背景技术
镁合金是以镁为基础加入其他元素组成的合金,在国际金属加工行业上允许使用水基的润滑冷却介质用于镁合金加工,是从上个世纪九十年代中期开始的,首先得益于汽车工业材料应用的迅猛发展和金属加工液的研发进步,镁合金加工主要有两个问题:1.燃点低,加工的热量散发慢就会引起燃蓝光烧现象;2.镁离子的氧化析出导致的切削液硬度迅速增加,高硬度条件下切削液极易破乳分层等不稳定现象,极容易变色,因此切削液发臭使用寿命很短,需要频繁更换,因此,急需要一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液防止镁合金在加工的过程中变色的问题。

本发明提供的高性能水基镁合金加工液具有优良的润滑性,特种抗硬水分散剂和改性自乳化酯的组合使该产品具有极佳的抗镁离子效果,可抵抗15000ppm镁离子。特殊胺和特种磷酸酯的复配使该产品具有优异的防止镁合金变色的性能,有效防止产品的变色,具有极佳的使用效果;本申请中的高性能水基镁合金加工液利用自乳化酯具有一定优越的润滑性,具有非常好的水中分散性,与加工液中的其他组份可形成稳定的平衡体系。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本实施例中,一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液,高性能的水基镁合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂:3份,
特种抗硬水分散剂2份,
改性的自乳化酯10份,
特种耦合剂3份,
特殊胺3份,
特种磷酸酯2份,
表面活性剂2份,
基础油20份,
水余量。
水溶性防锈剂为重铬酸钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺、异辛酸、三聚磷酸钠、癸二酸、苯甲酸钠、硼酸、六次甲基四胺和苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。
特种抗硬水分散剂由盐类高分子、纤维素衍生物与天然高分子共同组成,且盐类高分子为聚乙烯酯及其衍生物、聚乙烯酸盐、聚甲基丙烯酸盐、马来亚酸酐—苯乙烯共聚物的盐类中的任一种,纤维素衍生物为甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、经丙基纤维素、经乙基纤维素中的任一种,天然高分子为明胶、蛋白质、淀粉、藻酸钠中的任一种。
特种耦合剂由特种异构醇、聚氧乙烯醚、S-80表面活性剂混合而成。
特殊胺为一种有机胺,且所述特殊胺为异丁酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二亚乙基三胺、六亚甲基四胺、六亚甲基亚胺、3-甲氧基苯胺、2,6-二氯苯胺、二甘醇胺、三亚乙基二胺、二卞胺、12/14叔胺、邻硝基对甲苯胺中的至少两种。
特殊磷酸酯为三亚磷酸酯、仲磷酸酯、叔磷酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯和磷酸二苯一辛酯中的至少一种。
表面活性剂是由至少一种脂肪酸、至少一种胺盐和至少一种磷酸脂,所述脂肪酸为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、辛酸、癸酸、月桂酸中的至少一种,所述胺盐为硫酸铵、氯化铵、硫酸氢铵、溴化铵中的至少一种,所述磷酸脂由磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺中的任一种。
在本实施例中,一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液,高性能的水基镁合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂:5份,
特种抗硬水分散剂5份,
改性的自乳化酯20份,
特种耦合剂5份,
特殊胺5份,
特种磷酸酯5份,
表面活性剂3份,
基础油30份,
水余量。
水溶性防锈剂为重铬酸钾、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺、异辛酸、三聚磷酸钠、癸二酸、苯甲酸钠、硼酸、六次甲基四胺和苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。

水溶性防锈剂:3-5份,
特种抗硬水分散剂2-5份,
改性的自乳化酯10-20份,
特种耦合剂3-5份,
特殊胺3-5份,
特种磷酸酯2-5份,
表面活性剂2-3份,
基础油20-30份,
水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述高性能的水基镁合金加工液包括以下重量份的原料:
水溶性防锈剂:3份,
特种抗硬水分散剂2份,
改性的自乳化酯10份,
特种耦合剂3份,
特殊胺3份,
特种磷酸酯2份,
表面活性剂2份,
基础油20份,
水余量。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液,其特征在于:所述特种抗硬水分散剂由盐类高分子、纤维素衍生物与天然高分子共同组成,且所述盐类高分子为聚乙烯酯及其衍生物、聚乙烯酸盐、聚甲基丙烯酸盐、马来亚酸酐—苯乙烯共聚物的盐类中的任一种,所述纤维素衍生物为甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、经丙基纤维素、经乙基纤维素中的任一种,所述天然高分子为明胶、蛋白质、淀粉、藻酸钠中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液,其特征在于:所述特种耦合剂由特种异构醇、聚氧乙烯醚、S-80表面活性剂混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液,其特征在于:所述特殊胺为一种有机胺,且所述特殊胺为异丁酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二亚乙基三胺、六亚甲基四胺、六亚甲基亚胺、3-甲氧基苯胺、2,6-二氯苯胺、二甘醇胺、三亚乙基二胺、二卞胺、12/14叔胺、邻硝基对甲苯胺中的至少两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能的水基镁合金加工液,其特征在于:所述特殊磷酸酯为三亚磷酸酯、仲磷酸酯、叔磷酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三辛酯和磷酸二苯一辛酯中的至少一种。
