具体实施方式
不添加颜料浆和水性氟弹性体的要求保护的涂料和清漆组合物如下制备。

表1给出了要求保护的涂料和清漆组合物的例子,表2、3、4和5显示根据要求保护的涂料和清漆组合物的上述例子在08KP级钢(结构质量碳钢)上沉积的涂层的性能,以及表图6、7、8和9显示在p型半导体热电材料(Bi2Te2)х(Sb2Te)1-x和(Bi2Te3)х(Sb2Te3)y(Sb2Se3)1-y-x以及n型半导体热电材料(Bi2Se3)x(Bi2Te3)1-x上沉积的同样的涂层的性能。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于使用阴极电沉积法沉积薄涂层的涂料组合物,其包含36%至38%干重的水性环氧树脂乳液、100%的乙酸、2%的3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷水溶液和蒸馏水,
并且具有以下含量,g/L:
水性环氧树脂乳液–120至150;
100%乙酸-0.1至0.6;
2%3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷水溶液–5至50,和
蒸馏水平衡至1升。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物还包含40-47g/L的52-56%干重的用低分子量环氧树脂稳定的颜料浆水性分散体。
3.如权利要求1或2中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物还包含2.5至10g/L的60至70%干重的水性氟弹性体。
4.如权利要求1所述的涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述的涂料组合物为清漆组合物。
