Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a medical health product with functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility and a preparation method thereof, and the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the anti-oxidation and anti-aging pharmaceutical and health product provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s101, cleaning and peeling grapes, and separating grape pulp from grape seeds; mashing grape pulp, putting the mashed grape pulp into a fermentation container, adding potassium metabisulfite, stirring uniformly, standing for 20h, adding activated yeast, and stirring uniformly; fermenting with lid of fermentation container, and stirring for 3 times per day; obtaining a grape fermentation product;
s102, adding a complex enzyme into the separated grape seeds for enzymolysis to obtain an enzymolysis liquid; adding 70% ethanol into the enzymolysis solution, and extracting for 5-8min to obtain grape seed extractive solution;
s103, selecting fresh tomatoes, putting the fresh tomatoes into hot water at the temperature of 100-;
s104, washing and mashing blueberries to obtain pulp, and mashing particles with the particle size of more than 0.8mm in the pulp again to obtain blueberry pulp;
s105, treating the shaddock peel, putting the treated shaddock peel into water, adding dilute acid to adjust the pH value to 3.5-4.2, heating in a water bath at 120 ℃ for 30min, and filtering to obtain a filtrate; cooling the filtrate, adding 95% ethanol, standing for 10min, and cleaning the precipitate to obtain pomelo pectin;
and S106, mixing the grape fermentation product, the grape seed extracting solution, the tomato juice, the blueberry pulp and the grapefruit pectin, and uniformly stirring to obtain the antioxidant and anti-aging medical health-care product.
The addition amount of the potassium metabisulfite provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the quality of grape pulp is as follows: the mass of the potassium metabisulfite is 10000: 1.
The preparation method of the activated yeast provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: adding active dry yeast into warm water at 36-40 ℃, uniformly mixing, standing, and rehydrating and activating.
The temperature for fermentation provided by the embodiment of the invention is 20-30 ℃, and the fermentation time is 10-15 days.
The complex enzyme provided by the embodiment of the invention is a mixture of glycosidase and cellulase, and the mass ratio of the glycosidase to the cellulase is 1-2: 4-6.
The temperature for adding the complex enzyme for enzymolysis is 36-40 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 5-8 h.
The addition amount of the ethanol provided by the embodiment of the invention is 3 times of the mass of the enzymolysis liquid.
The embodiment of the invention provides the following specific steps for treating the shaddock peel: cutting pericarpium Citri Grandis into 3-5mm granules, heating in hot water at 90 deg.C for 10min, taking out, and drying with filter paper.
The dilute acid provided by the embodiment of the invention is one or a composition of two of dilute sulfuric acid or dilute hydrochloric acid.
The medical health care product with the functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
10-12 parts of grape seed extract, 11-15 parts of tomato juice, 3-6 parts of grape fermentation, 4-5 parts of blueberry pulp and 2-5 parts of grapefruit pectin.
The medical health-care product with the functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility provided by the embodiment of the invention is powder, tablets, pills, capsules, soft capsules, granules, effervescent agents, mixtures, oral liquid or paste.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the following specific examples.
Example 1:
case one:
li Shi, female, 26 years old, often left overnight, drunk. After the product is taken for 8 days, the complexion is improved, and after the product is taken for 20 days, the complexion is ruddy and the skin becomes fine and smooth.
Case two

Example 2:
cleaning and peeling grapes, and separating grape pulp from grape seeds; mashing grape pulp, putting the mashed grape pulp into a fermentation container, adding potassium metabisulfite, stirring uniformly, and standing for 20 hours; adding active dry yeast into warm water at 36-40 ℃, uniformly mixing, standing, and rehydrating and activating; adding the activated yeast into a fermentation container, uniformly stirring, and fermenting at 20-30 ℃ for 10-15 days; fermenting with lid of fermentation container, and stirring for 3 times per day; obtaining a grape fermentation product; adding glycosidase and cellulase into the separated grape seeds for enzymolysis to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate; adding 70% ethanol into the enzymolysis solution, extracting for 120min to obtain grape seed extractive solution; selecting fresh tomato, heating in hot water at 100 deg.C for 10min, peeling, juicing tomato pulp in a juicer to obtain tomato juice, standing, and cooling; washing blueberries, mashing to obtain a pulp, and mashing particles with the particle size of more than 0.8mm in the pulp again to obtain blueberry pulp; cutting pericarpium Citri Grandis into 3-5mm granules, heating in hot water at 90 deg.C for 10min, taking out, and drying with filter paper; placing pericarpium Citri Grandis in water, adding dilute hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to 3.5, heating in 120 deg.C water bath for 30min, and filtering to obtain filtrate; and cooling the filtrate, adding 95% ethanol, standing for 10min, and cleaning the precipitate to obtain the pomelo pectin.
Mixing the grape fermentation product, the grape seed extract, the tomato juice, the blueberry pulp and the grapefruit pectin, and uniformly stirring to obtain the antioxidant and anti-aging medical health product.
Example 3:
the medical health care product with the functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility is used for carrying out an anti-oxidation experiment:
the medical health care product with the functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility is used as a test sample for animal experiments. SD rats with 20 female animals, 10 male animals, 12 months of age and barrier environment are selected. Rats were randomly divided into ten groups.
The test substance is administered by a feed doping method for 60 days in the low, medium and high dose groups. FIG. 2 is a graph of the feeding of rats in the experiment.
Experimental methods and observation indices: collecting blood and separating serum when feeding for 20, 40 and 60 days, respectively, preparing 10% liver homogenate for measuring Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and preparing 1% liver homogenate for measuring superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity. The measurement results are shown in fig. 3-5, fig. 3 is a data graph of the effect of different dosages of health product on rat MDA, fig. 4 is a data graph of the effect of different dosages of health product on rat SOD, and fig. 5 is a data graph of the effect of different dosages of health product on rat GSH-PX.

step one, cleaning and peeling grapes, and separating grape pulp from grape seeds;

the grape fruit grains are crushed by an extruding device and sent into a slope cutting device comprising an inclined plate and a bulge arranged on the inclined plate, the grape slides downwards along the inclined plate surface and is separated from the grape skin, the pulp and the grape seeds under the action of the bulge on the surface of the inclined plate; the grape seeds are respectively slid into a collecting mesh screen arranged behind the slope cutting device, the grape seeds are flushed into a first collecting container below the mesh screen by using a flushing mechanism on the mesh screen side, and meanwhile, grape pulp and grape skin fall into a second collecting container on the side surface of the mesh screen by using a flushing mechanism on the mesh screen side; respectively collecting the materials in the first collecting container and the second collecting container to obtain separated grape pulp and grape seeds;
mashing grape pulp, putting the mashed grape pulp into a fermentation container, adding potassium metabisulfite, stirring uniformly, standing for 20h, adding activated yeast, and stirring uniformly; fermenting with lid of fermentation container, and stirring for 3 times per day; obtaining a grape fermentation product;
the preparation method of the activated yeast comprises the following steps: adding active dry yeast into warm water at 36-40 ℃, uniformly mixing, standing, and rehydrating and activating;
step two, adding complex enzyme for enzymolysis after the separated grape seeds are ground to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate; adding 70% ethanol into the enzymolysis solution for extraction to obtain grape seed extract;
the extraction method comprises the following steps:
performing microwave extraction, controlling the microwave power at 450-550W, the extraction temperature at 20-25 ℃, the extraction time at 5-8min, repeating the extraction for 3-5 times, and combining the supernatants to obtain the grape seed extract;
step three, selecting fresh tomatoes, putting the fresh tomatoes into hot water at the temperature of 100-;
step four, washing and mashing the blueberries to obtain pulp, and mashing the particles with the particle size of more than 0.8mm in the pulp again to obtain blueberry pulp;
the blueberry mashing method comprises the following steps:
mashing blueberries by using a mashing knife of a mashing device, transferring mashed pulp to a collecting container provided with a filter screen by using a mashing shifting knife, transferring the pulp which does not pass through the filter screen to a position below the mashing knife by using a shifting knife, mashing for the second time, and collecting the blueberry pulp which passes through the filter screen by using the collecting container;
step five, treating the shaddock peel, putting the treated shaddock peel into water, adding dilute acid to adjust the pH value to 3.5-4.2, heating in water bath at 120 ℃ for 30min, and filtering to obtain filtrate; cooling the filtrate, adding 95% ethanol, standing for 10min, and cleaning the precipitate to obtain pomelo pectin;
and step six, mixing the grape fermentation product, the grape seed extracting solution, the tomato juice, the blueberry pulp and the grapefruit pectin, and then uniformly stirring to obtain the antioxidant and anti-aging medical health-care product.
2. The method for preparing a medical health product with oxidation resistance and aging delay of claim 1, wherein in the first step, the addition amount of the potassium metabisulfite is as follows: the quality of grape pulp is as follows: the mass of the potassium metabisulfite is 10000: 1.
3. The method for preparing a health product with antioxidant and antiaging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step one, the fermentation temperature is 20-30 deg.C, and the fermentation time is 10-15 days.
4. The method for preparing a medical health product with antioxidant and anti-aging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second step, the complex enzyme is a mixture of glycosidase and cellulase, and the mass ratio of glycosidase to cellulase is 1-2: 4-6.
5. The method for preparing a medical health product with antioxidant and antiaging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second step, complex enzyme is added for enzymolysis at 36-40 deg.C for 5-8 h.
6. The method for preparing a pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product with antioxidant and antiaging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step two, the addition amount of ethanol is 3 times of the enzymolysis solution.

The method for preparing the medical health-care product with the functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the fifth step, the shaddock peel is treated by the following specific steps: cutting pericarpium Citri Grandis into 3-5mm granules, heating in hot water at 90 deg.C for 10min, taking out, and drying with filter paper.
8. The method for preparing a health product with antioxidant and antiaging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step five, the dilute acid is one or a combination of dilute sulfuric acid and dilute hydrochloric acid.

The medical health-care product with the functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility, which is prepared by the preparation method of the medical health-care product with the functions of resisting oxidation and delaying senility as claimed in claims 1-8, and is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
10-12 parts of grape seed extract, 11-15 parts of tomato juice, 3-6 parts of grape fermentation, 4-5 parts of blueberry pulp and 2-5 parts of grapefruit pectin.
10. The medical health product with antioxidant and antiaging effects of claim 10, wherein the medical health product with antioxidant and antiaging effects is powder, tablet, pill, capsule, soft capsule, granule, effervescent, mixture, oral liquid or paste.
