本发明提供了一种吸收芯体，所述吸收芯体由吸水性纤维经过梳理或梳棉工艺梳理为纵向一致的网面后，经过折叠或挤压得到；所述吸水性纤维的长度为35～76mm，纤度为1.1～6.6dtex；所述吸水性纤维为粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维。本发明通过改变现有一次性吸收制品的吸收芯体，加强吸收效果。本发明中的吸收性长纤维具有纤维传导性能，优于现有一次性吸收制品，传导效果越好，芯体的有效利用率更高，纵向吸收长度是横向吸收长度的2倍。产品不会出现绒毛浆成型的吸收体断裂问题；产品整体柔软度提升，产品亲肤性能提升；产品可以可随身体任意扭动，产品贴合身体而不漏液。本发明还提供了一种一次性吸收制品及其制备方法。

Description

一种吸收芯体、一次性吸收制品及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于一次性卫生用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种吸收芯体、一次性吸收制品及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上出售的各类吸收制品，包括女士生理期用吸收制品、婴儿吸收制品、医用吸收制品等，其功能趋于越来越完善，且品质要求也越来越高。
现有市场上一次性吸收制品的吸收形体绝大多数为绒毛浆通过高速转动的粉碎机，将绒毛浆打碎成短纤维，在和SAP高分子吸水树脂混合通过气流成网形成复合芯体，常见的无尘纸和吸水纸组合的吸收芯体主要材料依然是绒毛浆和高分子吸水树脂。现在工作尿裤上出现的一种新型的吸收材料，主要材料是聚酯纤维做成的热风无纺布、绒毛浆和高分子吸水树脂，依然含有绒毛浆和高分子吸水树脂。现有市场上还有一种吸水芯体，是液体卫生巾吸收芯体，该吸收芯体是采用聚氨酯发泡技术做的一种多孔材料，其中多孔材料通过孔的物理吸附进行吸收，吸收能力一般，只能使用在对吸收量较小的卫生巾上，不能使用在纸尿裤、成人失禁等产品上。
因此，目前吸收能力较强的一次性卫生用品的主流原料为绒毛浆，绒毛浆是一种具有吸收性能的纤维素纤维，主要原材料是针叶木，我国森林资源匮乏，并且针叶木更加缺乏。而国内生产吸收制品的绒毛浆都来自与北美和南美，这使得中国在这一方面没有优势，受到美洲国家的制约，为此开发绒毛浆材料的替代吸收材料对行业的发展至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸收芯体、一次性吸收制品及其制备方法，本发明中的一次性吸收制品吸收效率高，原料来源广且柔软度提升。
本发明提供一种吸收芯体，所述吸收芯体由吸水性纤维经过梳理或梳棉工艺梳理为纵向一致的网面后，经过折叠或挤压得到；
所述吸水性纤维的长度为35～76mm，纤度为1.1～6.6dtex；所述吸水性纤维为粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维。
优选的，所述吸水性纤维还包括SAF超吸水纤维；所述SAF超吸水纤维的添加量为10～20wt％。
优选的，所述吸收芯体为条状或片状；
所述吸收芯体的厚度为0.7～1.5mm。
本发明提供一种一次性吸收制品，包括依次接触的阻隔面层、吸收芯体层和防漏底膜层；
所述吸收芯体层为上文所述的吸收芯体。
优选的，所述阻隔面层的宽度方向设置有护边层；
所述护边层的宽度与所述阻隔面层的宽度之和小于等于所述防漏底膜层的宽度。
优选的，所述阻隔面层为无纺布材料，厚度为0.2～1.0mm。
优选的，所述防漏底膜层为PE膜或PE透气膜。
优选的，所述在所述阻隔面层和防漏底膜层之间，还设置有增强吸收芯体；
所述增强吸收芯体为SAP高分子吸水树脂材料或者权利要求1或2所述的吸收芯体；
所述增强吸收芯体的体积为所述吸收芯体体积的10～30％。
优选的，所述吸收芯体具有贴合人体曲线的凸起结构，所述凸起结构的高度为3～6mm。
本发明提供一种一次性吸收制品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A)利用梳理机或梳棉机将吸水性纤维梳理成纵向一致的网面，经过折叠或挤压，得到吸收芯体；
B)将所述吸收芯体定型后与阻隔面层、防漏底膜层进行复合，得到一次性吸收制品。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种吸收芯体，所述吸收芯体由吸水性纤维经过梳理或梳棉工艺梳理为纵向一致的网面后，经过折叠或挤压得到；
所述吸水性纤维的长度为35～76mm，纤度为1.1～6.6dtex；所述吸水性纤维为粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维。
在本发明中，所述吸水性纤维可以是任意具有吸水作用的纤维，如天然的动植物纤维，粘胶纤维、醋酸纤维等，如应用于一次性吸收制品，优选为粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维。
所述吸水性纤维为长纤维，纤维本身的吸水性能比普通的绒毛浆短纤维更有优势，长纤维纵向传导扩散性能更强。纤维的长度优选为35～76mm，更优选为38～51mm，所述纤维的纤度优选为1.1～6.6dtex，更优选为2.2～4.4dtex，即2～4旦。
在本发明中，所述吸收芯体可以是条状，也可以是片状，所述吸收芯体的厚度优选为0.7-1.5mm，更优选为0.8～1.2mm，最优选为0.9～1.0mm。
在本发明中，所述吸收芯体是通过梳理机或梳棉机将所述吸水性纤维进行梳理，使其走向沿纵向一致，即所述吸水性纤维均按照其长度的方向排列分布。
本发明优选在梳理的过程中增加部分SAF超吸水纤维，由于SAF超吸水纤维在吸水之后强度很低，所述SAF超吸水纤维的添加量优选为所述吸水纤维总质量的10～20wt％，更优选为13～15wt％。
本发明还提供了一种一次性吸收制品，包括依次接触的阻隔面层、吸收芯体层和防漏底膜层；
所述吸收芯体为上文所述的吸收芯体。
在本发明中，所述一次性吸收制品包括但不限于婴儿纸尿裤、成人失禁用品、一次性乳垫、卫生巾、卫生护垫、纸尿片、护理垫等。在本发明中，所述阻隔面层为无纺布材料，优选为热风无纺布、纯棉无纺布，所述阻隔面层的厚度优选为0.2～1.0mm，更优选为0.4～0.8mm，最优选为0.5～0.6mm；
所述防漏底膜层优选为透气PE膜或PE膜。
在本发明中，所述吸收芯体层贯穿所述一次性吸收制品的中间部分。
在本发明中，所述阻隔面层的宽度方向设置有护边层；
所述护边层的宽度与所述阻隔面层的宽度之和小于等于所述防漏底膜层的宽度。
优选的，本发明在所述阻隔面层和防漏底膜层之间，还设置有增强吸收芯体；本发明优选将所述增强吸收芯体设置在所述吸收芯体和阻隔面层之间；所述增强吸收芯体可以是上文所述的吸收芯体，即在所述阻隔面层和防漏底膜层之间共设置两层或两层以上的多层吸收芯体，也可以是其他材质的吸收芯体，比如SAP高分子吸水树脂材料的吸收芯体，所述增强吸收芯体的体积优选为所述吸收芯体体积的10～30％，更优选为15～25％，最优选为20％。
在本发明中，所述吸收芯体和/或增强吸收芯体具有贴合人体曲线的凸起结构，所述凸起结构的高度为3～6mm。
本发明还提供了一种一次性吸收制品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A)利用梳理机或梳棉机将吸水性纤维梳理成纵向一致的网面，经过折叠或挤压，得到吸收芯体；
B)将所述吸收芯体定型后与阻隔面层、防漏底膜层进行复合，得到一次性吸收制品。
在本发明中，将所述吸水性纤维梳理的过程主要包括先将所述吸水性纤维开松、清棉，然后将其输入梳理机或梳棉机，采用梳理机或梳棉机的常规工艺进行梳理，使本发明中的吸水性纤维成为均匀的网面，为加快生产速度，梳理网面的宽度是高于芯体宽度，网面经过折叠或者挤压工艺使其形成一次性吸收制品的吸收芯体，经过压实处理最终形成在线连续生产的工作单元，最终形成一次性吸收制品的吸收芯体。该工艺可以是和一次性吸收制品设备连线生产，也可以离线加工成吸收芯体再进行一次性吸收制品的生产。
在本发明中，梳理、折叠/挤压以及压实等步骤均采用纺织行业或非织造布行业中的梳理、折叠/挤压以及压实的工艺即可。
得到的吸收芯体与阻隔面层、防漏底膜层进行复合，得到一次性吸收制品，所述复合的方法为本领域技术人员常用的复合方法，本发明在此不再赘述。
本发明提供了一种吸收芯体，所述吸收芯体由吸水性纤维经过梳理或梳棉工艺梳理为纵向一致的网面后，经过折叠或挤压得到；所述吸水性纤维的长度为35～76mm，纤度为1.1～6.6dtex；所述吸水性纤维为粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维。本发明通过改变现有一次性吸收制品的吸收芯体，加强吸收效果。现有绒毛浆芯体、液体卫生巾芯体吸收效果受到纤维长度影响，传导性能一般，本发明中的吸收性长纤维具有纤维传导性能，优于现有一次性吸收制品，传导效果越好，芯体的有效利用率更高。产品不会出现绒毛浆成型的吸收体断裂问题；产品整体柔软度提升，产品亲肤性能提升；产品可以可随身体任意扭动，产品贴合身体而不漏液。实验结果表明，现在绒毛浆的吸收倍率大约在9～10倍左右，聚氨酯发泡技术做的一种多孔材料吸水倍率更低，一般在7～8倍，该发明的吸水倍率可以达到10～19倍之间。
为了进一步说明本发明，以下结合实施例对本发明提供的一种吸收芯体、一次性吸收制品及其制备工艺进行详细描述，但不能将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
将长度为38mm的吸收纤维使用梳棉机进行梳理成网，折叠、挤压后制得厚度为1.5mm的片状吸收芯体；
将吸收芯体与0.5mm厚的热风无纺布阻隔面层、PE透气底膜复合，得到如图1～2所示的卫生巾制品。
实施例2
将长度为38mm的吸收纤维使用梳棉机进行梳理成网，折叠、挤压后制得厚度为1.5mm的片状吸收芯体；
将棉吸收芯体与0.5mm厚的热风无纺布阻隔面层、3mm厚的SAP高分子吸水树脂芯体、PE透气底膜复合，得到如图3所示的卫生巾制品。
实施例3
将长度为38mm的吸收纤维使用梳棉机进行梳理成网，折叠、挤压后制得厚度为1.5mm的片状吸收芯体；
将棉吸收芯体与0.5mm厚的热风无纺布阻隔面层、PE透气底膜复合，得到如图4所示的纸尿裤制品。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种吸收芯体，所述吸收芯体由吸水性纤维经过梳理或梳棉工艺梳理为纵向一致的网面后，经过折叠或挤压得到；
所述吸水性纤维的长度为35～76mm，纤度为1.1～6.6dtex；所述吸水性纤维为粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收芯体，其特征在于，所述吸水性纤维还包括SAF超吸水纤维；所述SAF超吸水纤维的添加量为10～20wt％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸收芯体，其特征在于，所述吸收芯体为条状或片状；
所述吸收芯体的厚度为0.7～1.5mm。
4.一种一次性吸收制品，包括依次接触的阻隔面层、吸收芯体层和防漏底膜层；
所述吸收芯体层为权利要求1或2所述的吸收芯体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一次性吸收制品，其特征在于，所述阻隔面层的宽度方向设置有护边层；
所述护边层的宽度与所述阻隔面层的宽度之和小于等于所述防漏底膜层的宽度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一次性吸收制品，其特征在于，所述阻隔面层为无纺布材料，厚度为0.2～1.0mm。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一次性吸收制品，其特征在于，所述防漏底膜层为PE膜或者PE透气膜。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一次性吸收制品，其特征在于，所述在所述阻隔面层和防漏底膜层之间，还设置有增强吸收芯体；
所述增强吸收芯体为SAP高分子吸水树脂材料或者权利要求1或2所述的吸收芯体；
所述增强吸收芯体的体积为所述吸收芯体体积的10～30％。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一次性吸收制品，其特征在于，所述吸收芯体具有贴合人体曲线的凸起结构，所述凸起结构的高度为3～6mm。
10.一种一次性吸收制品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
A)利用梳理机或梳棉机将吸水性纤维梳理成纵向一致的网面，经过折叠或挤压，得到吸收芯体；
B)将所述吸收芯体定型后与阻隔面层、防漏底膜层进行复合，得到一次性吸收制品。
