After taking metformin for 5 days, the patient feels abdominal distension, nausea and can not eat; after the gliclazide is taken for d days, the rash of the whole body is stopped. Checking fasting blood sugar 10.8mmol/L, 2 hours postprandial blood sugar 14.6mmol/L, and glycosylated hemoglobin 11.1%. Soaking with boiling water 1000ml per day, taking for 1 week, and then detecting the dry mouth, and repeatedly detecting fasting blood glucose 9.2 mmol/L. The administration is continued for 3 weeks, and then the fasting blood glucose is checked to be reduced to 6.8 mmol/L. The medicine is taken for 4 weeks continuously, and 5.4mmol/L of fasting blood sugar, 7.8mmol/L of blood sugar after 2 hours of meal and 5.6% of glycosylated hemoglobin are checked. The Chinese medicinal decoction is reduced to 500ml per day, and the blood sugar is basically stable after treatment for 4 weeks. The drug withdrawal follow-up period is 2 months, and the blood sugar and the glycosylated hemoglobin still maintain normal levels.
2. In 62 years old, Yang Shi, women, were diagnosed in our hospital for diabetes mellitus type II 5 years ago in hospitals in generous counties due to "dry mouth, polydipsia and emaciation". Once orally taken, diabetes pills, metformin and other medicaments are used for treatment, plain blood sugar is little, and the control condition is not detailed. The hospital checks that the fasting blood sugar is 12.6mmol/L, the blood sugar is 15.3mmol/L after 2 hours, and the glycosylated hemoglobin is 16.1 percent. After the treatment with the above medicines is stopped, the Chinese medicinal composition is infused with boiling water, 1000ml per day, and after 1 week of administration, the mouth feeling is improved, and the fasting blood glucose is rechecked to be 9.8 mmol/L. The administration is continued for 3 weeks, and then the fasting blood glucose is checked to be reduced to 7.3 mmol/L. After 4 weeks, the patients take the medicine continuously, and then the patients are rechecked for 5.6mmol/L of fasting blood sugar, 6.9mmol/L of blood sugar after 2 hours and 5.5% of glycosylated hemoglobin. The Chinese medicinal decoction is reduced to 500ml per day, and the blood sugar is basically stable after treatment for 4 weeks. The drug withdrawal follow-up period is 2 months, and the blood sugar and the glycosylated hemoglobin still maintain normal levels.
3. Liu Zhi, male, 57 years old, was diagnosed in our hospital for diabetes due to "dry mouth, polyuria", and 3 years ago, type II diabetes was diagnosed in Guiyang city people's hospital. The blood sugar is maintained at about 6.0mmol/L by taking the metformin and other medicaments orally. The fasting blood sugar of the hospital is 8.1mmol/L, the blood sugar of 2 hours after meal is 14.3mmol/L, and the glycosylated hemoglobin is 8.1 percent. After the metformin therapy is stopped, the Chinese medicinal composition is infused with boiling water, 1000ml is taken every day, after 1 week of taking the composition, the user feels dry mouth and polyuria is obviously improved, and after the user finishes the detection, the fasting blood sugar is 7.8 mmol/L. The administration is continued for 3 weeks, and then the fasting blood glucose is checked to be reduced to 7.3 mmol/L. After 4 weeks, the patients take the medicine continuously, and then the patients are rechecked for 5.8mmol/L of fasting blood sugar, 6.8mmol/L of blood sugar after 2 hours and 5.1% of glycosylated hemoglobin. The Chinese medicinal decoction is reduced to 500ml per day, and the blood sugar is basically stable after treatment for 4 weeks. The drug withdrawal follow-up period is 2 months, and the blood sugar and the glycosylated hemoglobin still maintain normal levels.
4. In Yang Jie, male age 48, the primary diagnosis is peripheral facial paralysis due to the "facial distortion, inability to close the eyes and bulge the mouth" of the patient. After admission, 28.1mmol/L of fasting blood sugar, 15.3mmol/L of blood sugar after 2 hours of meal and 11.1% of glycosylated hemoglobin are checked. The diagnosis is as follows: 1. peripheral facial paralysis; 2. type II diabetes.
