To realize the association, there are only two possible schemes, one is to move the reading station forward to the exit position of the small transparent machine, and the other is to add a sub-packaging device on the channel to separate the cigarette packets.
To the first scheme, a long distance is reserved between the small transparent machine and the carton packaging machine, in the actual production process, an operator often samples on a channel to check whether the package is qualified or not, then the cigarette packet is put back, the quality inspection can also sample on the channel, the problem that the unique code sequence of the small packet established after the code reading is disordered is caused, the existing operation specification of the worker must be changed for the follow-up accuracy, the small packet cannot be taken out after the code reading, and the taken code must be manually recorded if the conditions such as cigarette jamming occur. This has not only increased on-the-spot workman's operation procedure, and forget to sweep the sign indicating number after taking out, and whole corresponding relation all will appear in disorder.

b) in a carton packaging machine, in the process that a 1# turret runs from a station 1 to a station 2 (see figure 1), selecting a proper code reading station, reading two-dimensional codes of all small carton cigarette packets in a cigarette carton at one time by adopting a group of online code reading devices (small carton code readers for short), and transmitting the read contents to a computing device in real time; reading the two-dimensional code of the bar box by adopting another code reading device (short for bar box code reader), and transmitting the read content to the computing device in real time;
c) and the association software respectively establishes code reading sequences of the small box and the strip box according to the sequence of the code reading time, realizes the correspondence of the two-dimensional codes of the small box and the strip box through association calculation of the two sequences, and stores the association relation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through marking the two-dimension code at the bottom of the cigarette packet, the cigarette packet and the cigarette packet are identified after the cigarette packet enters the carton, the problem of intervention after reading the code of the cigarette packet in the traditional association scheme is thoroughly solved, the code reading accuracy is improved to 100 percent on the premise of not carrying out any transformation on equipment, the feasibility of the association scheme is greatly improved, and conditions are created for popularization of the full two-dimension code in the industry.

When the system adopting the association scheme works, when a first turret of a carton packaging machine rotates to the center position of a station 2 from the station 1, a cigarette machine control program gives a signal to each code reader, triggers the code readers to photograph and decode, transmits the read contents to the association program in real time through a network cable, and the association program obtains the corresponding relation of 11 codes through association calculation and stores the corresponding relation in a database.
Various possible abnormal operations simulated in the test process comprise machine halt, equipment power failure, carton paper shortage, cigarette blocking and the like, 40 cigarettes are produced in total, unpacking is confirmed one by one, the number of the cigarettes is completely consistent with the small package codes stored in the database, and the correlation accuracy is 100%.
