲柄(10、12)的支承面段(36)由在曲柄(10、12)的第一端面(34)上形成的锪窝(32)的底部(36)构成。
10.根据上述任一项权利要求的刮水器,其特征是铰接装置包括一个由曲柄(12)支撑的密封罩(72),罩在铰轴(20)的大头(22)上方。
11.根据权利要求10的刮水器,其特征是一个“O”形密封圈(74)置于密封罩(72)与曲柄(10、12)的第一端面(34)之间。
