Meanwhile, the exposure time, the image contrast, the gray level and the like of the code reading equipment are adjusted to improve the recognition degree of the image.
Preferably, the code reading triggering signal of the code reading device can be realized in several modes, including triggering by a photoelectric sensor switch or triggering by an incremental encoder to acquire an original machine phase signal. The trigger signal is transmitted back to the signal processing main control board, and trigger logic control is realized through ARM embedded programming, so that the code reading equipment is triggered.
Preferably, the industrial personal computer is interconnected with the code reading device through the gigabit switch, and transmits the code reading data back to the industrial personal computer, the industrial personal computer reads, analyzes and stores the code reading data, and when the acquired data is found to be problematic, the industrial personal computer sends error information to the signal processing main control board through the GPIO port of the industrial personal computer, and triggers an alarm or rejects signals to reject abnormal strip packages.

Preferably, the serial box data stream sequentially collects dot matrix code information of the upper box package and the lower box package through a code reading device, and the designated position is used as positioning check information. Because the data is received in a serial manner, the data is sequentially pushed into the data queue, and the data acquisition sequence of all the box packaging matrix codes can be ensured only by ensuring the analysis sequence of the upper box cigarette package and the lower box cigarette package (the configuration of the ROI of an industrial camera or the configuration setting of the code reading sequence of a code reader) during each acquisition. Therefore, the box code acquisition data sequence can be intercepted and checked through positioning check code information, and the box code acquisition data sequence is associated with the strip package code information of the next station, so that the accurate association of the strip boxes is ensured, and the problem of disorder of the association of the strip boxes is avoided.
Preferably, the parallel box data stream passes through 5 code reading devices, when a trigger signal arrives, the code information of 10 boxes (each code reading device reads the package codes of the upper box and the lower box) is read at the same time, and the designated position is used as positioning check information. Because the trigger signal triggers the 5 code reading devices to read codes and generate 10 code outputs, 10 pieces of box code information collected each time are disordered in the interior, so that the positioning verification information collected later cannot play a role. The problem can be solved by grouping the box coding acquisition sequences by taking 10 boxes as a unit according to the acquisition time interval, and meanwhile, the data are finally combined into an ordered box coding acquisition sequence according to the serial number, the position and the code reading sequence of each code reading device, and the correct interception of the box coding data sequence is realized through the positioning code so as to be associated with strip packaging.
Preferably, the handheld PDA device is used for scanning and reading the dot matrix code information of the cigarette package, and acquiring and checking the associated information.
