所述焦山楂(Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge),去核,焦山楂是经过炒之后的山楂,山楂炒焦后的酸性减弱,性味温和,散发出明显的焦香气味,嗅觉对味觉有很大的影响,通过添加焦香气味来混淆大脑味觉系统,有效改善药物的不良气味。
所述鸡内金,又名鸡肫皮、鸡黄皮、鸡肫。味甘、性平,寒。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。为家鸡的干燥砂囊内壁,系消化器官,服用后,胃液分泌量、酸度和消化能力均提高,用于研磨食物,用于消化不良、遗精盗汗等症,效果极佳,功效:消食健脾助消化,涩精止遗。可以促进胃液分泌,提高胃酸度及消化力,使胃运动功能明显增强,胃排空加快。
所述罗汉果,(Momordica grosvenori swingle),被人们誉为“神仙果”,是我国特有的珍贵葫芦科植物,素有良药佳果之称。罗汉果属葫芦科植物,主产广西桂林,是一种多用途的药用和保健果品。果实中含有丰富的葡萄糖、果糖及多种维生素,其中罗汉果甙V为三萜系糖甙类S-5的强甜物质,是罗汉果果实中含量和甜度均较高的成分,是主要的甜味成分,其甜度相当于蔗糖的300倍,这种强甜物质味甜而纯正,无异味、回味感强、热稳定好,在100℃水溶液中稳定,在120℃连续加热12小时以上仍不被破坏,属非发酵物质,利于加工贮存。罗汉果具有甜度高,热量低,具有止咳祛痰、抗癌、抗氧化、调节血糖等诸多药理活性,成为兼具治疗功能的天然非糖甜味剂。
所述甜叶菊(Stevia rebaudiana(Bertoni)Hemsl),主要成分为甜菊糖苷,不仅甜度高、热量低,还具有一定的药理作用。甜叶菊主要有治疗糖尿病、控制血糖、降低血压、抗肿瘤、抗腹泻、提高免疫力,促进新陈代谢等作用。
所述金钱草(Lysimachia christinae Hance),又名大金钱草、铜钱草、四川大金钱草、遍地黄等,味甘、性凉。归肝、胆、肾、膀胱经。金钱草是一种常见植物,而且是一种中药材,主要功效可预防结石和利胆排石,可以说对结石有非常好的治疗和预防效果。利水通淋、清热解毒、散瘀消肿、清利湿热、沙淋、尿涩作痛、黄疸尿赤、痈肿疔疮。主治肝胆及泌尿系结石;热淋、肾炎水肿、湿热黄疸、疮毒痈肿、毒蛇咬伤、跌打损伤。
一种改善不良口感的中药伴侣制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、称取重量份数的焦山楂、鸡内金,用中火或武火炒至60-70℃,得到混合药物A;
步骤二、称取重量份数的罗汉果、甜叶菊、金钱草加入混合药物A中,用中火炒至90℃-100℃,得到混合药物B;
步骤三、将混合药物B移至瓦片,用文火焙干;
步骤四、将步骤三得到的药物自然冷却到室温,粉碎至200-300目,以不同规格分装成袋。
所制得的药粉直接冲中药服,也可以用药袋直接煮进中药或者煮水冲服中药颗粒剂,服用方法多样,剂量因所服中药处方不同而变化。
与现有技术相比,本发明的特点与进步:
1、罗汉果与甜叶菊作为天然甜味剂,在味觉中枢把甜觉产生的神经冲动与苦觉产生的神经冲动综合后混淆大脑味觉从而实现掩味,能很好的掩盖中药的苦味和腥味;焦山楂,有明显的焦香气味,当气味激活嗅觉受体后,通过神经轴突向大脑发出电信号,嗅觉对味觉有很大的影响,通过添加焦香气味来混淆大脑味觉系统,有效改善药物的不良气味;同时,鸡内金和金钱草,调和脾胃,以助药力发挥。
2、配方的使用不影响中药汤剂原有的作用,也完全符合中、西配伍规则。
3、本发明所制药粉为超细粉,促进药物成分溶出、简化制剂工艺、保留生物活性、提高生物利用度、改善口感、节约药材资源。
4、本发明所制改善不良口感的中药伴侣,组成合理,用药量少,绿色环保,操作简单,“中药伴侣”口感甘甜,功能调和脾胃,以助药力发挥。有效改善中药不良口感,可广泛应用于多数中药汤剂中,适用于大多数人群,并有一定的降糖降压作用。

步骤四、将步骤三得到的药物自然冷却到室温,粉碎至250目,以不同规格分装成袋。

一种改善不良口感的中药伴侣,包括以下重量份数的原料:焦山楂2份;鸡内金2份;罗汉果2份;甜叶菊2份;金钱草2份;

步骤一、称取重量份数的焦山楂、鸡内金,用中火或武火炒至70℃,得到混合药物A;

将实施例1-4的药粉分别与大承气汤、活络通痹汤、羚羊角汤、沉香鹿茸丸煮水冲服,与未使用本发明一种改善不良口感的中药伴侣时药效相同,但是口感明显改善,口感甘甜,无腥味,无涩味。

步骤三、将混合药物B移至瓦片,用文火焙干;
步骤四、将步骤三得到的药物自然冷却到室温,粉碎至200-300目,以不同规格分装成袋。
