Boiling liquid: boiling 240 kg of clear water, putting 30 kg of prepared dandelion, decocting for 4 hours, filtering the dandelion, taking out, adding 60 kg of clear water again, decocting for 2 hours, filtering the dandelion again, combining the two filtrates, carrying out filter pressing by using a 200-mesh filter press, refluxing for 4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by using a jacketed kettle, thus obtaining the dandelion paste;

boiling 30 kg of clear water, putting 4 kg of prepared medlar, decocting for 4 hours, filtering the medlar, taking out, adding 8 kg of clear water again, decocting for 2 hours, filtering the medlar again, combining the two filtrates, carrying out filter pressing by a 200-mesh filter press, refluxing for 4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by a jacketed kettle, thus obtaining the medlar paste.
Preparing materials: 8 kg of honey, 24 kg of maltodextrin, 8 kg of glucose, 400 g of citric acid and 4 g of lemon yellow, and grinding the citric acid into powder and sieving the powder by a 100-mesh sieve.
And (3) granulating: the dandelion paste, the red date paste and the medlar paste are mixed with the ingredients, and then the mixture is put into a mixer to be stirred for 1.5 hours, so that the materials are uniformly mixed and granulated by a 100-mesh screen.
And (3) drying: drying the granules in a drying oven at 80 deg.C for 20 hr.

boiling 180 kg of clear water, putting 24 kg of prepared red dates, decocting for 4 hours, filtering the red dates, adding 48 kg of clear water again, decocting for 2 hours, filtering the red dates again, combining the two filtrates, performing pressure filtration by using a 200-mesh pressure filter, refluxing for 4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by using a jacketed kettle to obtain red date paste;
boiling 45 kg of clear water, putting 6 kg of prepared medlar, decocting for 4 hours, filtering the medlar, taking out, adding 12 kg of clear water again, decocting for 2 hours, filtering the medlar again, combining the two filtrates, carrying out filter pressing by a 200-mesh filter press, refluxing for 4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by a jacketed kettle, thus obtaining the medlar paste.
Preparing materials: 12 kg of honey, 36 kg of maltodextrin, 12 kg of glucose, 600 g of citric acid and 6 g of lemon yellow, and grinding the citric acid into powder and sieving the powder by a 100-mesh sieve.
And (3) granulating: the dandelion paste, the red date paste and the medlar paste are mixed with the ingredients, and then the mixture is put into a mixer to be stirred for 1.5 hours, so that the materials are uniformly mixed and granulated by a 100-mesh screen.

Boiling liquid: boiling 480 kg of clear water, putting 60 kg of prepared dandelion, decocting for 4 hours, filtering the dandelion, taking out, adding 120 kg of clear water again, decocting for 2 hours, filtering the dandelion again, combining two filtrates, performing filter pressing by using a 200-mesh filter press, refluxing for 4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by using a jacketed kettle to obtain dandelion paste;
boiling 240 kg of clear water, putting 32 kg of prepared red dates, decocting for 4 hours, filtering the red dates, adding 64 kg of clear water again, decocting for 2 hours, filtering the red dates again, combining the two filtrates, performing pressure filtration by using a 200-mesh pressure filter, refluxing for 4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by using a jacketed kettle to obtain red date paste;
boiling 60 kg of clear water, putting 8 kg of prepared medlar, decocting for 4 hours, filtering the medlar, taking out, adding 16 kg of clear water again, decocting for 2 hours, filtering the medlar again, combining the two filtrates, carrying out filter pressing by a 200-mesh filter press, refluxing for 4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by a jacketed kettle, thus obtaining the medlar paste.
Preparing materials: 16 kg of honey, 48 kg of maltodextrin, 16 kg of glucose, 800 g of citric acid and 8 g of lemon yellow, and grinding the citric acid into powder and sieving the powder by a 100-mesh sieve.
And (3) granulating: the dandelion paste, the red date paste and the medlar paste are mixed with the ingredients, and then the mixture is put into a mixer to be stirred for 1.5 hours, so that the materials are uniformly mixed and granulated by a 100-mesh screen.

Claims (3)
1. A health-preserving solid beverage for adjusting human immunity is characterized by comprising dandelion paste, red date paste and medlar paste;
the dandelion paste accounts for 40-60% of the total weight of the solid beverage;
the red date paste accounts for 20-40% of the total weight of the solid beverage;
the medlar paste accounts for 2 to 10 percent of the total weight of the solid beverage;
the health-preserving solid beverage for adjusting the immunity of the human body also comprises one or more of honey, maltodextrin, glucose, citric acid and lemon yellow, wherein:
the honey accounts for 3-9% of the total weight of the solid beverage;
the use of maltodextrin accounts for 2 to 8 percent of the total weight of the solid beverage;
the use of glucose accounts for 1 to 6 percent of the total weight of the solid beverage;
the citric acid accounts for 0.1 to 0.4 percent of the total weight of the solid beverage;
the lemon yellow accounts for 0.01-0.03 percent of the total weight of the solid beverage.
2. The health-preserving solid beverage for regulating human immunity according to claim 1, wherein the citric acid is ground into powder and sieved by a 60-100 mesh sieve.
3. A preparation method of a health-preserving solid beverage for adjusting human immunity is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing dandelion paste, red date paste and medlar paste:
rinsing and soaking the dandelion, adding 4-8 times of water, decocting for 2-4 hours, filtering, adding 1-2 times of water into the decocted dandelion again, decocting for 1-2 hours, filtering, combining the two filtrates, performing pressure filtration by using a 100-plus-200-mesh filter press, refluxing for 2-4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by using a jacketed kettle, thus obtaining the dandelion paste;
rinsing and soaking red dates, adding 4-8 times of water, decocting for 2-4 hours, filtering, adding 1-2 times of water into the decocted red dates again, decocting for 1-2 hours, filtering, combining two filtrates, performing pressure filtration by using a 100-plus-200-mesh filter press, refluxing for 2-4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by using a jacketed kettle, thus obtaining red date paste;
rinsing and soaking the medlar, adding 4-8 times of water, decocting for 2-4 hours, filtering, adding 1-2 times of water into the decocted medlar again, decocting for 1-2 hours, filtering, combining the two filtrates, performing pressure filtration by using a 100-plus-200-mesh pressure filter, refluxing for 2-4 times at the temperature of 92-100 ℃, keeping the filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate into paste by using a jacketed kettle, thus obtaining the medlar paste;
2) and mixing materials:
mixing herba Taraxaci extract, fructus Jujubae extract, fructus Lycii extract, Mel, maltodextrin, glucose, citric acid and lemon yellow at a certain ratio;
3) and granulating:
mixing the materials uniformly, and granulating through a 60-100 mesh screen;
4) and (3) drying:
putting the sieved particles into a drying oven, wherein the temperature of the drying oven is 60-90 ℃, and the drying time is 10-25 hours;
5) and packaging:
and (5) immediately packaging the dried particles after the dried particles are sterilized and cooled by a sterilizer.
