技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布、制作方法及吸收芯体,属于个人卫生用品领域。
背景技术
传统的木浆芯体产品,其木浆纤维长度一般为2-3mm,虽然有优异的吸液性能,但是因为纤维过短,无法缠结,所以芯体强度弱,容易出现断层和起坨现象。而传统的复合芯体,其中间层常为蓬松型的热风无纺布,原料组成为ES纤维、涤纶纤维。两种纤维经过热风烘箱烘烤,使纤维表面熔融,从而粘结定型。其中ES纤维通常经过亲水油剂喷涂处理来获得亲水性,涤纶纤维一般不做处理,保持原本微拒水的特性。这两种纤维的原料都是化纤,这样的原料组合使得液体渗透到中间层后,纤维与纤维之间只是起到透过液体的作用,不具备本身吸液以及传导液体的功能,从而影响吸收芯体的扩散性能。另一方面,ES纤维的亲水油剂类型多为单亲油剂类型,经过液体冲刷后,油剂会被冲洗掉,到第二次、第三次,其亲水性能衰减,从而影响吸收芯体的多次吸收性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种吸液性能好的无纺布、制作方法及吸收芯体。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
无纺布,包括上、下分布的蓬松层和植物纤维层,所述蓬松层由三维卷曲状化学纤维梳理成型而成,蓬松层内负载有高吸水性树脂,所述化学纤维的长度为10-70mm,蓬松层内化学纤维沿纵、横向均匀分布;所述植物纤维层由植物纤维沿纵向梳理成型而成,所述植物纤维的长度为10-70mm;所述蓬松层与植物纤维层的厚度之比为75-85:15-25。
所述化学纤维为PP、PE、PET中的一种或两种复合型,规格为1-10D。
所述植物型纤维为棉、麻、粘胶纤维中的一种,规格为1-10D。
如上所述的无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、以所述三维卷曲状化学纤维为原料,通过梳理机梳理成型,获得蓬松层;
以所述植物纤维为原料,通过梳理机梳理成型,获得植物纤维层;
S2、将S1获得的蓬松层和植物纤维层叠合在一起,喷施粘合剂,优选地,施用量0.5-2gsm,再定型;
向蓬松层播撒高吸水性树脂,优选地,撒播量为50-300gsm。
进一步地,播撒高吸水性树脂时,可振动蓬松层,以使高吸水性树脂嵌入化学纤维之间的间隙中,并使得靠近植物纤维层的高吸水性树脂与植物纤维层接触。
进一步地,S2中,喷施粘合剂后,可在粘合剂未完全凝固时,播撒高吸水性树脂,使得部分高吸水性树脂粘附于化学纤维表面,进一步提升无纺布快速吸液能力。

作为本发明的一种实施方式,该无纺布上层蓬松层可为经亲水处理的6-7D*64mm三维中空涤纶纤维梳理而成,下层可由3D*38mm粘胶纤维梳理而成,两种原料经上下两台梳理机梳理,其中上层中纤维排布为纵横向均匀分布,厚度占到整个无纺布的80%,获得最大的蓬松度,下层纤维基本成纵向的定向排布,厚度占到整个无纺布的20%,主要实现致密传导的功能。组合出来后叠合成纤网,后添加粘合剂成型,再撒入高吸水性树脂(SAP),SAP穿透上层蓬松型结构,落入到植物纤维层上,吸液时,上层蓬松型结构提供足够空间,给液体快速下渗,下层的植物纤维能迅速捕获液体并能快速的传递给高吸水性树脂吸收。这样既能解决传统复合芯体中间层化学纤维吸液能力差、多次吸液能力弱的缺点,也能改善木浆芯体强度不够,断层起坨的短板。
一种吸收芯体,包括如上所述的无纺布或如上所述的制作方法制作而成的无纺布,所述无纺布的上表面和下表面分别复合有面层。
本发明中,将三维卷曲状化学纤维梳理成型,获得具有良好蓬松性和回弹性的蓬松层,蓬松层可负载较多的高吸水性树脂;植物纤维层由植物纤维纵向梳理而成,具有优异的导流性能。蓬松层和植物纤维层可通过粘合剂粘合定型,结构稳定,强度、蓬松性能均优异;用于吸收芯体,可在保持蓬松手感的同时,使得吸收芯体具备快速传导和多次吸液能力,能有效提升吸收芯体的吸收速度、均匀扩散以及多次吸液的性能,另一方面,因为无纺布蓬松度的增加30-40%,该芯体的SAP添加量会有进一步的提升20-40%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)吸液能力强,具备多次吸液能力,能有效提升吸收芯体的吸收速度、均匀扩散以及多次吸液的性能;
(2)本发明的无纺布为双层结构,相比传统无纺布,强度更强,不易断层起坨。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。为叙述方便,下文中如出现“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”字样,仅表示与附图本身的上、下、左、右方向一致,并不对结构起限定作用。
实施例1
如图3所示,一种无纺布以及使用该无纺布的吸收芯体。该无纺布包括上、下分布的蓬松层和植物纤维层,所述蓬松层由三维卷曲状化学纤维梳理成型而成,蓬松层内负载有高吸水性树脂,所述化学纤维的长度为10-70mm,蓬松层内化学纤维沿纵、横向均匀分布;所述植物纤维层由植物纤维沿纵向梳理成型而成,所述植物纤维的长度为10-70mm;所述蓬松层与植物纤维层的厚度之比为80:20。
所述化学纤维为PP、PE、PET中的一种,规格为1-10D。
所述植物型纤维为棉、麻、粘胶纤维中的一种,规格为1-10D。
如上所述的无纺布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、以所述三维卷曲状化学纤维为原料,通过梳理机梳理成型,获得蓬松层;
以所述植物纤维为原料,通过梳理机梳理成型,获得植物纤维层;
S2、将S1获得的蓬松层和植物纤维层叠合在一起,喷施热熔胶,定型;
向蓬松层播撒高吸水性树脂。
一种吸收芯体,包括如上所述的无纺布或,所述无纺布的上表面和下表面分别复合有面层。
所述无纺布上层蓬松型结构为经亲水处理的6-7D*64mm三维中空涤纶纤维,比例为50%,下层为3D*38mm粘胶纤维,比例为50%,两种原料经上下两台梳理机梳理,其中上层纤维排布为纵横向均匀分布,厚度占到整个无纺布的80%,获得最大的蓬松度,下层纤维基本成纵向的定向排布,厚度占到整体无纺布的20%,主要实现致密传导的功能。组合出来后叠合成纤网,后添加粘合剂成型,再撒入高吸水性树脂,SAP穿透上层蓬松型结构,落入到下层致密层上层,吸液时,上层蓬松型结构提供足够空间,给液体快速下渗,下层的植物纤维能迅速捕获液体并能快速的传递给高吸水性树脂吸收。这样既能解决传统复合芯体中间层化学纤维吸液能力差、多次吸液能力弱的缺点,也能改善木浆芯体强度不够,断层起坨的短板。

Claims (7)

1.无纺布,其特征在于,包括上、下分布的蓬松层和植物纤维层,所述蓬松层由三维卷曲状化学纤维梳理成型而成,蓬松层内负载有高吸水性树脂,所述化学纤维的长度为10-70mm,蓬松层内化学纤维沿纵、横向均匀分布;所述植物纤维层由植物纤维沿纵向梳理成型而成,所述植物纤维的长度为10-70mm;所述蓬松层与植物纤维层的厚度之比为75-85:15-25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布,其特征在于,所述化学纤维为PP、PE、PET中的一种,规格为1-10D。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布,其特征在于,所述植物型纤维为棉、麻、粘胶纤维中的一种,规格为1-10D。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的无纺布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、以所述三维卷曲状化学纤维为原料,通过梳理机梳理成型,获得蓬松层;
以所述植物纤维为原料,通过梳理机梳理成型,获得植物纤维层;
S2、将S1获得的蓬松层和植物纤维层叠合在一起,喷施粘合剂,定型;
向蓬松层播撒高吸水性树脂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为天然型粘合剂、化学型粘合剂、物理型粘合剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为乳胶、泡沫粘合剂、热熔胶中的一种。
7.一种吸收芯体,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-3任一项所述的无纺布或如权利要求4-6任一项所述的制作方法制作而成的无纺布,所述无纺布的上表面和下表面分别复合有面层。
