一种多功能潜水服装用的布料，包括有潜水面料层、弹性布、硅橡胶层以及透明外层；该潜水面料层中镶嵌成型固定有至少两内外间隔设置防刺穿层，每一防刺穿层上均开设有多个通孔，相邻两防刺穿层上的多个通孔彼此错位设置，该弹性布贴合在潜水面料层的上表面，弹性布为上表面印刷有图案层的弹性布料；该硅橡胶层贴合在弹性布的上表面，硅橡胶层为透明的硅橡胶材质；该透明外层涂覆在硅橡胶层的上表面，透明外层为硅胶树脂材质。

优选的，所述防刺穿层为碳纤维复合材质。
一种多功能潜水服装用的布料的制作方法，包括有以下步骤：
步骤1：在成型潜水面料层时，将至少两内外间隔设置防刺穿层镶嵌成型固定潜水面料层中；
步骤2：将硅胶树脂材质加热后涂覆在离型纸上形成透明外层；
步骤3：将硅橡胶材质涂覆在透明外层上形成硅橡胶层；
步骤4：在潜水面料层上贴合弹性布；
步骤5：撕去离型纸，将硅橡胶层以热转印的方式贴合在弹性布上。
