Abstract

Preferably, the code reading trigger signal of the code reading device can be realized in several ways, including triggering through a photoelectric sensor switch, or triggering through acquiring an original machine phase signal by an incremental encoder. The trigger signal is transmitted back to the signal processing main control board, trigger logic control is realized through ARM embedded programming, and triggering on the code reading equipment is realized.
Preferably, the industrial personal computer is interconnected with the code reading equipment through the gigabit switch and transmits the code reading data back to the industrial personal computer, the industrial personal computer reads, analyzes and stores the data, when the acquired data are found to be in problem, error information is transmitted to the signal processing main control board through the GPIO port of the industrial personal computer, and an alarm is triggered or a rejection signal is rejected to package abnormal strips.
Preferably, the data structure and the associated algorithm may divide the sequence of box acquisition information into a serial box data stream and a parallel box data stream according to different acquisition modes.
Preferably, the string-type box data stream sequentially collects dot matrix code information of upper and lower box packages through a code reading device, and the designated position is used as positioning check information. Because the data are received in a serial mode, the data are sequentially pushed into the data queue, and the data acquisition sequence of the dot codes of all the cigarette packs can be ensured only by ensuring the analysis sequence (which can be set through ROI configuration of an industrial camera or code reading sequence configuration of a code reader) of the upper cigarette pack and the lower cigarette pack during each acquisition. Therefore, the box code acquisition data sequence can be intercepted and verified through positioning and verifying the coded information, and is associated with the strip packaging coded information of the next station, so that the accurate association of a strip box is ensured, and the problem of disorder of association of the strip box is avoided.
Preferably, the parallel box data stream passes through 5 code reading devices, when a trigger signal arrives, the code information of 10 boxes (each code reading device reads the codes of the upper and lower boxes) is read simultaneously, and the designated position is used as the positioning verification information. Because the trigger signal triggers 5 code reading devices to read codes and generate 10 codes to be output, 10 boxes of code information acquired at each time have disorder inside, and subsequently acquired positioning verification information cannot play a role. The problem can be solved by grouping the box coding acquisition sequences by taking 10 boxes as units according to the acquisition time interval, and meanwhile, the data are finally combined into an ordered box coding acquisition sequence according to the serial number, the position and the code reading sequence of each code reading device, and the correct interception of the box coding data sequence is realized through the positioning codes so as to be associated with the strip package.
Preferably, the handheld PDA device is used for scanning and reading the dot matrix code information of the cigarette package, and acquiring and checking the associated information.
