本发明公开了一种防水密封效果好的LED汽车车灯,包括安装板,所述安装板的右端设置有灯板,所述灯板右端安装有灯珠,所述安装板右端设置有内灯罩,所述内灯罩罩在灯板外周,所述内灯罩外部罩有防护框,所述防护框通过若干连接机构与安装板固定连接,所述防护框内部右端安装有外灯罩,所述外灯罩的右端设置有清洁机构,所述安装板左端设置有散热筒,本发明通过设置内外两层灯罩,提高了汽车灯的防水性能,且具有良好的散热性能,具备除雾和自清洁功能,使用更加方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体为一种防水密封效果好的LED汽车车灯。
背景技术
汽车灯,为保证安全行车而安装在汽车上的各种交通灯。分照明灯和信号灯两类。1905~1912年,为解决前方道路照明,始装用聚光灯式乙炔前照灯,并配备1只煤油灯为后牌照灯。1945~1947年,最低程度必须配备的各种外部灯具已最后定型。合格的汽车灯应符合相应的光度、色度和基本环境试验规范。目前的汽车灯多存在防水密封性不佳等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水密封效果好的LED汽车车灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防水密封效果好的LED汽车车灯,包括安装板,所述安装板的右端设置有灯板,所述灯板右端安装有灯珠,所述安装板右端设置有内灯罩,所述内灯罩罩在灯板外周,所述内灯罩外部罩有防护框,所述防护框通过若干连接机构与安装板固定连接,所述防护框内部右端安装有外灯罩,所述外灯罩的右端设置有清洁机构,所述安装板左端设置有散热筒。
优选的,所述散热筒内部安装有风扇,所述散热筒的左端侧壁表面开设有进风口,所述散热筒的前后两端侧壁表面开设有若干出风口。
优选的,所述进风口和出风口中均安装有防尘网。
优选的,所述灯板的左端设置有若干均匀分布的散热片,所述散热片贯穿安装板延伸至散热筒内部。
优选的,所述安装板表面开设有若干均匀分布的通槽,所述通槽位于内灯罩和防护框之间,所述散热筒内部安装有电加热网。
优选的,所述清洁机构包括电机,所述防护框的前后两端侧壁之间转动连接有螺杆,所述螺杆的一端与电机的输出端相连接,所述螺杆外周通过螺纹连接套装有滑板,所述滑板滑动安装在防护框内部。
优选的,所述滑板的左端通过若干均匀分布的弹簧连接有海绵垫,所述海绵垫与外灯罩相接触设置。
优选的,所述连接机构包括卡块,所述卡块设置在防护框的左端,所述安装板表面开设有与卡块相对应的卡槽,所述卡槽的外侧开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中设置有滑块,所述滑块的外侧壁表面覆盖有外螺纹,所述滑块朝向卡槽的一端设置有卡柱,所述卡块表面开设有与卡柱相对应的卡孔,所述滑块远离卡槽的一端设置有旋柄,所述旋柄延伸至安装板外部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过风扇带动气流流通,对灯珠进行散热;防尘网能够防止灰尘进入;散热片能够将灯珠的热量传导至散热筒中,提高散热效果;电加热网能够加热气流,热气流进入内灯罩和外灯罩之间,在寒冷气候时,热气流能够提高灯罩温度,起到除雾作用;通过电机驱动螺杆旋转,驱动滑板来回移动,利用海绵垫清理外灯罩表面;弹簧能够保证海绵垫压紧在外灯罩表面;防护框通过卡柱对卡块的卡接固定在安装板上,能够方便地装卸。本发明通过设置内外两层灯罩,提高了汽车灯的防水性能,且具有良好的散热性能,具备除雾和自清洁功能,使用更加方便。

请参阅图1~2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防水密封效果好的LED汽车车灯,包括安装板1,所述安装板1的右端设置有灯板2,所述灯板2右端安装有灯珠3,所述安装板1右端设置有内灯罩4,所述内灯罩4罩在灯板2外周,所述内灯罩4外部罩有防护框5,所述防护框5通过若干连接机构与安装板1固定连接,所述防护框5内部右端安装有外灯罩6,所述外灯罩6的右端设置有清洁机构,所述安装板1左端设置有散热筒。
所述散热筒内部安装有风扇8,所述散热筒的左端侧壁表面开设有进风口7,所述散热筒的前后两端侧壁表面开设有若干出风口9,通过风扇8带动气流流通,对灯珠3进行散热。
所述进风口7和出风口9中均安装有防尘网13,防尘网13能够防止灰尘进入。
所述灯板2的左端设置有若干均匀分布的散热片10,所述散热片10贯穿安装板1延伸至散热筒内部,散热片10能够将灯珠3的热量传导至散热筒中,提高散热效果。
所述安装板1表面开设有若干均匀分布的通槽12,所述通槽12位于内灯罩4和防护框5之间,所述散热筒内部安装有电加热网11,电加热网11能够加热气流,热气流进入内灯罩4和外灯罩6之间,在寒冷气候时,热气流能够提高灯罩温度,起到除雾作用。
所述清洁机构包括电机15,所述防护框5的前后两端侧壁之间转动连接有螺杆14,所述螺杆14的一端与电机15的输出端相连接,所述螺杆14外周通过螺纹连接套装有滑板16,所述滑板16滑动安装在防护框5内部,通过电机15驱动螺杆14旋转,驱动滑板16来回移动,利用海绵垫17清理外灯罩6表面。
所述滑板16的左端通过若干均匀分布的弹簧连接有海绵垫17,所述海绵垫17与外灯罩6相接触设置,弹簧能够保证海绵垫17压紧在外灯罩6表面。
所述连接机构包括卡块18,所述卡块18设置在防护框5的左端,所述安装板1表面开设有与卡块18相对应的卡槽,所述卡槽的外侧开设有螺纹孔19,所述螺纹孔19中设置有滑块20,所述滑块20的外侧壁表面覆盖有外螺纹,所述滑块20朝向卡槽的一端设置有卡柱22,所述卡块18表面开设有与卡柱22相对应的卡孔,所述滑块20远离卡槽的一端设置有旋柄21,所述旋柄21延伸至安装板1外部,通过在防护框5与安装板1连接处填充防水垫,就能够增强防水效果,防护框5通过卡柱22对卡块18的卡接固定在安装板1上,能够方便地装卸。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水密封效果好的LED汽车车灯,其特征在于:所述散热筒内部安装有风扇(8),所述散热筒的左端侧壁表面开设有进风口(7),所述散热筒的前后两端侧壁表面开设有若干出风口(9)。
