Abstract
The invention relates to a method for realizing two-dimension code association of cigarette packets at all levels in cigarette production, which is characterized in that RFID tags which correspond to two-dimension codes one by one are added on the cigarette packets, and the RFID tags can penetrate barriers and can be read a plurality of times to read the RFID tags on line to establish the association of the cigarette packets at all levels so as to calculate the association relation of the two-dimension codes of the cigarette packets.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for realizing association of two-dimension codes of cigarette packets at all levels in cigarette production, belonging to the technical field of informatization of tobacco industry.
Background
The method is characterized in that a unique two-dimensional code is identified for each product, the real-time flow direction of each product is recorded by scanning the code in a logistics link, the real consumption information of the product is collected by scanning the code at a consumption end, and the full-chain management is realized based on the relevant data of each link code.
Cigarettes appear in logistics links by taking a bar or a strip as a unit, association among two-dimensional codes on three-level packages of cigarette packets, strips and pieces needs to be established in advance to realize code scanning and recording of the flow direction of each product, and at present, association of the two-dimensional codes on all levels of cigarette packets is realized by additionally arranging two-dimensional code online code reading equipment in a production link.
However, the online code reading is influenced by the positions of the two-dimension codes on the cigarette packets and the mechanical structure of the packaging machine, the positions of the two-dimension codes on different cigarette packets are different at present, and the structures of different types of packaging machines are greatly different, so that the same-brand product is produced on an A-type packaging machine and a B-type packaging machine, and the installation positions and the installation modes of the code readers are required to be different; the positions of code readers are different when the product A and the product B are produced on the same packaging line, and the implementability is greatly influenced.
For accurate association, the optimal code reading position reads codes when the small bags enter the barrel, but in actual production, the position is difficult to guarantee that the code reading condition is met (the two-dimensional codes of the small bags at the position are not shielded), so the code reading position of the small bags needs to be advanced, but another problem is involved, and the accuracy of association needs to be guaranteed through certain code complementing operation when the small bags are manually taken before entering the barrel after being read.
In conclusion, by adopting the two-dimension code online identification mode, although the association of the two-dimension codes on the packages of all levels of cigarette products can be realized to a certain extent, the implementation difficulty is high, all products and cigarette machine equipment cannot be matched, and the association effect is difficult to guarantee.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: through a certain technical means, the method for associating the two-dimensional codes of the tobacco packets at all levels is easy to implement, matched with all cigarette products and cigarette making machine equipment and high in association accuracy.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: before cigarette production, respectively marking a two-dimensional pattern and an RFID chip with unique attributes on each cigarette packet (including a carton and a small packet) in advance, and establishing a corresponding relation between two-dimensional codes and RFID chips on the same cigarette packet by a certain technical means; installing an RFID code reader at a proper position of a packaging machine in a cigarette factory and a cigarette packet workshop, and reading an RFID chip on a large-size cigarette packet and an RFID chip on a small-size cigarette packet in the large-size cigarette packet on line when the cigarette packet passes through;
the association between the two-dimension codes on the large-specification cigarette packet and the two-dimension codes on all the small-specification cigarette packets in the large-specification cigarette packet can be established through the pre-established corresponding relation between the two-dimension codes on the same cigarette packet and the RFID chip.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method has the advantages that the RFID can penetrate through identification and is not influenced by the environment, the corresponding of the cigarette packet two-dimensional codes of different specifications is realized by identifying the RFID chip, the method is not limited by the structure of a cigarette machine and the position of the cigarette packet two-dimensional code, the correlation accuracy is high, and the implementation difficulty is small.

The cigarette factory installs a high-frequency RFID code reader at a position where a certain cigarette packet is relatively large in distance on a cigarette packet conveying line in a cigarette packet workshop in advance, when cigarette products are packaged, after a carton marked with an RFID label enters a code reader reading range, the code reader reads the RFID label on the carton and 10 small packets of cigarettes in the carton at one time, the carton and the small packets are distinguished through the digits of the ID of the label, and the corresponding relation of the carton and the small packets is stored in a database.
By utilizing the incidence relation between the RFID label of the carton and the RFID of the small package and combining the corresponding relation between the ID of the RFID label on each cigarette packet and the two-dimensional code provided in the previous printing link, the corresponding relation between the two-dimensional code of the carton and the two-dimensional code on 10 cigarettes in the carton can be easily obtained.

1. A method for realizing two-dimension code association of tobacco packets at all levels in cigarette production is characterized by comprising the following steps: before cigarette production, respectively marking a two-dimensional pattern and an RFID chip with unique attributes on each cigarette packet (including a carton and a small packet) in advance, and establishing a corresponding relation between two-dimensional codes and RFID chips on the same cigarette packet by a certain technical means; installing RFID code readers at proper positions of a packaging machine in a cigarette factory and a cigarette wrapping workshop, and reading RFID chips on each large-size cigarette packet and all small-size cigarette packets in the large-size cigarette packet on line when the cigarette packets pass through; the association between the two-dimension code on the large-specification cigarette packet and the two-dimension codes of all the small-specification cigarette packets in the large-specification cigarette packet can be established through the pre-established corresponding relation between the two-dimension code on the same cigarette packet and the RFID chip.

The method for realizing the tobacco bale two-dimensional code association in the cigarette production, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the two-dimension code identification and the RFID chip identification on the cigarette packet can be carried out simultaneously or sequentially.

The method for realizing the tobacco bale two-dimensional code association in the cigarette production, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the two-dimension code content and the RFID content on the same cigarette packet can be the same, and when the two-dimension code content and the RFID content are different, the corresponding relation between the two-dimension code content and the RFID content must be recorded.
