Abstract
本发明提供了一种安全高效的管材剖切装置,包括:机架、安装在机架上的电机、安装在机架上的用于引导管材沿其轴向移动的引导棒,由电机驱动旋转的至少一切刀,该切刀的切削刃与引导棒的母线相切。本发明提供的管材剖切装置,将保温材料管从进料方向套在引导棒上,通过人工将保温管道不断向前输送实现连续机械剖切动作,对软性管状材料进行标准化剖切,以软性管状材料的连续机械剖切取代了传统的人工手切动作,提高了生产效率和工厂机械化率,彻底解决手工剖切带来的安全隐患。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空调管道技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种可安全、高效地剖切软性管材的装置。
背景技术
空调器的室内机与室外机在安装时,需对其管道尤其是管道连接处进行保温处理。由于空调管道的连接处无法预先套装保温管材料,而是需要在安装调试完成后才加装保温材料,因此保温材料是预先根据管道直径放大后成型的软性管状保温材料,在空调管道在先安装后无法套装,只能采用包裹固定方法进行保温处理,即必须先将管状保温材料切开后才能将其包裹在空调管道的外部。现有技术采取手工切开管状保温材料,且切口形状不一、不呈直线,同时对作业人员存在安全隐患,且影响材料的切开和安装效率。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有采取手工切开管状保温材料,且切口形状不一、不呈直线,同时对作业人员存在安全隐患,且影响材料的切开和安装效率的技术问题,提出一种安全性高、切开效率高和切口形状规则的管材剖切装置。
为解决问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种管材剖切装置,包括机架、安装在机架上的电机、安装在机架上的用于引导管材沿其轴向移动的引导棒,由电机驱动旋转的至少一切刀,该切刀的切削刃与引导棒的母线相切。
进一步地,还包括安装于机架上的一对轴承,一转轴连接于一对轴承之间,切刀固定于转轴上。
优选地,电机的主轴通过传动装置驱动转轴转动。
优选地,传动装置为皮带传动装置。
优选地,电机的主轴通过传动装置与转轴轴向连接。
优选地,引导棒的一端通过引导棒固定座安装于机架上,该引导棒固定座用作将被切刀切开后的管材导向分开的构件。
优选地,电机固定于机架的安装板上。
进一步地,还包括覆盖引导棒的剖切护罩。
优选地,切刀为碟形切刀。
优选地,转轴固定有一对的切刀。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的管材剖切装置,将保温材料管从进料方向套在引导棒上,通过人工将保温管道不断向前输送实现连续机械剖切动作,对管状材料进行标准化剖切,以管状材料的连续机械剖切取代了传统的人工手切动作,提高了生产效率和工厂机械化率,彻底解决手工剖切带来的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1、2所示,本发明提供的可用于空调软管的管材剖切装置,包括机架1,作为本发明的一种实施方式,该机架1采用方通材料焊接而成;安装在机架1上的电机2,该电机2优选为步进电机2或伺服电机2,作为本发明的一种实施方式,电机2固定于机架1的电机安装板10上,电机安装板10用Q235A钢材料制造,满足常规的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率;安装在机架1上的电气控制装置(图中未示出);安装在机架1上的用于引导管材沿其轴向移动的引导棒7,引导棒7的一端通过引导棒固定座9安装于机架1上,该引导棒固定座9用作将被切刀3切开后的管材导向分开的构件。引导棒固定座9及引导棒7优选为安装在机架1顶端。还包括覆盖引导棒7的剖切护罩6,作为本发明的一种实施方式,剖切护罩6安装在引导棒固定座9上,在引导棒7的侧面方向覆盖引导棒7,起到切刀3保护和作业人员安全防护的作用。
本发明提供的空调软性管材剖切装置,还包括由电机2驱动旋转的至少一切刀3,该切刀3的切削刃与引导棒7的母线相切,该切刀3优选为碟形切刀3。作为本发明的一种实施方式,还包括安装于机架1上的一对轴承座5,一转轴12连接于一对轴承座5之间,切刀3通过切刀固定器4固定于转轴12上。在电机2的驱动下该转轴12带动切刀3绕一对轴承做定轴转动,且切刀3位于引导棒7的下方,切刀3的切削刃与引导棒7的下端母线相切。根据需要,切刀3还可设置于引导棒7的上方,切刀3的切削刃与引导棒7的上端母线相切。作为本发明的一种更优的实施方式,转轴12固定有一对的切刀3,一对切刀3的切削刃分别与一对引导棒7的母线相切。
电机2的主轴通过传动装置驱动转轴12转动,作为本发明的一种实施例,传动装置为皮带11传动装置,电机2的主轴连接有主动的带轮8,带轮8通过皮带11带动固定于转轴12上、位于一对切刀3之间的从动轮13,从而带动转轴12稳定转动。作为本发明的另一种实施例,电机2的主轴通过传动装置与转轴12轴向连接。
本发明提供的空调软性管材剖切装置,由人工将保温材料管从进料方向套在引导棒7上,该引导棒7实现了对保温材料管的定位;启动装置后,电气控制装置控制电机2带动切刀3转动,通过人工将管材从引导棒7的另一端上料并推动管材沿引导棒7表面向一端平移,管材的下侧被切刀3切开后由引导棒固定座9分开并从引导棒7的一端出料,使得保温管道不断向前输送实现连续机械剖切动作,可对软性管状材料进行标准化剖切,以软性管状材料的连续机械剖切取代了传统的人工手切动作,提高了生产效率和工厂机械化率,彻底解决手工剖切带来的安全隐患。

Claims (10)
1.管材剖切装置,其特征在于,包括机架、安装在所述机架上的电机、安装在所述机架上的用于引导管材沿其轴向移动的引导棒,由所述电机驱动旋转的至少一切刀,该切刀的切削刃与所述引导棒的母线相切。
2.如权利要求1所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述机架上的一对轴承,一转轴连接于所述一对轴承之间,所述切刀固定于所述转轴上。
3.如权利要求2所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,所述电机的主轴通过传动装置驱动所述的转轴转动。
4.如权利要求3所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,所述传动装置为皮带传动装置。
5.如权利要求3所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,所述电机的主轴通过所述传动装置与所述转轴轴向连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,所述引导棒的一端通过引导棒固定座安装于所述机架上,该引导棒固定座用作将被所述切刀切开后的管材导向分开的构件。
7.如权利要求1所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,所述电机固定于所述机架的电机安装板上。
8.如权利要求1所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,还包括覆盖所述引导棒的剖切护罩。
9.如权利要求1所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,所述切刀为碟形切刀。
10.如权利要求2所述的管材剖切装置,其特征在于,所述转轴固定有一对所述的切刀。
