Taking 0.1mL of sample solution, adding 2mL of 60 mu mol/L DPPH solution, uniformly mixing, standing for 30min, adjusting the zero point by using an original solvent, and measuring the absorbance at 515nm as Ai; uniformly mixing 0.1mL of solvent and 2mL of DPPH solution by the same method, and determining the absorbance as Ac; 0.1mL of the sample solution +2mL of the solvent were mixed and the absorbance was measured as Aj. The radical scavenging rate was calculated by the following formula.
The clearance (%) [1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ] x 100%
Wherein Aj reflects the contribution of the sample itself to absorbance; absorbance values of Ai samples after action on DPPH; ac is the absorption of DPPH itself at the measurement wavelength.
The results are shown in Table 5.

In vitro experiment results show that the anti-aging composition has better free radical scavenging capacity, and the scavenging rate is higher than that of each single-dose group and each control group. The results of the composition components of the control group 9 are compared, so that the four functional components have synergistic effect.
Example 4: safety testing of anti-ageing compositions
Referring to the experiment method of the human skin closed patch in the fifth part of technical specifications for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), 50 volunteers are selected, and samples of compositions 1-4 and blank control groups in table 1 are taken to synchronously perform closed patch tests, so that allergic phenomena such as skin redness or erythema and the like are not found (see table 6), and the compositions and the prepared emulsion cosmetic are safe and do not cause any adverse phenomenon.

Claims (9)

1. An anti-aging composition comprising echinacea purpurea extract, maritime pine bark extract, black ginseng extract, and Sparassis crispa extract.
2. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, comprising 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of echinacea purpurea extract, 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of maritime pine bark extract, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of black ginseng extract and 0.5 to 15 parts by weight of Sparassis crispa extract.
3. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, comprising 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of echinacea purpurea extract, 0.05 to 2 parts by weight of maritime pine bark extract, 1 to 3 parts by weight of black ginseng extract and 0.5 to 6 parts by weight of Sparassis crispa extract.
4. The anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a complex vegetable oil.
5. The antiaging composition according to claim 4, wherein the composite vegetable oil is selected from one or more of shea butter, soybean lecithin, grapeseed oil, lemon seed oil, oat seed oil, almond oil, jojoba seed oil, sweet almond oil, hemp seed oil, and tocopherol.
6. Use of the anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for the preparation of a cosmetic product.
7. Use according to claim 6, wherein the cosmetic product is a lotion, an emulsion, a serum, a cream or a face cream.
8. An anti-aging cosmetic comprising the anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and a cosmetically acceptable base.
9. The cosmetic according to claim 8, wherein the base is one or more selected from the group consisting of oils, emulsifiers, moisturizers, solvents, skin conditioners, thickeners, solubilizers, fragrances, and preservatives.
