Abstract
本发明公开了一种剖宫产术中胎脂的清除方法,其中剖宫产术中器械上胎脂的专用清除剂包括浓度为3‑8%的碳酸氢钠和2‑6%的碘伏,其余为生理盐水。本发明利用碳酸氢钠游离出的氢氧根离子与油脂发生反应达到去除剖宫产器械齿缝、轴节中油脂的目的,当碳酸氢钠加热至40‑50℃时,分子活跃性高,脂溶性更强。碘伏系由表面活性剂与碘络合成的不稳定络合物,表面活性剂起载体与助溶作用,加入少量能使其溶液体系的界面状态发生明显变化。具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列。为剖宫产术中手术器械及时清理其表面粘附的胎脂,更好的管理术中器械,操作方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种剖宫产器械用胎脂的清除剂。
背景技术
剖宫产术中,羊水及胎儿身上含有大量的胎脂,Haahti等和Kaerkkaeinen等首先提出胎脂脂质主要为游离脂质,包括甾醇(胆固醇)、甘油三酯、脂肪酸、神经酰胺、蜡酯、二羟基蜡酯、角鲨烯、甘油二酯、单酰基甘油和磷脂,其中蜡酯、甾醇(胆固醇)和甘油三酯的含量较高,剖宫产所用的爱丽斯、血管钳等器械齿缝、轴节中存在大量的胎脂及粘附部分子宫内膜组织,普通盐水纱布难以彻底将其去除,术中再次使用附着有胎脂和子宫内膜组织的手术器械,患者有发生医源性器械相关的子宫内膜异位症的可能。因此术中,器械护士需提高防范意识,严格管控手术器械,去除术中常用器械上粘附的胎脂及部分子宫内膜,最大限度地降低剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发生,提高患者术后满意度。
鉴于此,需要提供一种既能保证术中无菌操作方便使用,又可有效地清除器械上所粘附的胎脂及部分子宫内膜,从而有效地减少医源性器械相关的子宫内膜异位症的可能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对目前现有技术中的不足,提供一种有效清除剖宫产术中器械所粘附胎脂等物的专用清除剂及其使用方法,操作方便,简单有效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种剖宫产术中器械上胎脂的专用清除剂,所述专用清除剂为碳酸氢钠溶液、碘伏和生理盐水按照质量比为3:2:1的比例配制而成。
优选地,碳酸氢钠溶液是浓度为3-8wt%静脉输注用碳酸氢钠溶液。
优选地,碘伏的浓度为2-6wt%。
本发明还提供了上述的专用清除剂的使用方法,将所述专用清除剂放入术中温箱加热至40-50℃,倒入无菌治疗盆内,将附着有胎脂的医用手术器械浸泡其中2-5min,取出,采用所述专用清除剂浸泡过的纱布擦拭即可。
静脉输注用碳酸氢钠游离出的氢氧根离子能与油脂发生反应,碳酸氢钠是强碱与弱酸中和后生成的酸式盐,溶于水时呈现弱碱性。利用化学中的皂化反应,可清除油脂。
碘伏系由表面活性剂与碘络合成的不稳定络合物,表面活性剂起载体与助溶作用,加入少量能使其溶液体系的界面状态发生明显变化。具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列,能够助溶胎脂,清除术中器械上粘附的胎脂及部分子宫内膜,从而有效地避免医源性器械相关的子宫内膜异位症的可能。
本发明清除剂中3-8%碳酸氢钠、2-6%的碘伏和水的质量比为3:2:1,此比例清除器械表面附着的胎脂效果最好,便于临床操作及使用。
3-8%碳酸氢钠、2-6%的碘伏和水的混合液,加热至40-50℃效果明显优于常温。加热后的碳酸氢钠、碘伏和水的混合溶液分子活跃,脂溶性更强。
本发明能够有效清除剖宫产术中器械所粘附胎脂子宫内膜等物,操作方便,有效地减少医源性器械相关的子宫内膜异位症的可能。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将对本发明进行更全面的描述。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
实施例
一种剖宫产术中器械上胎脂的专用清除剂,采用浓度3-8wt%碳酸氢钠溶液、浓度2-6wt%碘伏和生理盐水按照质量比为3:2:1的比例配制而成。
一、选取对象
选取南通大学附属医院2018年1月-2020年1月剖宫产患者300例,采取随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。对照组使用生理盐水(40-50℃),实验组使用3-8%碳酸氢钠、2-6%的碘伏和水的混合溶液(40-50℃),两组患者年龄、手术方式、手术时间、手术医生等统计资料上均无统计学意义,具有可比性。
二、使用方法
将专用清除剂送入术中温箱加热至40-50℃,倒入无菌治疗盆内,将附着有胎脂的器械浸泡其中2-5min,取出,采用上述溶液浸泡过的纱布擦拭即可。
评价方法
分别对两组剖宫产术后患者进行随访。
统计学处理
使用SPSS18.0软件进行数据处理,P<0.5代表差异有统计学意义。
表1两组患者术后子宫内膜异位症的发生情况见下表
从表1可见选取3-8%碳酸氢钠、2-6%的碘伏和水的混合溶液的效果优于温水组,本发明用于清除剖宫产术中器械粘附的胎脂及部分子宫内膜组织具有显著优势。
应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (4)
1.一种剖宫产术中器械上胎脂的专用清除剂,其特征在于:所述专用清除剂为碳酸氢钠溶液、碘伏和生理盐水按照质量比为3:2:1的比例配制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用清除剂,其特征在于:碳酸氢钠溶液是浓度为3-8wt%静脉输注用碳酸氢钠溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的专用清除剂,其特征在于:碘伏的浓度为2-6wt%。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的专用清除剂的使用方法,其特征在于:将所述专用清除剂放入术中温箱加热至40-50℃,倒入无菌治疗盆内,将附着有胎脂的医用手术器械浸泡其中2-5min,取出,采用所述专用清除剂浸泡过的纱布擦拭即可。
