Abstract
一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,由塑料薄膜层、海绵层和化纤网布层通过热熔复合、无溶剂复合复合成多层复合材料结构,其中,塑料薄膜层为表层,海绵层为芯层,化纤网布层为底层。本发明在整个混凝土养护的过程中,其可充分保水、持续输水,在一个养护期内,养护体表面总能保持湿润。相比普通养护膜具有吸水性更强、储水能力更大、保湿性更好、保水保湿时间更长、养护效果更好、工作量更少、施工方便,综合成本低的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土养护材料,特别是涉及一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,该复合材料主要适用于高性能、高强度现浇混凝土的养护。
背景技术
在现行混凝土养护工作中,一般采用薄膜、麻袋、毛毡等覆盖并反复浇水的办法。其中,薄膜养护法在实际运用中存在保温、保湿性差、平整度差、水分分布不均匀、质量可控程度低、膜体本身易破损和循环利用程度低等缺陷;麻袋、毛毡覆盖法等在实际运用中存在水分易蒸发、依赖于人工补水、保湿性差、耗水量大、人工作业量大、作业时间长等缺陷。总结以上两种传统方法,大多费工、费时、费资源且普遍存在耗水量大、保湿性差、保温性差、表面干湿不一、收缩不均匀等弊端,从而影响混凝土的强度使其表面发生裂纹现象,严重影响施工质量及混凝土寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,该复合材料可有效地解决现有常规养护材料在应用中存在的耗水量大、保湿性差、保温性差、人工作业量大、材料可循环利用程度低的问题。该复合材料充分利用材料的功能组合,可最大程度节省资源、促进工效、保证施工质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,其特征在于:由塑料薄膜层、海绵层和化纤网布层通过热熔复合、无溶剂复合复合成多层复合材料结构,其中,塑料薄膜层为表层,海绵层为芯层,化纤网布层为底层。
所述多层复合材料结构外围有化纤布条包边。
所述多层复合材料结构的四个角上均有预留孔。
所述化纤网布层是一种网状物。
所述预留孔直径为Φ30mm。
本发明具有如下的优点和积极效果:
1、本发明的塑料薄膜层具有优良的化学稳定性、热封性、耐水性和防潮性。主要作用是阻挡水、汽的蒸发、保住大量水分,用作海绵层的表面覆膜。
2、本发明的海绵层是一种多孔材料,具有良好的吸水性。主要作用是利用其自身良好的吸水、储水功能并结合化纤网布层对养护体持续、适量进行输水。
3、本发明的化纤网布层是一种以化学纤维为主、强度高、耐磨较性好的网状物,其与养护体直接接触。主要作用是对海绵层的保护作用和对混凝土的韧性的促进作用。
4、本发明多层复合材料结构外围的包边化纤布条是一种以化学纤维为主、强度高、耐磨性较好的布料。主要作用是通过包边对复合材料结构进行连接和边缘保护,同时作为多块复合材料结构间的搭接部位。化纤布条、塑料薄膜层和化纤网布层通过缝纫连接,形成的空腔添加海绵层。
5、本发明多层复合材料结构的四个角上均有一个Φ30mm预留孔,主要用于两块复合材料结构间的固定搭接使用。
6、本发明节约了大量的养护用水、人工、机械台班,在减少养护工作量的基础上,同时极大地提高了养护效率,保证了养护质量;
7、本发明产品不易破损,操作起来简单、方便、快捷并可多次回收使用。

具体实施方式
如图所示:一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,由塑料薄膜层1、海绵层2和化纤网布层3通过热熔复合、无溶剂复合复合成多层复合材料结构,其中,塑料薄膜层为表层,海绵层为芯层,化纤网布层为底层。所述塑料薄膜层是一种半透明、有光泽、质地较柔软的薄膜、所述海绵层为多孔材料、所述化纤网布层是一种以化学纤维为主、强度高、耐磨较性好的网状物、所述多层复合材料结构外围有化纤布条4包边、所述多层复合材料结构的四个角上均有一个Φ30mm预留孔5。
本发明的施工过程是:
1、当混凝土达到初凝后,用高压水枪把混凝土面板上的杂草等残留物清洗干净;
2、打开本发明卷材外包装,拆除产品塑封,准备铺设;
3、将本发明复合材料结构在混凝土面板一次铺开,相邻复合材料结构间的搭接宽度6不少于50mm;
4、复合材料结构四个角上的预留孔用于搭接时线绳固定;
5、为防止整个养护期内复合材料结构被风吹起或被大雨冲走,还需在施工中因地制宜,在复合材料结构上压少量的沙、水泥块或骨料;
6、复合材料结构要覆盖住混凝土板上侧壁边缘,并预留100mm以上重物压顶,防止从顶部被风刮起,也可利用复合材料结构预留孔连接到就近固定端。
本发明是一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,在整个混凝土养护的过程中,其可充分保水、持续输水,在一个养护期内,养护体表面总能保持湿润。相比普通养护膜具有吸水性更强、储水能力更大、保湿性更好、保水保湿时间更长、养护效果更好、工作量更少、施工方便,综合成本低的特点。

1.一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,其特征在于:由塑料薄膜层、海绵层和化纤网布层通过热熔复合、无溶剂复合复合成多层复合材料结构,其中,塑料薄膜层为表层,海绵层为芯层,化纤网布层为底层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,其特征在于:所述多层复合材料结构外围有化纤布条包边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,其特征在于:所述多层复合材料结构的四个角上均有预留孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于混凝土养护的新型复合材料,其特征在于:所述化纤网布层是一种网状物。
