Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于容器的通气开口的过滤器。
背景技术
在食品工业中,将产品包装于保护性气氛中,以便延长产品的保藏性。例如,在将粉末状乳制品包装于容器中的情况下,可以通过用氮气或二氧化碳和氮气的混合物代替容器中的氧气来降低容器中的氧气的量。可以通过真空技术从容器去除空气,之后可以用惰性气体吹扫产品。可以将惰性气体吹入粉末中直至容器中的环境再次为常压。为了从容器去除空气而不抽出所存储的产品,容器设置有过滤器,所述过滤器将在去除空气并且通过它引入惰性气体之后被密封。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种简单的但可靠的过滤器,其适合于上述应用。
该目的通过根据本发明所述的过滤器实现,所述过滤器设置有过滤器元件以及围绕所述过滤器元件的凸缘,其中所述过滤器元件和所述凸缘通过注射成型工艺成为一体,在所述注射成型工艺中,将材料注射于模具中的固体过滤器元件上,在固化之后由所述材料产生所述凸缘,并且所述过滤器元件具有沿周向方向延伸的边缘部分,其中所述边缘部分设置有正面、背面以及在所述正面与所述背面之间延伸的侧边缘,其中所述背面被所述凸缘的材料覆盖,并且所述侧边缘沿所述边缘部分的周向方向被所述凸缘的材料从所述背面交替地完全地覆盖和部分地覆盖,其中在所述侧边缘被完全地覆盖的位置处,所述正面也被所述凸缘的材料覆盖。
根据本发明所述的过滤器的优点在于,在注射成型模具中,所述过滤器元件可以通过保持指状物定位并且在所述边缘部分仅仅被所述凸缘的材料部分地覆盖的位置处被保持。此外,所述边缘部分的正面的交替的覆盖物呈现对所述凸缘的形状的稳定性具有有利的效果,因为它们使翘曲的趋势最小化。
所述侧边缘被完全地覆盖的位置可以沿所述边缘部分的周向方向位于距彼此相等的距离处。
所述过滤器元件可以由烧结的聚合物制成。
所述过滤器元件和所述凸缘可以由相同的聚合物、例如聚乙烯制成。这对所述过滤器元件与所述凸缘之间的附着具有积极的效果。
所述过滤器元件可以在所述边缘部分的内侧处具有圆顶形状。
在一个特定的实施例中,所述圆顶形状的凸起位于所述边缘部分的正面处,其中所述凸缘在所述边缘部分的背面处设置有在所述凸缘上横向地延伸的壁,以便形成用于引导流体通过所述过滤器元件的管。
优选地,所述管在它的外侧处设置有螺纹,用以将密封盖可释放地安装于所述管上。
所述正面处的覆盖物可以形成从所述凸缘突出的突起。

具体实施方式
图1-4示出根据本发明的过滤器1的实施例的不同的视图。过滤器1包括被凸缘3围绕的过滤器元件2。过滤器1通过成型工艺制成。过滤器元件2由烧结的聚乙烯制成并且被以预制的固体部件的形式放置于注射成型模具中,之后用于形成周围的凸缘3的液态聚乙烯被引入至注射成型模具中以便形成所得到的过滤器1。
可以例如通过将凸缘焊接至容器中的开口的周围边缘而将过滤器1安装至容器(未示出)。当容器被填充以例如用于食品工业的具有有限的保藏性的产品时,可以经由过滤器1从容器去除空气,而产品由于过滤器1的存在而不能被抽出。
图2和3示出的是,过滤器元件2具有沿周向方向延伸的环形边缘部分4。过滤器元件2在边缘部分4的内侧处具有圆顶形状,但是在替代实施例中,它可以具有不同的形状并且例如可以为平坦的。边缘部分4具有正面5、侧边缘6以及背面7。侧边缘6在正面5与背面7之间延伸。边缘部分4的背面7被凸缘3的材料完全地覆盖,而侧边缘6沿边缘部分4的周向方向被凸缘3的材料从背面7交替地完全地覆盖和部分地覆盖。在侧边缘6被完全地覆盖的位置处,边缘部分4的正面5也被凸缘3的材料覆盖。
图1示出的是,侧边缘6被完全地覆盖的位置沿边缘部分4的周向方向位于距彼此相等的距离处。
图1、3以及4示出的是,圆顶形状的凸起位于边缘部分4的上面5处。
在边缘部分4的背面7处,凸缘3设置有管状部分8,所述管状部分8垂直于凸缘3的平面延伸。管状部分8的外侧设置有螺纹,密封盖(未示出)可以被拧紧于所述螺纹上。当过滤器1被安装于待通气的容器上时,可以在去除空气并且可能将惰性气体引入至容器中之后,通过密封盖将容器与周围空气密封开来。
过滤器元件2和凸缘3由相同的基本材料、例如聚乙烯制成。因此,在注射成型工艺期间,过滤器元件2的边缘部分4的外侧与凸缘3的材料熔合。
本发明不限于附图中所示出的以及上面所描述的实施例,其可以在本发明的范围内以不同的方式变化。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于容器的通气开口的过滤器(1),所述过滤器(1)包括过滤器元件(2)以及围绕所述过滤器元件(2)的凸缘(3),其中所述过滤器元件(2)和所述凸缘(3)通过注射成型工艺成为一体,在所述注射成型工艺中,将材料注射于模具中的固体过滤器元件(2)上,在固化之后由所述材料产生所述凸缘(3),并且所述过滤器元件(2)具有沿所述过滤器元件(2)的周向方向延伸的边缘部分(4),其中所述边缘部分(4)设置有正面(5)、背面(7)以及在所述正面(5)与所述背面(7)之间延伸的侧边缘(6),其中所述背面(7)被所述凸缘(3)的材料覆盖,并且所述侧边缘(6)沿所述边缘部分(4)的周向方向被所述凸缘(3)的材料从所述背面(7)交替地完全覆盖和部分覆盖,其中在所述侧边缘(6)被完全地覆盖的位置处,所述正面(5)也被所述凸缘(3)的材料覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器(1),其特征在于,所述侧边缘(6)被完全地覆盖的位置沿所述边缘部分(4)的周向方向位于距彼此相等的距离处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤器(1),其特征在于,所述过滤器元件(2)由烧结的聚合物制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的过滤器(1),其特征在于,所述过滤器元件(2)和所述凸缘(3)由相同的聚合物制成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤器(1),其特征在于,所述过滤器元件(2)在所述边缘部分(4)的内侧处具有圆顶形状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的过滤器(1),其特征在于,所述圆顶形状的凸起位于所述边缘部分(4)的正面(5)处,并且所述凸缘(3)在所述边缘部分(4)的背面(7)处设置有在所述凸缘(3)上横向地延伸的壁,以便形成用于引导流体通过所述过滤器元件(2)的管(8)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的过滤器(1),其特征在于,所述管(8)在它的外侧处设置有螺纹,用以将密封盖可释放地安装于所述管(8)上。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤器(1),其特征在于,所述正面(5)处的覆盖物形成从所述凸缘(3)突出的突起。
