A work shift (8 hours) is tracked and tested, an operator is responsible for checking, code scanning and boxing operation, the operation can follow the output of a FOCKE350 packaging machine in the model of 35 pieces/minute, 2 pieces of products in the batch are randomly selected and inspected, and the result shows that the corresponding relation of the two-dimensional codes recorded in the database is completely consistent with the actual cigarette strips.
Fig. 3A-3B are schematic views of the working states of the embodiment of the auxiliary code reading device for associating the two-dimensional code of the hand-held cigarette provided by the invention. In the work, tobacco packets (small boxes or tobacco strips) to be read are arranged into a stack in advance, two-dimensional codes of the tobacco packets are arranged along the same direction which ensures that a code reader can take pictures, an operator pushes the tobacco packets into a right angle of a right angle support plate along one side of the right angle support plate, two surfaces of the tobacco stack are simultaneously kept in contact with two sides (a horizontal part 11 and a vertical part 12) of the right angle support plate 1 after pushing the tobacco packets, at the moment, two touch switches (a first touch switch 2 and a second touch switch 3) are connected under the pressure of the tobacco stack, and an electric signal is applied to the code reader 6; and the code reader 6 triggers the shooting and decoding of the cigarette packet after receiving the electric signal. In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3A, 10 boxes of cigarettes can be scanned once, and after the scanning is successful, the cigarette packets are directly put into a carton; in one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3B, 5 cigarettes can be scanned at a time, and the cigarettes are directly put into the carton after the scanning is successful. It is thus clear that, compared with the prior art that the code is swept one by one through packet (strip), not only reduced the hand dress cigarette and swept the code number of times when being correlated, swept the code number of times with the box strip correlation and reduced nearly 80%, and improved the accuracy of sweeping the code correlation, because the tobacco bale of reading in batches is put into strip box or piece case together, reduced the possibility of misloading or mistaking, improved the feasibility of the hand dress cigarette and swept the code correlation scheme moreover, cleared up the obstacle for the trade is comprehensive to be promoted and is applied the two-dimensional code.
According to the auxiliary code reading method for associating the two-dimensional codes of the hand-held cigarettes, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the two touch switches embedded in the right-angle support plate are used for sending electric signals to the code reader, the code reader shoots and decodes the cigarettes after receiving the electric signals, the two-dimensional codes of the cigarettes can be read in batches in a workshop production environment, the code scanning times in association production of the hand-held cigarettes are effectively reduced, meanwhile, the possibility of misoperation can be effectively reduced, the efficiency of association of manual code scanning is improved, and the association quality is improved.

Claims (7)

1. A supplementary code reading method for association of two-dimensional codes of hand-held cigarettes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the cigarette packets of which the two-dimensional codes are to be read are arranged into cigarette stacks, so that the two-dimensional codes of all the cigarette packets are arranged along the same direction;
pushing the tobacco stack into a right angle of a right-angle support plate along one edge of the right-angle support plate, wherein the right-angle support plate comprises a horizontal part and a vertical part, and a right angle is formed between the horizontal part and the vertical part;
after the cigarette stack is pushed in, two surfaces of the cigarette stack are simultaneously kept in contact with the horizontal part and the vertical part of the right-angle support plate, so that a first touch switch embedded in the horizontal part and a second touch switch embedded in the vertical part are switched on under the pressure of the cigarette stack, and an electric signal is sent to a code reader;
after receiving the electric signal, the code reader photographs and decodes the cigarette packet;
prompting the decoding state of the code reader through a signal indicator light, and after the code reader finishes photographing and decoding, if the signal indicator light is turned on to be green, reading the two-dimensional codes of all tobacco packets placed at the right angle of the right-angle support plate by the code reader once, wherein the decoding state of the code reader is normal; after the photographing and decoding of the code reader are finished, if the signal indicator light is on the red light, the code reader cannot read the two-dimensional codes of all the tobacco packages placed at the right angle of the right-angle support plate at one time, and the decoding state of the code reader is abnormal.
2. The auxiliary code reading method for the association of the two-dimensional code of the cigarette hand-held according to claim 1, characterized in that the auxiliary code reading method for the association of the two-dimensional code of the cigarette hand-held further comprises:
before the code reader carries out photographing and decoding, the power supply is used for supplying electric energy to the code reader and inputting the electric signals to the code reader.
3. The auxiliary code reading method for associating the two-dimensional code for cigarette hand-held according to claim 1, further comprising:
if the signal indicator light is turned on, the cigarette packet is loaded into a cigarette box;
and if the signal indicator light is on, pushing the cigarette stack into the right angle of the right-angle support plate again, and triggering the code reader once again or replacing the cigarette packet to trigger the code reader.
4. The assisted code reading method for two-dimensional code association of hand-held cigarettes according to claim 3, characterized in that the cigarette case comprises a barrel or a carton.

after manual carton sealing, the temporary codes of the cigarette cartons are scanned by holding the handheld bar code gun, and the decoding result of the code reader and the scanning result of the handheld bar code gun are analyzed by utilizing the processor, so that the association is established between the scanned cigarette packets and the scanned cigarette cartons.
7. The auxiliary code reading method for associating the two-dimensional code of the hand-held cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cigarette packet comprises a small box cigarette or a cigarette rod.
