Abstract

The precondition of tracing management is that the cigarette packet has a unique identifier, and the current technologies for unique identifiers are more, such as bar codes, RFID (electronic chip), magnetic cards, IC cards and the like.
In order to realize the traceability control of the whole life cycle of the cigarette products from production to circulation to consumption, the unique bar code of the cigarette packet identification is required to be acquired in each link. At present, the online association scheme of small package codes and barrel codes in the industry roughly comprises the following contents: reading small packet codes at an inlet of a carton packaging machine and establishing the small packet code sequence according to time, reading the carton codes and establishing the carton code sequence according to time when the carton packaging machine discharges paper or a carton channel, and then calculating two sequences to realize association, wherein the scheme is correct in thought, but in the practical implementation process, the scheme can be found to be obstructed at all, because the unique codes of the current small cigarette packets are all marked on the side surfaces of the cigarette packets, and the small cigarette packets inside the carton packaging machine are laterally adjacent when moving and do not have the code reading condition at all, so that the small packet codes can only be read on the channel in front of the inlet of the CT carton packaging machine, and thus, the obvious problem exists: the positions of reading the small packet codes and reading the codes of the carton box are far away from each other, after the small packet codes are read, field workers take different numbers of tobacco packets away manually due to quality inspection sampling or machine cigarette blocking, and the like, under the condition, the association established through the operational relationship is obviously disordered, even if the field operators are required to manually scan the codes of the taken tobacco packets, the system carries out error correction operation on the corresponding relationship in the database, the problem cannot be fundamentally solved, once the operators forget to scan the codes, or the unique bar codes of the tobacco packets are damaged when the cigarettes are blocked, the scheme cannot be removed, and therefore the current association scheme has no practicability at all.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: through a certain technical scheme, the problem that the association relationship is disordered due to the fact that small packets are manually taken away after being read commonly existing in the tobacco packet online association scheme of the CT carton-packaging machine at present is solved, and the online association scheme of the unique bar code of the small cigarette packet and the unique bar code of the carton tobacco packet of the cigarette product has feasibility of implementation.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
A. firstly, a small box unique bar code is marked at the bottom of a small box cigarette packet, and a carton unique bar code is marked at a proper position on a carton cigarette packet;
B. reading the code of the small cigarette packet entering the cigarette forming bin one by adopting code reading equipment (short for small box code reader) at the inlet position of the cigarette forming bin of the CT cigarette carton machine, and reading the cigarette packet of the cigarette carton one by adopting code reading equipment (short for strip box code reader) at any position from the beginning of paper feeding of the cigarette carton to the front of a carton removing opening;
C. the small cigarette case code reader and the carton code reader respectively transmit the read contents to the association software in real time, and the association software realizes the accurate correspondence between the unique bar code of the carton cigarette case and the unique bar code of the small cigarette case in the carton cigarette case through calculation according to a certain algorithm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through marking the two-dimensional code at the bottom of the small cigarette packet, the unique bar code of the small cigarette packet is read at the entrance position of the cigarette forming bin of the CT cigarette packet machine, so that the problem that the corresponding relation is disordered due to the fact that the small cigarette bar code is manually taken away after being read in the traditional association scheme is effectively solved, the accuracy of association and the implementation performance of the scheme are improved, and the problem that an upstream supply chain and a downstream supply chain in the tobacco industry are disconnected is technically solved.

In the embodiment, the bar code adopts a universal QR code and is marked on the cigarette packet in advance, wherein the small box two-dimensional code is arranged in the center of the bottom of the cigarette packet, the bar box two-dimensional code is arranged on the front surface of the bar box, and the content of each QR code is unique.
As shown in figure 1, the position of the code reading of the small pocket is that the left side of the push rod is close to the push rod, the position of the code reading of the barrel can be theoretically from the paper under the trademark of the barrel to any position before the rejection port of the barrel on the passage of the barrel, the position of the paper under the barrel is selected to be the code reading position according to the position of the unique identification bar code on the barrel, and the two code readers are respectively fixed on equipment through a support.

And the association software running on the computer realizes the association between the small box two-dimensional code and the strip box two-dimensional code according to the algorithm and stores the corresponding relation into the database.
And after the test is finished, verifying the pass by adopting inspection software, scanning the two-dimensional code of the carton, taking out the small packet code corresponding to the carton code from the database, displaying the small packet code in a parallel table, detaching the carton cigarette, scanning 10 packets of cigarettes inside one packet by one packet, and inspecting 20 cigarettes produced by testing one packet by one if the small packet code obtained by actually scanning the code is in the list, wherein all the small packet codes are consistent with the data in the database.

A. firstly, a small box unique bar code is marked at the bottom of a small box cigarette packet, and a carton unique bar code is marked at a proper position on a carton cigarette packet;
B. reading the code of the small cigarette packet entering the cigarette forming bin one by adopting code reading equipment (short for small box code reader) at the inlet position of the cigarette forming bin of the CT cigarette carton machine, and reading the cigarette packet of the cigarette carton one by adopting code reading equipment (short for strip box code reader) at any position from the beginning of paper feeding of the cigarette carton to the front of a carton removing opening;
C. the small cigarette case code reader and the carton code reader respectively transmit the read bar code contents to the association software in real time, and the association software realizes the accurate correspondence between the unique bar code of the carton cigarette case and the unique bar code of each small cigarette case in the carton cigarette case through calculation according to a certain algorithm.
