Abstract
本发明属于宠物饲料及其制备工艺技术领域,公开了一种狗粮辅食及其制备方法。该狗粮辅食,是通过将牛奶、发酵剂、甜味剂和功能添加剂按照最佳适应比例进行混合得到的。该狗粮辅食不仅所选原材料不含任何添加剂,同时各类原材料含有丰富的营养元素、维生素和氨基酸等,能够增强体质、延长寿命,适宜长期食用,无任何副作用。该狗粮辅食的制备方法,制备过程简单便捷,所需设备少、劳动力少,节约环保。

本发明属于宠物饲料及其制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种狗粮辅食及其 制备方法。
背景技术
宠物狗在人类的驯化和长期影响下食性发生了较大改变,有的宠物狗甚至 具有广食性,各种肉、蛋、动物骨血、内脏等动物性食料,各种粮食作物加工 的产品、各种豆类籽实以及各类蔬菜、果品等均可食用。
宠物狗具有自身的营养需求和饮食习惯,然而,一些宠物狗的主人还是会 把人类吃完的剩饭剩菜喂食宠物狗。还有人把餐桌剩下的鸡、鸭、鱼、肉拌入 米饭或者是馒头里面,喂食给宠物狗。
上述出现类似的情况,除了由于宠物狗饲料较贵,存在经济方面的原因之 外。还有多数情况下是对宠物饮食营养和饮食安全知识的缺乏引发的。
狗是由狼演化而来,由于驯化的原因,从而成为了杂食动物,但它的身体 依然是处于不易消化过多的碳水化合物,而是更需要来源优良的蛋白质。
目前市场上很多宠物饲料由于成本和价格的原因,大部分均采用动物的内 脏及其下脚料作为饲料的制备原料。上述这些饲料利用劣质的谷物、肉糜、香 精和餐厨废弃油脂等就可以制作出来。以上现有的宠物饲料中所含碳水化合物 较少,同时所含有的优质蛋白质和促进身体健康的功能添加剂几乎少之又少, 该种饲料完全无法达到宠物狗的生长发育所需营养物质。
因此,针对宠物狗饲料及其相关有助于提高营养成分的辅食产品成为了市 场上的急需物质。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种狗粮辅食及 其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种狗粮辅食,该狗粮辅食主要由以下质量 份数的原料制备得到:
牛奶500-5000份、发酵剂1-10份、甜味剂25-250份和功能添加剂0.5-5 份。
上述提供的该狗粮辅食,是通过将牛奶、发酵剂、甜味剂和功能添加剂按 照最佳适应比例进行混合得到的。该狗粮辅食不仅所选原材料不含任何添加剂, 同时各类原材料含有丰富的营养元素、维生素和氨基酸等,能够增强体质、延 长寿命,适宜长期食用,无任何副作用。
优选地,狗粮辅食主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
牛奶1000-3500份、发酵剂2-7份、甜味剂50-180份和功能添加剂1-3.5 份。
优选地,狗粮辅食主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
牛奶2000份、发酵剂4份、甜味剂100份和功能添加剂2份。
优选地,牛奶包括巴氏消毒奶、常温奶、还原奶、灭菌牛奶、鲜牛奶和水 牛奶中的一种或多种;
优选地,所述牛奶包括巴氏消毒奶。
牛奶,牛奶中含有丰富的矿物质、钙、磷、铁、锌、铜、锰、钼。一般牛 奶中的主要化学成分含量包括87.5%的水分、3.5-4.2%的脂肪、2.8-3.4%的蛋 白质、4.6-4.8%的乳糖和0.7%的无机盐。
巴氏消毒奶,采用巴氏消毒法进行灭菌,需全程在4摄氏度-10摄氏度冷 藏,能够在最大程度的保留牛奶中的营养成分。
优选地,发酵剂包括嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、布氏乳 杆菌和乳双歧杆菌中的一种或多种。
发酵剂,是指用于酸奶、酸牛乳酒、奶油、干酪和其他发酵产品生产的细 菌以及其他微生物的培养物。
嗜热链球菌和布氏乳杆菌都是制作酸奶的必需材料。嗜热链球菌是一种能 产生β-半乳糖苷酶的细菌,可以帮助乳糖的消化。嗜热链球菌对肠道致病菌 的抑制程度是以其在体外与这些致病菌共同培养时,使这些致病菌在培养基上 形成的菌落直径减少的百分比来衡量的。如果致病菌菌落直径因为益生菌的抑 制而减少90%,即该益生菌完全抑制该致病菌的生长。嗜热链球菌能使艰难梭 菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌的菌落直径减少约30%;能使金黄色葡萄球菌、 单核细胞增生李斯特菌、产气荚膜梭菌的菌落直径减少约20%。嗜热链球菌作 为潜在有益菌,实验证明其具有健康效果、转运活性和一定的胃肠道粘附性。
保加利亚乳杆菌,是乳酸产品的一种,其兼性厌氧,在需要环境下发育不 良。首先其能够发酵乳糖,发酵产生的半乳糖和葡萄糖不仅容易吸收,而且还 能促进脑和神经的发育,促进胃内容物清空,减少胃酸过多分泌,提高钙、磷、 铁的利用率,抑制肠道中的有害细菌。其次其能分解乳蛋白成为肽和氨基酸更 有益于消化、吸收,可以提高蛋白质的利用率。此外乳杆菌,通过改善肠道菌 群,抑制致癌物的产生,降低肠中靛基质和酚的含量,活化免疫功能,抑制癌 细胞增殖,具有一定的抗炎作用。
嗜酸乳杆菌,对致病微生物具有拮抗作用,调节肠道菌群平衡,抑制肠道 不良微生物的增殖。嗜酸乳杆菌能分泌抗生素类物质,对肠道致病菌产生的拮 抗作用。嗜酸乳杆菌不仅在胃中,它还是人体小肠内的主要益生菌。肠道的健 康不仅体现在消化吸收良好、大便正常和不易感染肠道疾病;对全身而言,充 足的、有活力的益生菌通过抑制各种有害菌,减少了体内毒素的生成,减轻了 肝脏解毒负担。能够促进铁和维生素D的吸收,产生维生素K及维生素B,还 可以减少胆固醇的吸收,并能降低辐射对人体的伤害。
乳双歧杆菌,在体内肠道中大量存在,具有营养、免疫、抗感染作用、抗 过敏、抗肿瘤、调整肠道功能及改善营养的作用等。乳双歧杆菌具有维护肠道 正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止便秘,下痢和胃肠障碍等;在肠 道内合成维生素、氨基酸和提高机体对钙离子的吸收;降低血液中胆固醇水平, 防止高血压;改善乳制品的耐乳糖性,提高消化率;增强人体免疫机能,预防 抗生素的副作用,抗衰老,延年益寿;增强机体的非特异性和特异性免疫反应; 控制内毒素血症的作用;提高宿主对放射性的耐受性。
优选地,甜味剂包括白糖和甜蜜素中的任意一种。
白糖,具有抑菌防腐的作用。
甜蜜素,其化学名称为环己基氨基磺酸钠,是食品生产中常用的添加剂。 甜蜜素是一种常用甜味剂,其甜度是蔗糖的30-40倍。
优选地,功能添加剂包括鲨鱼软骨素、牛初乳粉、牛骨髓粉、牛磺酸、卵 磷脂、葡萄糖酸锌、酪蛋白磷酸肽和维生素中的一种或多种。
鲨鱼软骨素,是从鲨鱼软骨组织中提取制备的酸性粘多糖物质,为白色或 类白色粉末;无臭;有引湿性。本品的水溶液具有粘稠性,易溶于水,不溶于 乙醇、丙酮等。其可以激活体内抗体的生产,活化淋巴巨噬细胞,增强机体免 疫力,延缓衰老;减少关节发炎,缓解疼痛;活化人体结缔组织及细胞,保养 和修复软骨组织,预防关节软骨退化;补充钙质,预防骨质疏松症,有效改善 中老年腰腿痛、关节炎和肩周炎等;维持角膜透明度,保持晶体和角膜正常功 能的作用,对于白内障、老花眼和视力障碍有改善。
牛初乳粉,牛初乳中含有7中以上的生长因子、免疫球蛋白、生物活性肽 结合蛋白及人体所需的维生素和功能添加剂,从而赋予牛初乳一系列的保健功 能。大量动物、人体功能实验证实,口服牛初乳可提高系统免疫力、调节肠道 菌群,并促进胃肠道生长发育或肠道组织创伤的愈合,延缓衰老,促进生长发 育等。
牛骨髓粉,骨髓是骨之精华,又是造血基质。含有大量蛋白质,如:鳞质、 磷蛋白、氨基酸、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素D、骨 胶、软骨素等以及丰富的矿物质。牦牛骨髓更是最优质的补骨添髓之佳品,加 以从植物和鲜奶中提炼出浓缩、天然、高纯度的具有生物活性的但比值粉剂, 能够提供多种所需的必需氨基酸,以及充分维护健康和促进、提高机体功能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐释。本领域技术人员将会理解, 下列所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,仅用于说 明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普 通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本 发明保护的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件进行。所用试剂 均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1:
按照相应比例选取巴氏消毒奶500克、嗜热链球菌1克、白糖25克和鲨鱼 软骨素0.5克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在28-30摄氏度下进行发酵5小时, 之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例2:
按照相应比例选取巴氏消毒奶500克、嗜热链球菌1克、白糖25克和鲨鱼 软骨素0.5克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在40-42摄氏度下进行发酵10小时, 之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例3:
按照相应比例选取常温奶5000克、保加利亚乳杆菌10克、甜蜜素250克 和牛初乳粉5克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在28-30摄氏度下进行发酵5小时, 之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例4:
按照相应比例选取常温奶5000克、保加利亚乳杆菌10克、甜蜜素250克 和牛初乳粉5克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在40-42摄氏度下进行发酵10小时, 之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例5:
按照相应比例选取巴氏消毒奶1000克、嗜酸乳杆菌2克、白糖50克和牛 磺酸1克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在32-35摄氏度下进行发酵6小时,之后 冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例6:
按照相应比例选取巴氏消毒奶3500克、嗜酸乳杆菌7克、白糖180克和牛 磺酸3.5克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在32-35摄氏度下进行发酵6小时,之 后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例7:
按照相应比例选取巴氏消毒奶1000克、嗜酸乳杆菌2克、甜蜜素50克和 卵磷脂1克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在38-41摄氏度下进行发酵8小时,之 后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例8:
按照相应比例选取巴氏消毒奶3500克、嗜酸乳杆菌7克、甜蜜素180克和 卵磷脂3.5克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在38-41摄氏度下进行发酵8小时, 之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例9:
按照相应比例选取巴氏消毒奶2000克、嗜酸乳杆菌4克、白糖100克和葡 萄糖酸锌2克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在38-40摄氏度下进行发酵7小时, 之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例10:
按照相应比例选取常温奶2000克、保加利亚乳杆菌4克、甜蜜素100克和 酪蛋白磷酸肽2克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在38-40摄氏度下进行发酵7小 时,之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例11:
按照相应比例选取还原奶2000克、嗜热链球菌4克、白糖100克和维生素 A 2克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在38-40摄氏度下进行发酵7小时,之后冷 却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例12:
按照相应比例选取灭菌牛奶2000克、布氏乳杆菌4克、甜蜜素100克和维 生素B1 2克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在38-40摄氏度下进行发酵7小时,之 后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
实施例13:
按照相应比例选取鲜牛奶2000克、乳双歧杆菌4克、白糖100克和牛骨髓 粉1克、鲨鱼软骨素1克充分混合后,放入发酵机中在38-40摄氏度下进行发 酵7小时,之后冷却至室温后放入冰箱进行冷藏钝化,得到成品。
喂食方式建议:按照宠物狗体重划分:
体重在5kg及以下的,每日150g,分2-3次喂食;
体重在5-10kg的,每日250g,分2-3次喂食;
体重在10-25kg的,每日350g,分2-3次喂食;
体重在25kg以上的,每日450g,分2-3次喂食。
注意事项:1、宠物狗消化存在功能障碍时,不建议食用;
2、幼型小宠物狗少量喂食或不食用。
实验例
选取130只不同品种的小型犬作为实验犬,根据体重及性别比例相近的原 则分为13组,每组10只。实验犬的年龄在2周岁至6周岁之间且健康无疾病。 每组分别饲喂实施例1-13制备得到的狗粮辅食,持续3天,每天喂食2餐(早 晚隔一餐,间隔8小时)。
每餐投放100-200g,喂食时间为25-30分钟,喂食完毕后称重、记录辅食 的剩余量。同时观察并记录实验犬对辅食的喜好程度以及宠物狗进食后的排便 情况。
每次当宠物狗进食完毕正餐狗粮后,清洁食具后在进行辅食的饲喂,并准 备定量的水,每次饲喂过后的辅食不会再重复使用。
实验检测指标:喜好程度记为喜食和一般。
排便情况记为正常和不正常;如果同一组内有3-5只宠物犬进食后出现便 秘、腹泻等现象,记为不正常。
采食率%=消耗的狗粮辅食量/初始投入的狗粮辅食量×100%
实验结果:

上述实验数据结果显示,上述各实施例中实施例9-实施例13的食用效果 最佳,其采食率、喜好程度及宠物实验狗的排便情况均处于数据逐级上升的态 势。其他各实施例同样对于宠物实验狗无任何明显的促进食用效果,但是依然 能够促进宠物实验狗的常规新陈代谢功能,对机体起良好的作用。
本发明提供了一种狗粮辅食,该狗粮辅食,是通过将牛奶、发酵剂、甜味 剂和功能添加剂按照最佳适应比例进行混合得到的。该狗粮辅食不仅所选原材 料不含任何添加剂,同时各类原材料含有丰富的营养元素、维生素和氨基酸等, 能够增强体质、延长寿命,适宜长期食用,无任何副作用。该狗粮辅食的制备 方法,制备过程简单便捷,所需设备少、劳动力少,节约环保。

Claims (10)
1.一种狗粮辅食,其特征在于,所述狗粮辅食主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
牛奶500-5000份、发酵剂1-10份、甜味剂25-250份和功能添加剂0.5-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种狗粮辅食,其特征在于,所述狗粮辅食主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
牛奶1000-3500份、发酵剂2-7份、甜味剂50-180份和功能添加剂1-3.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种狗粮辅食,其特征在于,所述狗粮辅食主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
牛奶2000份、发酵剂4份、甜味剂100份和功能添加剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种狗粮辅食,其特征在于,所述牛奶包括巴氏消毒奶、常温奶、还原奶、灭菌牛奶、鲜牛奶和水牛奶中的一种或多种;
优选地,所述牛奶包括巴氏消毒奶。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种狗粮辅食,其特征在于,所述发酵剂包括嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、布氏乳杆菌和乳双歧杆菌中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种狗粮辅食,其特征在于,所述甜味剂包括白糖和甜蜜素中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种狗粮辅食,其特征在于,所述功能添加剂包括鲨鱼软骨素、牛初乳粉、牛骨髓粉、牛磺酸、卵磷脂、葡萄糖酸锌、酪蛋白磷酸肽和维生素中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种狗粮辅食的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括按照相应比例选取牛奶、发酵剂、甜味剂和功能添加剂混合后进行发酵,之后冷却、钝化,得到成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种狗粮辅食的制备方法,其特征在于,所述发酵时的温度为30-42摄氏度,优选为35-41摄氏度,进一步优选为40摄氏度。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种狗粮辅食的制备方法,其特征在于,所述发酵时长为5-10小时,优选为6-8小时,进一步优选为7小时。
