Abstract
本发明公开一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统,属于煤泥水的处理领域。加药系统包括装药管,装药管的两端均安装有气压缸,气压缸上的气压杆贯穿装药管的两侧端部,气压杆的端部均连接有活塞,活塞和装药管的内壁密封配合。本发明设计有出药管道和加长管,当环形槽和橡胶环形圈配合后,挡流板和出药管道的底端相接触,通过转动加长管,挡流板和出药管道的底端转动配合,可以调节出料流量,在使用时,能够很方便地调整加药的量,避免出现加多或者加少的情况。本发明在进药管道内设置有混合桨,通过驱动电机,混合桨对药剂搅拌混合后再通过装药管流经出药管道实现加药,省去了在前的药剂混合步骤,节约了时间提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤泥水的处理领域,具体的是一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统。
背景技术
煤泥水处理是选煤厂生产过程中的关键环节,同时也是大多选煤厂的问题环节。因为煤泥水自身特性的特殊性,导致煤泥水难以沉降澄清,在对其进行沉降澄清处理的过程中,往往需要加入辅助药剂。
现有技术中,在加药过程中操作要求较高,在实际操作中,人工加药往往控制不好加药的剂量,导致加量过多或者过少,最终导致沉降澄清的效果不好。同时,在加药前还需要对药剂进行混合,增加了工作步骤,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提到的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统,本发明设计有出药管道和加长管,当环形槽和橡胶环形圈配合后,挡流板和出药管道的底端相接触,通过转动加长管,挡流板和出药管道的底端转动配合,可以调节出料流量,在使用时,能够很方便地调整加药的量,避免出现加多或者加少的情况。
本发明在进药管道内设置有混合桨,通过驱动电机,混合桨对药剂搅拌混合后再通过装药管流经出药管道实现加药,省去了在前的药剂混合步骤,节约了时间提高了工作效率。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统,包括装药管,其特征在于,所述装药管的两端均安装有气压缸,气压缸上的气压杆贯穿装药管的两侧端部,气压杆的端部均连接有活塞,活塞和装药管的内壁密封配合。
所述装药管的侧壁分别安装有进药管道和出药管道,出药管道的外壁开有环形槽,出药管道的底端一侧开有半圆形槽,出药管道的底端另一侧开有多个第一渗液孔。
所述出药管道的下方设置有加长管,加长管的内壁设置有和环形槽密封配合的橡胶环形圈,橡胶环形圈的下方设置有呈半圆形的挡流板,挡流板上开有多个第二渗液孔,当环形槽和橡胶环形圈配合后,挡流板和出药管道的底端相接触。
进一步地,所述进药管道和出药管道相对立设置,进药管道靠近底端的内壁设置有支撑板,支撑板的上端开有多个出液孔。
进一步地,所述进药管道的侧壁安装有电机,电机上的转动轴密封贯穿进药管道,转动轴端部固定有第一锥齿轮,第一锥齿轮的侧端啮合有第二锥齿轮,第二锥齿轮上贯穿固定有转动杆,转动杆的底端转动连接在支撑板的中心位置,转动杆的上端设置有螺旋分布的混合桨。
进一步地,所述进药管道靠近底端的侧壁开有贯穿孔,贯穿孔设置在支撑板的下方,贯穿孔内密封设置有限位柱,限位柱的一端设置有把手,限位柱的侧壁安装有橡胶限位圈,橡胶限位圈和进药管道内壁密封配合。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明设计有出药管道和加长管,当环形槽和橡胶环形圈配合后,挡流板和出药管道的底端相接触,通过转动加长管,挡流板和出药管道的底端转动配合,可以调节出料流量,在使用时,能够很方便地调整加药的量,避免出现加多或者加少的情况。
2、本发明在进药管道内设置有混合桨,通过驱动电机,混合桨对药剂搅拌混合后再通过装药管流经出药管道实现加药,省去了在前的药剂混合步骤,节约了时间提高了工作效率。

一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统,如图1和2所示,包括装药管1,装药管1的两端均安装有气压缸2,气压缸2上的气压杆21贯穿装药管1的两侧端部,气压杆21的端部均连接有活塞22,活塞22和装药管1的内壁密封配合。
如图2和3所示,装药管1的侧壁分别安装有进药管道3和出药管道4,进药管道3和出药管道4相对立设置,进药管道3靠近底端的内壁设置有支撑板31,支撑板31的上端开有多个出液孔311。进药管道3的侧壁安装有电机32,电机32上的转动轴321密封贯穿进药管道3,转动轴321端部固定有第一锥齿轮33,第一锥齿轮33的侧端啮合有第二锥齿轮34,第二锥齿轮34上贯穿固定有转动杆341,转动杆341的底端转动连接在支撑板31的中心位置,转动杆341的上端设置有螺旋分布的混合桨35,如图4所示。
如图2和5所示,进药管道3靠近底端的侧壁开有贯穿孔36,贯穿孔36设置在支撑板31的下方,贯穿孔36内密封设置有限位柱37,限位柱37的一端设置有把手371,限位柱37的侧壁安装有橡胶限位圈38,橡胶限位圈38和进药管道3内壁密封配合,通过转动把手371使得橡胶限位圈38处于竖直或者水平状态,便于对进药管道3进行开合,橡胶限位圈38倾斜时也可以调节药剂的下料流量。
从进药管道3投入药剂后,驱动电机32,混合桨35对药剂搅拌混合后,再打开橡胶限位圈38,药剂进入装药管1内。
如图6、7和8所示,出药管道4的外壁开有环形槽41,出药管道4的底端一侧开有半圆形槽42,出药管道4的底端另一侧开有多个第一渗液孔43,药剂可以从半圆形槽42和第一渗液孔43流出。
出药管道4的下方设置有加长管5,加长管5的内壁设置有和环形槽41密封配合的橡胶环形圈51,橡胶环形圈51的下方设置有呈半圆形的挡流板52,挡流板52上开有多个第二渗液孔521,当环形槽41和橡胶环形圈51配合后,挡流板52和出药管道4的底端相接触,通过转动加长管5,挡流板52和出药管道4的底端转动配合,可以调节出料流量。
在使用时,进药管道3进药经过混合后进入装药管1,关闭橡胶限位圈38,驱动两侧的气压缸2使得药剂经过出药管道4和加长管5智能加药,通过转动加长管5,挡流板52和出药管道4的底端转动配合,调节出料流量。

所述装药管(1)的侧壁分别安装有进药管道(3)和出药管道(4),出药管道(4)的外壁开有环形槽(41),出药管道(4)的底端一侧开有半圆形槽(42),出药管道(4)的底端另一侧开有多个第一渗液孔(43);
所述出药管道(4)的下方设置有加长管(5),加长管(5)的内壁设置有和环形槽(41)密封配合的橡胶环形圈(51),橡胶环形圈(51)的下方设置有呈半圆形的挡流板(52),挡流板(52)上开有多个第二渗液孔(521),当环形槽(41)和橡胶环形圈(51)配合后,挡流板(52)和出药管道(4)的底端相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统,其特征在于,所述进药管道(3)和出药管道(4)相对立设置,进药管道(3)靠近底端的内壁设置有支撑板(31),支撑板(31)的上端开有多个出液孔(311)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统,其特征在于,所述进药管道(3)的侧壁安装有电机(32),电机(32)上的转动轴(321)密封贯穿进药管道(3),转动轴(321)端部固定有第一锥齿轮(33),第一锥齿轮(33)的侧端啮合有第二锥齿轮(34),第二锥齿轮(34)上贯穿固定有转动杆(341),转动杆(341)的底端转动连接在支撑板(31)的中心位置,转动杆(341)的上端设置有螺旋分布的混合桨(35)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤泥水沉降澄清处理智能加药系统,其特征在于,所述进药管道(3)靠近底端的侧壁开有贯穿孔(36),贯穿孔(36)设置在支撑板(31)的下方,贯穿孔(36)内密封设置有限位柱(37),限位柱(37)的一端设置有把手(371),限位柱(37)的侧壁安装有橡胶限位圈(38),橡胶限位圈(38)和进药管道(3)内壁密封配合。
