Abstract
The invention discloses a true and false cigarette identification and detection device based on external package and a method thereof, relating to the field of true and false cigarette identification, wherein the device comprises: the cigarette conveying device comprises a conveying assembly, a cigarette transferring assembly, a bar code detector and a controller, wherein the conveying assembly is used for continuously conveying cigarettes in the detection process; the cigarette conveying and transferring assembly is used for taking and transferring cigarettes; the bar code detector is used for detecting a bar code on the cigarette outer package; the controller is used for controlling the orderly operation of the conveying assembly, the cigarette transferring assembly and the bar code detector. The invention can solve the problems that the existing cigarette detection consumes a large amount of manpower and has low detection efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of true and false cigarette identification, in particular to a true and false cigarette identification and detection device and method based on external packaging.
Background
Since the making and selling of counterfeit cigarettes have high profit, the counterfeit cigarettes are made and sold in large quantities every year, thereby seeking violence. But is not allowed by the commercial behaviors which do not conform to the law, the trademarks of the cigarette strip and the box packaging paper are registered trademarks, and the trademark of the cigarette strip and the box packaging paper are not allowed to be printed privately by a non-trademark owner, and due to the difference of printing engraving plates, printing equipment, printing ink and printing processes, the strip and the box packaging paper printed by different printing manufacturers are different, and the authenticity of the strip and the box trademark paper can be identified through the printing characteristics.
In the prior art, the authenticity of the cigarette strip and the box packaging paper is identified mainly by manually distinguishing the authenticity of the cigarette strip and the box packaging paper through the characteristics of color difference, printing font difference, overprinting deviation, pattern definition and the like. However, the characteristics of the cigarette strips and the box packing paper need to be comprehensively analyzed manually, and the printing pattern characteristics of the packing paper of the strip cigarettes and the box cigarettes with different brands are complicated, so that the manual distinguishing difficulty is high.

Preferably, a vacuum chuck is arranged on the side edge of the rack and used for adsorbing cigarettes.

In a second aspect, the invention further provides an identification and detection method for a true cigarette and a false cigarette based on an external package, which comprises the following steps: conveying the tobacco bale to be detected to a designated position, and sucking the tobacco bale by a sucking disc; the gear assembly drives the rack to move along the axis, and the cigarette packet is taken out; the rotating shaft drives the rack to rotate, and the cigarette packet is transferred to a bar code detection station for bar code detection; and after the detection is finished, the rotating shaft drives the rack to continue rotating until the sample recovery station, the sucking disc is loosened, meanwhile, the device returns to the initial position, and a process is finished and is circulated in a reciprocating mode.
Preferably, the method for detecting a barcode comprises: acquiring the detection data of the true and false cigarette bar codes detected by a bar code detector; training by using a random forest decision tree algorithm according to the real and false cigarette detection data to obtain a real and false cigarette package initial identification model; and identifying the bar code of the cigarette packaging box to be detected according to the real and false cigarette packaging initial identification model to obtain an identification result.
The technical scheme provided by the invention at least has the following advantages:
the invention provides an external packing-based true and false cigarette identification and detection device and method, which utilize an automatic sample feeding device to automatically sample and load, extract and train bar code detection data through automatic data acquisition, accurately obtain true and false conclusions of a cigarette and box packing paper through a random forest decision tree algorithm, greatly improve sample detection efficiency, reduce labor and improve the identification accuracy of true and false cigarette and box packing paper.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth such as particular system structures, interfaces, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
The test verifies that the bar code detector can detect the bar code on the cigarette package to identify the authenticity, and the bar code detection data reflects the differences of printing engraving plates, printing equipment, printing processes and printing ink of different printing manufacturers. However, when the bar code detector is used for modeling, thousands of cigarette sample brands are used in the country, every sample needs to detect hundreds of batches of true and false cigarette samples as a data training model, and the bar code detector needs to manually hold the samples to detect the samples one by one, so that a large amount of manpower and time are consumed.
Therefore, this embodiment provides a true and false cigarette identification detection device based on extranal packing, refer to fig. 1, and the device mainly includes: the conveying assembly, the cigarette transferring assembly, the bar code detector 9 and the controller 12 are used for continuously conveying cigarettes in the detection process; the cigarette conveying and transporting assembly is used for carrying out taking and transferring of cigarettes; the bar code detector 9 is used for detecting a bar code on the cigarette outer package; the controller 12 is used for controlling the orderly operation of the conveying assembly, the cigarette transferring assembly and the bar code detector 9. The outer package comprises cigarettes in strips and cigarettes in boxes.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the conveying assembly includes a conveyor belt 1 and a first motor 13, the first motor 13 controls start and stop of the conveyor belt 1, and the first motor 13 is connected to the controller 12 and is used for controlling the conveyor belt 1 to act according to a control instruction of the controller 12, so as to convey cigarettes to a specified position.
Further, the cigarette transfer assembly includes: the linear motion mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 4, a transmission shaft 6 and a rack 2, wherein the rotating shaft 4 is connected with the transmission shaft 6 through a connecting rod 8, a gear assembly 7 is arranged at the bottom of the transmission shaft 6, and the gear assembly 7 is meshed with the rack 2 to realize the linear motion of the rack 2. The side of the rack 2 is provided with a sucker 3, and the sucker 3 is used for adsorbing cigarettes.
The rotating shaft 4 is connected to a second motor 5, the second motor 5 is electrically connected with the controller, and the cigarettes are transferred from the conveyor belt 1 to the barcode detection position according to a control instruction of the controller.
The detected cigarettes need to be recovered, so the device also comprises a sample recovery box, and the sample recovery box is used for collecting the detected cigarettes.
It should be noted that the positions of the conveying assembly, the cigarette transferring assembly and the barcode detector 9 are on the same horizontal line, and the sample recovery box 10 and the cigarette transferring assembly are on the same horizontal line and are at 90 degrees with the conveying assembly and the barcode detector 9.
Specifically, the method for identifying and detecting the true and false cigarettes based on the external package comprises the following steps: referring to a to b in fig. 2, the first motor 13 is started, the conveyor belt 1 conveys the tobacco bale 11 to be detected to a specified position, and the controller controls the suction disc to suck the tobacco bale; the gear assembly 7 drives the rack 2 to move along the axis, and the cigarette packet is taken out from the station;
referring to b to c in fig. 2, the second motor is started to control the rotating shaft 4 to drive the rack 2 to rotate, so that the cigarette packet is transferred to a bar code detection station for bar code detection;
referring to c to d in fig. 2, after the detection is finished, the rotating shaft 4 drives the rack 2 to continue rotating until the sample recovery station, the sucker 3 is loosened, referring to d to e in fig. 2, and meanwhile, the device returns to the initial position, a process is finished, and the process is repeated until the sample collection is finished.
The method for detecting the bar code comprises the following steps: acquiring the detection data of the true and false cigarette bar codes detected by the bar code detector 9; training by using a random forest decision tree algorithm according to the real and false cigarette detection data to obtain a real and false cigarette package initial identification model; and identifying the bar code of the cigarette packaging box to be detected according to the real and false cigarette packaging initial identification model to obtain an identification result. The detection data of the true and false cigarettes comprises detection values of bar code length mum, bar code height mum, reference decoding level, symbol contrast, edge contrast, modulation ratio, reflectivity ratio Rmin/Rmax, decodable degree, PCS symbol contrast, PCS edge contrast, bar min, bar max, null deviation min, null deviation max, E-value min, E-value max, P-value min, P-value max, bar average value, bar deviation, maximum brightness value Rmax, maximum brightness value Rmin and the like.
According to the device and the method for identifying and detecting the true and false cigarettes based on the outer package, the automatic sample feeding device is utilized for automatically sampling and loading, the bar code detection data is automatically acquired and extracted and trained, the random forest decision tree algorithm is used for accurately obtaining the true and false conclusion of the cigarette and the box packing paper, the sample detection efficiency can be greatly improved, the labor is reduced, and the identification accuracy of the true and false cigarette and the box packing paper is improved.

conveying the tobacco bale to be detected to a designated position, and sucking the tobacco bale by a sucking disc;
the gear assembly drives the rack to move along the axis, and the cigarette packet is taken out;
the rotating shaft drives the rack to rotate, and the cigarette packet is transferred to a bar code detection station for bar code detection;
and after the detection is finished, the rotating shaft drives the rack to continue rotating until the sample recovery station, the sucking disc is loosened, meanwhile, the device returns to the initial position, and a process is finished and is circulated in a reciprocating mode.
