Abstract
本发明公开了一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,包括敷料,所述敷料内部设有用以容纳药物的微型容器,所述敷料内嵌入有微型注射针,所述微型注射针与所述微型容器连通,按压所述敷料可促使微型注射针的针尖凸出至敷料外部。该复合式创伤急救敷料通过在敷料内部设置微型容器以存储药物,并在敷料内部嵌入微型注射针,利用微型注射针将药物直接注入创面和创周组织,让药物直接对创面和创周组织进行治疗,使得治疗效果显著提升,药物作用更加直接和充分。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于急救敷料技术领域,具体涉及一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料。
背景技术
创伤(如火器伤、炸伤、爆震伤、烧伤)等,可形成大面积皮肤软组织缺损,易导致创面大量出血、严重污染,如若急救不及时或效果不佳,极易引起伤员严重并发症甚至死亡。在战现场实施急救,常需采用敷料暂时覆盖创面。因此,研制开发性能良好的敷料保护伤口、控制出血、预防感染并吸收分泌物,对于挽救伤员生命、死亡降低伤残率具有重要意义。
现有的敷料,根据结构种类的不同,可分为传统敷料(如纱布、油纱布)、新型敷料(如生物活性敷料、高分子敷料、矿物类敷料、金属类敷料、液体敷料、纤维蛋白敷料)等。但是,这些敷料的作用相对比较单一,且主要作用于创面表面,易受创面分泌物及坏死组织的阻隔,其有效成分的作用效果不够理想。因此,针对敷料的结构和作用途径还有进一步的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明提供一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,装载药物或药物微囊,在使用是直接微量注入创面和创周组织,以解决背景技术中的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,包括敷料,所述敷料内部设有用以容纳药物的微型容器,所述敷料内嵌入有微型注射针,所述微型注射针与所述微型容器连通,按压所述敷料可促使微型注射针的针尖凸出至敷料外部。
进一步:所述微型容器和微型注射针均设有若干个,所有的微型容器相互之间各自独立,每个微型容器对应连通一个微型注射针。
进一步:所述微型注射针整体呈锥形,且微型注射针沿微型容器至敷料外部逐渐缩小。
进一步:所述敷料由羧甲基壳聚糖和聚丙烯酸制成。
进一步:所述微型注射针为高分子材料针。
进一步:所述微型注射针的最大截面直径≤1mm。
有益效果:
1、本方案提供了一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,通过在敷料内部设置微型容器以存储药物,并在敷料内部嵌入微型注射针,利用微型注射针将药物直接注入创面及创周组织,让药物直接作用于创面及创周组织,使得治疗效果显著提升,药物作用更加直接和充分;
2、每个微型容器对应一个微型注射针,一方面保证所有的微型容器中的药物都能够通过各自连通的微型注射针注射进入患者皮肤中,另一方面保证敷料的可裁剪性,以适应不同大小的创面;
3、通过优化微型注射针的结构以及制作微型注射针的材料,如微型注射针整体呈锥形、微型注射针为高分子材料针,可促使微型注射针整体体积小并利于刺入,注射以后遗留的针眼小,防止对创口形成二次伤害,减少患者疼痛感;
4、提供了一种微型容器的结构,即为由医用材料制成的微型囊,可对药物进行封闭存储;
5、同时本方案给出了微型注射针的最优尺寸:微型注射针的最大截面直径≤1mm,该尺寸结合采用高分子材料制成,是微型注射针的最佳选择。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,与传统的敷料1相比,本方案中的敷料1采取了如下的结构:
包括敷料1,在敷料1的内部设有用以容纳药物4的微型容器2,并且在敷料1内部嵌入有微型注射针3。微型注射针3与所述微型容器2相连通。将敷料1按压到患者创面伤口处以后,通过按压或者压缩敷料1(一般沿敷料1的厚度方向按压),可促使微型注射针3的针尖凸出至敷料1的外部并插入创面即创周组织内,进而促使药物4能够直接对创面及创周组织产生作用。这些药物4可以是止血类的药物、镇痛类的药物、抗感染类的药物以及上述混合药物等。
一般情况下,敷料1内设置的微型容器2有若干个,一片敷料1内部嵌入的微型注射针3也有若干个,每一个微型容器2对应连通一个微型注射针3。需要注意的是:微型注射针3的形状有很多种,比如弯曲的、直的,但是在本优化的方案中,微型注射针3采用了锥形的结构:微型注射针3整体呈锥形,且微型注射针3沿微型容器2至敷料1外部逐渐缩小,这更加有利于微型注射针3刺入皮肤,微型容器2内的药物4通过微型注射针3注入创面,并尽可能减小微型注射针3对创面造成的损伤。
需要说明的是:本方案中的微型容器2,一方面可以看做是敷料1内部本身设置的腔体,也可以看做是由医用材料制成的微型囊并在敷料1制作时将微型囊嵌入敷料1中的结构,微型容器2并非是对结构的唯一理解。因为无论是腔体还是微型囊,均可用来存储药物4。
敷料1在未按压时,微型注射针3回缩于微型容器2内;当敷料1被按压,微型容器2也被按压变形时,微型注射针3由敷料1中被推出。微型注射针3有限采用高分子材料针,一方面可以在尺寸方面做的更小,另一方面可以较为方便的保存。一般情况下,微型注射针3的最大截面直径最好≤1mm。
制作敷料1的材料有很多种,但是最优化的材料可以采用由羧甲基壳聚糖和聚丙烯酸合成。这种合成的材料具有高膨胀率和快速膨胀性能,既可对伤口起到物理压迫作用,同时其粗糙的多孔表面又利于血细胞的黏附,并能吸收大出血患者血液中的水分,促进凝血因子、红细胞和血小板的局部聚集,有利于血凝块的快速形成,因而具有优良的止血性能,而且细胞毒性较小,生物兼容性较好。此外,还有含hPRP的壳聚糖/丝素蛋白复合敷料1;具有局部止血、镇痛、抗感染和促愈合作用的异丁基壳聚糖创面敷料1等。

1.一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,其特征在于:包括敷料(1),所述敷料(1)内部设有用以容纳药物(4)的微型容器(2),所述敷料(1)内嵌入有微型注射针(3),所述微型注射针(3)与所述微型容器(2)连通,按压所述敷料(1)可促使微型注射针(3)的针尖凸出至敷料(1)外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,其特征在于:所述微型容器(2)和微型注射针(3)均设有若干个,所有的微型容器(2)彼此相互独立,每一个所述微型容器(2)对应连通一个微型注射针(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,其特征在于:所述微型注射针(3)整体呈锥形,且微型注射针(3)沿微型容器(2)至敷料(1)外部逐渐缩小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,其特征在于:所述敷料(1)由羧甲基壳聚糖和聚丙烯酸制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置装载微囊和微针注射功能的复合式创伤急救敷料,其特征在于:所述微型注射针(3)为高分子材料针。
