Abstract
The invention discloses a recyclable lifting type bait casting device capable of reducing bait pollution and a using method thereof, wherein the lifting type bait casting device comprises a bait box and an electric lifting device, the bottom of the bait box is connected with the electric lifting device, a gauze door is arranged in the middle of the bait box, a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the bait box, the gauze door is in sliding connection with a sliding rail on the bait box, an upper inner net is arranged at the top of the gauze door, and a lower inner net is arranged at the bottom of the gauze door; electric lift device include multistage lifter, the bottom of lifter is connected with lifting controller, the bait case can realize sinking into the aquatic and surfacing two kinds of states under electric lift device's control. The invention is simple and easy to operate, easy to control the lifting and saves the use cost; the separation of the light and heavy baits and the recovery of the residual baits can be realized, thereby improving the utilization rate of resources and simultaneously reducing the environmental pollution of the culture pond.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a bait casting device and a using method thereof, in particular to a recyclable lifting type bait casting device capable of reducing bait pollution and a using method thereof.
Background
China is a large country for aquaculture and aquatic product export, and has great demand for feeding aquatic products. At present, the mode of feeding the aquatic products in China mainly comprises the throwing of manual or small-sized automatic feeding machines, the existing feeding methods are difficult to realize the high-efficiency utilization of baits, and meanwhile, the baits which are not utilized can float to the periphery of a culture pond or sink to the bottom of the culture pond to cause a certain degree of environmental pollution to the culture pond. On the other hand, because the densities of the baits are different, how to realize the separation and the recovery of the light and heavy baits is also a difficult problem to be overcome.
The current search finds that the existing bait casting equipment is authorized by a patent, but a scattered casting mode is mostly adopted, for example, a device disclosed by Chinese patent application No. CN105994095A uses a motor and a material throwing disc to perform feeding, but the patents cannot realize the recovery of residual bait and cannot solve the problem of the pollution of a culture pond caused by the residual bait; in addition, as the bait casting device disclosed in CN109619011A, the net cage and the material conveying pipe are used, and the stirring device connected to the surface of the rotating shaft is driven by the motor to stir the bait in the bait box, so as to improve the bait casting efficiency, but the problem of bait recovery is still not considered. Therefore, in order to effectively solve the above problems, it is necessary to design a new recyclable device that can reduce the contamination of baits.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide a recyclable lifting type bait casting device capable of reducing bait pollution and a using method thereof, and solves the problem of recycling residual baits with different specific gravities.
The technical scheme is as follows: the automatic feeding device comprises a bait box and an electric lifting device, wherein the bottom of the bait box is connected with the electric lifting device, a mesh door is arranged in the middle of the bait box, a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the bait box, the mesh door is connected with a sliding rail on the bait box in a sliding mode, an upper inner net is arranged at the top of the mesh door, and a lower inner net is arranged at the bottom of the mesh door; the electric lifting device comprises a multi-stage lifting rod, and the bottom of the lifting rod is connected with a lifting controller.
The top of the bait box is provided with a screen door controller.
The mesh door, the upper inner mesh and the lower inner mesh of the bait box are made of fine mesh, and the aperture of the mesh is smaller than that of the smallest bait.
The bait box is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic.
The screen door is positioned above the bottom plate.

A method for using a recyclable lifting bait casting device capable of reducing bait pollution comprises the following steps:
(1) installing the bait casting device into the culture pond, remotely controlling the lifting controller to enable the lifting rod to be completely extended and float out of the water surface, and placing bait into a bait box for later use;
(2) the lifting controller is remotely controlled to slowly contract the lifting rod, so that the whole device descends until the device is submerged in water, and at the moment, the water body enters the bait box through the screen door;
(3) the screen door controller is remotely controlled, and the screen door is opened, so that the fishes conveniently enter the bait box to eat the bait;
(4) after the fish finishes eating, remotely controlling the elastic upper inner net and the elastic lower inner net to enable the two to approach slowly, closing the screen door after the fish swims out of the bait box from the two sides of the box body under the action of the slight extrusion force, and remotely controlling the elastic upper inner net and the elastic lower inner net to return to the original states;
(5) remotely controlling the lifting controller to slowly extend the lifting rod to push the bait box to slowly rise until the whole device completely rises above the water surface, stopping remotely controlling the lifting controller, completely depositing the residual baits on the lower inner net, and discharging the stored water in the box body through the gauze;
(6) and recovering the residual bait in the bait box, and thoroughly cleaning the bait box for the next use.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention comprises a bait box and an electric lifting device, wherein the top of the electric lifting device is provided with a joint 11, and as shown in fig. 5, the electric lifting device is fixed with the bait box through the joint 11. As shown in figures 1 and 2, the bait box is cylindrical and plays a role in containing and recovering baits, the bait box is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic which is not easy to corrode and is environment-friendly, the diameter of the bait box is 1.2-1.8m, and the total height of the bait box is 2-2.5 m. The top of the bait box is provided with a screen door controller 1 which can control the opening and closing of a screen door 4, the bottom of the bait box is provided with a bottom plate 6, the middle of the surface of the cylindrical body of the bait box is provided with the screen door 4, the height of the screen part is 1.2-1.5m, the screen door 4 is in sliding connection with a slide rail 2 on the bait box, and the distance between the screen door 4 and the bottom plate 6 is enough to block bait, so that fish can conveniently enter and exit. The top of the mesh door 4 is provided with an elastic upper inner net 3, the bottom of the mesh door is provided with an elastic lower inner net 5, and the effect of driving fish schools can be realized under the action of elastic force. The screen door 4 and the elastic upper and lower inner nets of the bait box are made of fine screen gauze, and the aperture of the screen gauze is smaller than the bait with the minimum volume. The middle of the bottom plate of the bait box is designed to be convex, so that the lifting rod joint 11 can be conveniently inserted, and the lifting rod can lift together under the action of the lifting controller 9, thereby realizing two states of feeding the bait when the bait box is sunk into water and recovering the residual bait on the water surface.
The electric lifting device comprises a first-stage lifting rod 8 and a second-stage lifting rod 7, the lifting rods have enough length and can stretch out and draw back well, the bottom of the first-stage lifting rod 8 is connected with a lifting controller 9, and a battery 10 is arranged in the lifting controller 9, so that remote control is realized conveniently. The lifting rod is made of stainless steel materials which are light and thin and are not easy to corrode, the height of the first-level lifting rod 8 is 2-2.5m, and the diameter is 0.35-0.4 m; the height of the secondary lifting rod 7 is 1.5-2m, the diameter is 0.3-0.35m, the secondary lifting rod has enough stability and enough height to drive the bait box to the required depth in the water; the lifting controller 9 is made of a waterproof material, and is easy to maintain and maintain.
