Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,包括空气压缩机、卸荷阀、储气筒和安全阀,所述空气压缩机通过卸荷阀与储气筒连接,所述安全阀设在储气筒上用于限制系统的最高压力,其特征在于:还包括气制动阀、继动阀、制动气室和制动器,所述储气筒的出口分别连接气制动阀的进气口和继动阀的进气口,气制动阀的出气口连接继动阀的控制气压输入口,继动阀的出气口通过制动气室与制动器连接。本发明系统取消制动液,彻底避免制动液气化问题,提高行车制动系统的安全性。在系统中使用继动阀,并合理布置位置,缩短制动气室的充气时间,缩小了制动滞后时间,使得制动更加灵敏。

Description

一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,属于装载机技术领域。
背景技术
目前,市场上的轮式装载机,普遍采用气推油制动系统完成车辆的行车制动功能。发动机带动空气压缩机输出的高压气体经过卸荷阀进入储气筒,储气筒上安装有安全阀,限制系统的最高压力。当踩下制动踏板实施制动时,高压气体经气制动阀进入前后加力泵,加力泵增压后输出高压制动液进入各个车轮的钳盘式制动器,制动器在油压的作用下实现车辆制动。松开制动踏板,制动解除。
该气推油行车制动系统价格低廉,但是对使用、维护要求高。装载机的作业工况需要频繁制动,一般在60秒内需实施4~6次制动,刹车片与制动盘的频繁摩擦,使制动时产生的热量无法及时散出,引起制动盘温度升高。热负荷大时,制动钳油缸、制动钳内部油道中的制动液容易受热气化。从而出现制动反应慢、制动距离增加等问题,严重时会导致制动失效,影响装载机工作效率及整机安全性。特别是装载机在夏季高温下工作时,更容易发生制动液气化,制动液甚至从加力泵喷出,使制动失灵。还有一些用户不能定期添加和更换制动液,甚至使用普通机油或液压油代替制动液,更容易出现气阻、制动失灵故障。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:现有轮式装载机的制动液容易受热气化导致制动反应慢制动失灵等状况。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,包括空气压缩机、卸荷阀、储气筒和安全阀,所述空气压缩机通过卸荷阀与储气筒连接,所述安全阀设在储气筒上用于限制系统的最高压力,其特征在于:还包括气制动阀、继动阀、制动气室和制动器,所述储气筒的出口分别连接气制动阀的进气口和继动阀的进气口,气制动阀的出气口连接继动阀的控制气压输入口,继动阀的出气口通过制动气室与制动器连接。
优选地,所述制动器为气压盘式制动器。
优选地,所述气压盘式制动器设在轮式装载机的前后桥的车轮内侧。
优选地,所述制动气室设在气压盘式制动器的壳体上。
优选地,所述继动阀设在轮式装载机前后桥的中央桥壳上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.避免了夏季高温因制动液气化造成的制动失效问题,提高了整机安全性;
2.使用继动阀,并合理布置位置,使得高压气体更接近执行器,缩短了制动气室的充气时间,缩小了制动滞后时间,制动更灵敏;
3.使用气压盘式制动器,无制动油缸、活塞及高压密封,减少了故障风险点,加工也更简单;
4.取消了加力泵,无高压管路,减少了故障风险点,包括制动钢管、制动软管;
5.使用的介质只有空气,无制动液,无须日常维护,避免了制动液泄露造成的环境污染,更加环保。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
如图1所示,本发明一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,包括空气压缩机1、卸荷阀2、储气筒3、安全阀4、气制动阀5、继动阀6、制动气室7和制动器,制动器采用气压盘式制动器8。空气压缩机1通过卸荷阀2与储气筒3连接,发动机带动空气压缩机1输出的高压气体经过卸荷阀2进入储气筒3,储气筒3上安装有安全阀4,限制系统的最高压力。储气筒3的出口分别连接气制动阀5的进气口和继动阀6的进气口A,气制动阀5的出气口连接继动阀6的控制气压输入口C,继动阀6的出气口B通过制动气室7与气压盘式制动器8连接。
气压盘式制动器8与制动气室7连接关系如图2所示,气压盘式制动器8包括制动盘11、制动钳12、外制动块13、制动器安装板14、内制动块15、复位弹簧16、推杆17、杠杆18,制动气室7内安装有制动气室推杆19,制动气室推杆19与杠杆18连接。本发明安装在装载机上时要针对气压盘式制动器8的制动盘11的厚度、直径及外形进行改进设计,同时制动盘11的直径及外形尺寸也需要进行优化。还需要对气压盘式制动器8的内制动块15与制动盘11的配合间隙进行优化设计和重新设定。本发明在装载机前桥上的布置和在后桥上的布置相同,如图3所示。装载机的每个轮边安装一个气压盘式制动器8,每个气压盘式制动器8的壳体上安装一个制动气室7,继动阀6有两个,分别安装在装载机前、后桥的中央桥壳上,使得继动阀6至制动气室7的管路较短,减少了制动滞后时间,有利于及时制动。气压盘式制动器8安装在制动器连接板9上,制动器连接板9焊接在装载机前后桥的桥壳上。制动器连接板9需配合气压盘式制动器8的安装、使用要求以及整机布置要求进行优化设计,使得气压盘式制动器8安装后与水平面的夹角小于55度。
当制动系统工作时,压缩空气进入制动气室7推动制动气室推杆19移动,制动气室推杆19的移动可推动杠杆18旋转。杠杆18端部的内圆面和外圆面并不同心,因此,杠杆18绕内圆面圆心旋转时,其外圆面即推动推杆17推动内制动块15压靠在制动盘11上,制动钳12在反作用力作用下带动外制动块13压靠在制动盘11上,实现制动。制动解除时,复位弹簧16迫使推杆17复位,保证内制动块15与制动盘11之间的间隙恢复至设定值。
当踩下制动踏板实施制动时,来自储气筒3的一路高压气体经气制动阀5的出气口进入继动阀6的控制气压输入口C,继动阀6的阀芯在控制气压输入口C气压作用下打开,继动阀6的进气口A和出气口B相通。来自储气筒3的另一路高压气体直接通过继动阀6的进气口A和出气口B充入制动气室7,而无须经过气制动阀5,这就大大缩短了制动气室7的充气管路,缩短了充气时间,加速了充气过程。制动气室7的推杆在气压作用下向外推出,推动气压盘式制动器8对装载机实施制动。
松开制动踏板,继动阀6控制气压输入口C的气体与气制动阀5的出气口相通,继动阀6的控制气压输入口C的高压气体排入大气,使继动阀6的进气口A关闭,出气口B与大气相通,同时制动气室7的气体通过继动阀6的出气口B排入大气,制动气室7压力与大气压力相等,制动气室7的推杆17在复位弹簧16弹簧力作用下退回到原始位置,制动解除。

1.一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,包括空气压缩机(1)、卸荷阀(2)、储气筒(3)和安全阀(4),所述空气压缩机(1)通过卸荷阀(2)与储气筒(3)连接,所述安全阀(4)设在储气筒(3)上用于限制系统的最高压力,其特征在于:还包括气制动阀(5)、继动阀(6)、制动气室(7)和制动器,所述储气筒(3)的出口分别连接气制动阀(5)的进气口和继动阀(6)的进气口,气制动阀(5)的出气口连接继动阀(6)的控制气压输入口,继动阀(6)的出气口通过制动气室(7)与制动器连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,其特征在于:所述制动器为气压盘式制动器(8)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,其特征在于:所述气压盘式制动器(8)设在轮式装载机的前后桥的车轮内侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,其特征在于:所述制动气室(7)设在气压盘式制动器(8)的壳体上。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用于轮式装载机的行车制动系统,其特征在于:所述继动阀(6)设在轮式装载机前后桥的中央桥壳上。
