Description

Anti-hair loss traditional Chinese medicine composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing alopecia, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Alopecia refers to the phenomenon of hair loss. The normal hair loss is the hair in the catagen and telogen phases, and the normal amount of hair can be maintained because the hair entering the catagen phase and the hair newly entering the anagen phase are constantly in dynamic balance. Alopecia is normal metabolism, and in life, everyone suffers from alopecia. While pathologic hair loss refers to abnormal or excessive hair loss. Generally, 50-60 hairs lost in one day of a normal adult are normal phenomena, and the hair loss signals when more than 100 hairs are lost. If more than 100 hairs fall off in one day and the period lasts for more than 2 or 3 months, the patient needs to be hospitalized as soon as possible. Alopecia is a very annoying problem, and according to the latest statistics of the world health organization, one of six Chinese people in the current society has alopecia symptoms. 60% of men begin to lose hair before the age of 25, the proportion of the loss of hair before the age of 30 accounts for 84%, the loss of hair tends to be low-aged, and the middle-aged and young people become the chief force of the hair loss army.
The reasons for alopecia are many, and western medical theory considers that under normal conditions, abundant blood vessels exist in human hair papillae to provide sufficient nutrition for hair papillae and hair bulb parts, so that hair growth hormone is smoothly synthesized. Various adverse stimuli (influence of hormone level, influence of neurostimulation, etc.) cause vasospasm of supplying hair nutrition, and dysfunction of nutrition-transporting function of hair papilla and hair bulb part. When nutrient synthesis is inhibited in the formation of papilla and bulbus pili, or when ATP having a cell energy function is produced due to some factor, production of ATP is inhibited. ATP, which is a heat source, is not produced, and thus protein synthesis of hair is not performed, hair mother cells lose activity, nutrients in medullary and cortex portions of hair are reduced, keratinization begins, hair follicles begin to atrophy or necrose, hair enters a resting stage in a large amount, and hair falls off in a large amount. The prior art is currently studied for androgenetic alopecia, neurogenic alopecia, endocrine alopecia, nutritional alopecia, physical alopecia, chemical alopecia, infectious alopecia, symptomatic alopecia, congenital alopecia, seasonal alopecia, and the like. Alopecia caused by fungal infections, parasites, viruses, and purulent skin diseases is called infectious alopecia. Infectious diseases cause hair loss mainly by infecting microorganisms to directly destroy hair follicles or to form scars to make the hair follicles disappear. Common symptoms of such alopecia include tinea capitis and alopecia folliculitis. The alopecia folliculitis is mostly seen in seborrheic dermatitis of head, is caused by infection of staphylococcus aureus, tinea capitis caused by fungal infection, and the most effective method is to discover the cause at an early stage and treat the disease in a targeted manner.
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, hair has close relation with liver and kidney, kidney stores essence and liver and controls blood, the essence and blood are mainly bloomed in hair, the deficiency of liver and kidney causes insufficiency of essence and blood, and hair follicles can not obtain sufficient nutrition. Otherwise, the liver and kidney are strong and the upper part is good at the head, so the hair is thick and dark.
Due to the huge market potential, a plurality of hair loss prevention, hair growth promotion and hair health care washing products are sold on the market, but the effect is little.

2.3 test methods: on the back of the mouse, the spine was used as a midline, the mouse was divided into 4 regions ABCD (2 cm. times.2 cm) from the head to the tail, each half was left and right, and after hair removal, 0.2ml of the test article was applied in the arrangement shown in Table 4 below, and the blank was applied with distilled water. After 21 days, a bunch of new hairs are pulled out from the smearing region, 10 longer hairs are selected by visual inspection and measured by a vernier caliper, and the average value is taken as the growth length value of the rat hairs in the region. The application area hair was carefully collected and weighed again as a rat hair growth weight value. The results are shown in Table 5.
