Abstract
The invention provides a system design for associating cigarette packets, cartons and cartons with retail customer data. The core content of the system design is that cigarette identity information is identified and collected through an online image visual identification technology in the cigarette production, sorting and distribution processes, a small packet two-dimensional code, a carton two-dimensional code and a cigarette box first engineering code are associated with the identity of a retail user, and each cigarette and each packet of cigarettes can be associated to a commercial company and the retail user. Specifically, in the production and printing link of the box skin, two-dimensional codes in the process are respectively printed on the small cigarette packet and the strip box; in the packaging link, identifying two-dimensional codes at the bottom of the cigarette packet and two-dimensional codes of a carton on line, and forming associated data; in the carton sealing link, identifying each carton filled into the cigarette carton on line, and associating the carton with a first engineering code on each cigarette; in the sorting and distribution link of a commercial company, the carton is subjected to code scanning identification and is associated with the identity of a retail user, and finally, the data of all links are associated with each other, so that each cigarette packet is endowed with an identity card associated with a tobacco industry enterprise, a tobacco commercial enterprise and the retail user.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a data association system design, which is particularly used for full-chain data association and tracing in the cigarette production and circulation link.
Background
With the continuous upgrading and development of the internet application of tobacco enterprises and the collaborative innovation and marketing of industry and commerce, the marketing scheme and the strategy aiming at the unused area are more and more refined, so that the problems of 'one-market-one-code' and 'provincial-level special code' are more and more generated in the application of the two-dimension code of the tobacco packet, and the requirements of more tobacco monopoly management, consumption data collection and accurate marketing are simultaneously met. On the basis of the existing flow and system of the tobacco industry and commerce enterprises, the requirement can be met, so that the complexity of the production link is exponentially increased, and the error rate of the logistics link is multiplied.
In order to thoroughly solve various problems, a new two-dimensional code data association mechanism is established through data association of cigarette packets, cartons and cigarette cases, retail customer delivery information association is carried out in a commercial sorting and delivery link, and the problems of special cigarette packet codes, monopoly management, consumption data collection, precise marketing and the like are thoroughly solved, so that more other applications are realized.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: in the production and printing link of the box skin, two-dimensional codes (auxiliary codes) without shielding process for identification are respectively printed on the small cigarette packet and the barrel; in the packaging link, before the cigarettes are packaged into strips, the two-dimensional codes at the bottoms of the small cigarette packets and the two-dimensional codes of the strip boxes are identified on line through a camera, so that the identities of the mutually related cigarette packets and strip boxes are identified and related data are formed; in the carton sealing link, each carton filled into the cigarette carton is identified on line by photographing through a camera and is associated with a first engineering code on each cigarette; in the sorting and distribution link of a commercial company, code scanning and identification are carried out on the cigarette carton and the cigarette carton is associated with the identity of a distribution retail user, and finally, an identity card associated with a tobacco industry enterprise, a tobacco commercial enterprise and a retail user is given to each cigarette pack through the mutual association of data in all links; in the subsequent consumption link, after the consumer scans the marketing code, the pack of cigarettes and the product of the cigarette belonging to which industrial company is produced, which commercial company is delivered and which retail user sells the pack of cigarettes can be identified from the two-dimensional code unified management background, so that more exponential applications such as marketing, monopoly and circulation are derived.
The overall framework of the method is shown in figure 1, and the system is mainly divided into five parts:
(1) in the production and printing link of the box skin, a two-dimensional code sending system sends a packet main code and auxiliary code associated file and a strip box main code and auxiliary code associated file to a printing factory, the printing factory produces and prints the packet and strip box packaging materials associated with the main codes and the auxiliary codes, and the associated data file needs to be uploaded to an associated data unified management platform;
(2) in the cigarette packaging link, the identity of a small cigarette packet is identified through an online small packet two-dimensional code reading system, corresponding counting is made, and each 10 packets are marked as a data set; meanwhile, the two-dimension code identity of the cigarette carton corresponding to 10 packets is identified through an online carton two-dimension code identifying and reading system, data association between the packets and the carton is realized in a 'packet-carton data association system', and then associated data is uploaded to an 'associated data unified management platform';
(3) in a carton packing link, identifying 50 cigarette two-dimensional codes to be packed by a carton two-dimensional code identifying and reading system; meanwhile, a cigarette box coding bar code is identified through a cigarette box bar code identification system, data association of a carton and a cigarette box is realized in a carton-cigarette box data association system, and then associated data are uploaded to an associated data unified management platform;
(4) after the cigarettes are distributed to the tobacco business companies, the tobacco companies begin sorting the cigarettes and distribution to the retail customers. In the sorting and distribution link, a two-dimensional code reading system of a carton is used for identifying the sorted cigarette carton, the association of the cigarette with the distributed retail customer identity information is realized through a cigarette carton-retail customer data association system, and the association data is uploaded to an association data unified management platform;
(5) after the associated data provided by each system are collected by the associated data unified management platform, the associated data are finally associated and analyzed by combining the primary code and secondary code associated files of the primary small packets and the primary barrel, and finally the data association of the small packets, the primary barrel and the cigarette boxes of the cigarettes with the whole chain of a retail user is realized.

The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the first step is as follows: in the production and printing link of the cigarette wrapper, process two-dimensional codes for identification are printed on the cigarette packet and the carton respectively (the main code is a marketing code, and a golden pull line is needed to shield in the production link; the process two-dimensional codes are also called auxiliary codes, are not shielded in the whole process and are used for identifying the associated data after identification, and the main codes and the auxiliary codes are associated in the printing data issuing link); see fig. 2.
The second step is that: in the cigarette packet production link, a 'small packet two-dimensional code on-line recognition system' is additionally arranged on a cigarette packet conveying channel; the device reads and detects the process two-dimensional code (auxiliary code) of each packet, and records the auxiliary code data of 10 packets as a data set when 10 packets are identified; see fig. 3, 4.
The third step: a strip box two-dimensional code online reading system is additionally arranged on a strip box packaging machine, and the strip box two-dimensional code online reading system is used for reading and detecting a main code of each strip packet;
the fourth step: uploading identification information (10 small packet secondary code data sets) of a small packet two-dimensional code online identification and reading system and associated data of a strip box main code of a strip box two-dimensional code online identification and reading system to an associated data unified management platform, and further performing packet association and data encryption by the data management platform; see fig. 5, 6.
The fifth step: in the carton sealing link, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, before the cigarettes are boxed, the two-dimensional codes of the cigarette cartons on the conveying belt are identified on line through a camera so as to identify the identity of the carton to be loaded into the cigarette carton;
and a sixth step: in the cigarette box code printing link, a camera is used for photographing and identifying the one-dimensional code of the cigarette box;
the seventh step: associating the cigarette carton identity information identified in the fifth step with the first engineering code on the cigarette box in the sixth step, uploading the information to an associated data unified management platform, and performing next cigarette carton association and data encryption by the data management platform;
eighth step: in the sorting and distribution link of a commercial company, the identification information of the cigarette carton is identified again through online equipment, the association of the cigarette carton identification and the distribution retailer identification information is realized, the associated data is uploaded to the associated data unified management platform again for final association analysis, and the purpose of data association of cigarette packet-carton-cigarette case-retailer is realized. See fig. 9.
In the subsequent consumption link, after the consumer scans the marketing code, the consumer can identify the cigarette packet and the industrial company producing the cigarette packet and the commercial company delivering the cigarette packet and the retail user selling the cigarette packet from the two-dimensional code unified management background, so that more index applications such as marketing, monopoly selling, circulation and the like are derived.
Claims (4)
1. A system for associating cigarette packets, cartons with retail establishment data comprising the steps of:
the first step is as follows: in the production and printing link of the box skin, a two-dimensional code sending system sends a packet main code and auxiliary code associated file and a barrel main code and auxiliary code associated file to a printing factory, two-dimensional codes used for identity recognition are printed on the cigarette packet and the barrel respectively, the main code is a marketing code, and a golden stay wire is used for shielding in the production link; the process two-dimensional code is also called as an auxiliary code, the whole process is free of shielding and used for identifying the associated data, and the main code and the auxiliary code are associated in a printing data issuing link;
the second step is that: in the cigarette packet production link, a small packet two-dimensional code online identification and reading system is additionally installed on a cigarette packet conveying channel; the on-line reading system reads and detects the process two-dimension codes of each small packet, and records the 10 small packet auxiliary code data into a data set when 10 small packets are identified;
the third step: the strip box two-dimensional code online reading system is additionally arranged on the strip box packaging machine and is used for reading and detecting the main code of each strip box;
the fourth step: uploading the reading information of the online reading system of the packet two-dimensional codes and the associated data of the main bar code of the online reading system of the bar box two-dimensional codes to an associated data unified management platform, and further performing bar packaging association and data encryption by the associated data unified management platform;
the fifth step: in the carton sealing link, before cigarettes are boxed, the two-dimensional codes of the cigarette carton on the conveying belt are identified on line through a camera so as to identify the identity of the carton to be loaded into the cigarette carton;
and a sixth step: in the cigarette box code printing link, a camera is used for photographing and identifying the one-dimensional code of the cigarette box;
the seventh step: associating the cigarette carton identity information identified in the fifth step with the one-dimensional code on the cigarette box in the sixth step, uploading the associated data to the associated data unified management platform, and performing next step of carton association and data encryption by the associated data unified management platform;
eighth step: in the sorting and distribution link of a commercial company, the identification information of the cigarette carton is identified again through online equipment, the association of the cigarette carton identification and the distribution retail customer identification information is realized, the associated data is uploaded to the associated data unified management platform again for final association analysis, and the purpose of data association of cigarette packet, carton, cigarette case and retail customer is realized.
