Abstract
本发明公开一种具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱及其生产方法。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将瓦楞原纸进行压楞,得到第一坑纸和第二坑纸,将第一坑纸与里纸经第一复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第一单面瓦楞纸,将第二芯纸与表纸经第二复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第二单面瓦楞纸;(2)将第一单面瓦楞纸和第二单面瓦楞纸进行预热后进入双面机组进行上胶粘合、烘干并冷却得到双瓦楞纸板;(3)将双瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱,得到双坑瓦楞纸箱。本发明的双坑瓦楞纸箱在保鲜的同时具有更高的杀菌抑制效果,从而特别适合于用作果蔬包装箱。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸箱领域,具体地涉及一种具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱及其生产方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸箱是一种用瓦楞纸板制成的刚性纸质箱体,用量一直是各种包装制品之首。半个多世纪以来,瓦楞纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器,成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外,还起到美化商品,宣传商品的作用。瓦楞纸箱属于绿色环保产品,在果蔬的储存以及运输有广泛的应用。
例如,CN109183507A公开了一种长效保鲜的瓦楞纸箱制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将氯化钕、氯化镧加入至水中,混合搅拌均匀后,继续向其中加入对氨基水杨酸钠,将混合物加热至88-90℃,保温处理2-3小时后,制得对氨基水杨酸稀土;(2)将纯丙乳液、对氨基水杨酸稀土、丁香罗勒油、磷酸三钙、水混合均匀后,制得保鲜涂料;(3)然后将保鲜涂料均匀的涂刷在瓦楞纸箱的内表面,放入烘箱中,烘干后,制得成品。其具有保鲜的功能。
再例如,CN108669219A公开了一种果蔬保鲜用瓦楞纸箱的制备方法,依次在瓦楞纸箱的里纸上涂布保鲜剂和乙烯吸收剂,晾干后即可;所述保鲜剂是由葡萄糖氧化酶、阴离子淀粉、海藻酸钠、维生素C、卡拉胶、氢氧化钙、水制成;所述乙烯吸收剂是由负载高锰酸钾的活性炭制成。本发明的瓦楞纸箱,可以持续有效的吸附果蔬在储运过程中产生的乙烯和二氧化碳等气体,不过该发明的瓦楞纸箱并不具备杀菌抑菌功能。
虽然现有瓦楞箱箱具有一定的保鲜功能,但是保鲜效果,尤其是杀菌抑菌方面仍需进一步提高。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的至少部分技术问题,本发明提供一种具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其在保鲜的同时具有优异的抑菌杀菌效果。具体地,本发明包括以下内容。
本发明的第一方面,提供一种具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将瓦楞原纸预处理器预热后送入单面机经上、下瓦楞辊进行压楞,得到第一坑纸和第二坑纸,将第一坑纸与里纸经第一复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第一单面瓦楞纸,将第二芯纸与表纸经第二复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第二单面瓦楞纸;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的第一单面瓦楞纸和第二单面瓦楞纸通过天桥输送架,经制动器进入三联预热器进行预热,预热后将第一单面瓦楞纸、第二单面瓦楞纸一起进入双面机组进行上胶粘合、烘干并冷却得到双瓦楞纸板;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的双瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱,得到双坑瓦楞纸箱。
根据本发明所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,优选地,所述第一复配胶水包括70-90重量份第一保鲜抑菌剂、350-450重量份淀粉、2-4重量份的硼砂、3.5-5.5重量份火碱、3.4-5.5重量份稳定剂、7-9重量份粘合剂和450-650重量份水。
所述第二复配胶水包括70-90重量份第二保鲜抑菌剂、350-450重量份淀粉、2-4重量份的硼砂、3.5-5.5重量份火碱、3.4-5.5重量份稳定剂、7-9重量份粘合剂和450-650重量份水。
根据本发明所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,优选地,所述第一保鲜抑菌剂包括膨润土40-60重量份、硅微粉20-30重量份、蛋白土10-20重量份、活性沸石5-15重量份和石灰2-10重量份;所述第二保鲜抑菌剂包括膨润土40-60重量份、硅微粉20-30重量份、活性沸石5-15重量份、电气石和/或麦饭石粉5-15重量份和石灰2-10重量份。
根据本发明所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,优选地,所述电气石和/或麦饭石粉平均孔径为2-5nm。
根据本发明所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,优选地,所述蛋白土的平均孔径为5-15nm,比表面积为50-120m2/g,孔体积为0.1-0.2cm3/g。
根据本发明所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,优选地,所述所述步骤(1)中,第一坑纸的楞高为2.5-3mm,楞数为458-52个/300mm;第二坑纸的楞高为4.5-5mm,楞数为32-38个/300mm。
根据本发明所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,优选地,所述膨润土为钠基膨润土,其为由两层硅氧四面体和一层铝氧八面体构成的层状晶体结构黏土矿物,层间含有可交换的碱金属与碱土金属离子,且所述膨润土中蒙脱石含量大于80%,粒度200目筛余≤3%,水分含量≤5%。
根据本发明所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,优选地,所述硅微粉由选自天然粉石英、石英石和硅石组成的组中的至少一种原料加工而成的粉末,且所述硅微粉中SiO2含量>98%,粒度325目筛余≤3%,水分含量≤0.25%。
本发明的第二方面,提供第一方面所述的生产方法制备得到的双坑纸箱在果蔬储存以及运输中的应用。
本发明具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法采用天然非金属矿物科学复配而成的胶水,其中的保鲜抑菌成分中孔结构涵盖微孔(2nm以下)和介孔(2~50nm),具有优良的调湿、吸附和抗菌除霉功能,可以平衡调节纸箱内空气湿度、吸附霉菌毒素和净化有毒害气体,满足高质量果蔬保鲜剂的技术要求。本发明的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法可以显著延长鲜果和蔬菜的保质期,而且保鲜的同时具有更高的杀菌抑制效果,从而特别适合于用作果蔬包装箱。

[具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法]
本发明的双坑瓦楞纸箱,有时也称为“双瓦楞纸箱”。其由双瓦楞纸板制成,本发明的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将瓦楞原纸预处理器预热后送入单面机经上、下瓦楞辊进行压楞,得到第一坑纸和第二坑纸,将第一坑纸与里纸经第一复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第一单面瓦楞纸,将第二芯纸与表纸经第二复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第二单面瓦楞纸;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的第一单面瓦楞纸和第二单面瓦楞纸通过天桥输送架,经制动器进入三联预热器进行预热,预热后将第一单面瓦楞纸、第二单面瓦楞纸一起进入双面机组进行上胶粘合、烘干并冷却得到双瓦楞纸板;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的双瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱,得到双坑瓦楞纸箱。
步骤(1)中,瓦楞原纸一般为纸箱的主要原材料,其包括瓦楞纸和瓦楞纸里纸以及瓦楞纸面纸(本发明有时也称为瓦楞纸面纸表纸)。瓦楞原纸使用材料的类型不做特别限定。优选地,采用具有纤维网络结构的植物纤维。还优选地,瓦楞纸为草浆和/或废纸浆,里纸以及面纸为木浆和草浆/纸浆。
第一坑纸与里纸经第一复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第一单面瓦楞纸,其中,第一复配胶水中的矿物成分孔径要大于第二复配胶水中的矿物成分孔径,使其更有利于保持箱内二氧化碳/氧气浓度比,使之维持不利于果蔬进行呼吸作用消耗有机物质的微环境。优选地,电气石和/或麦饭石粉平均孔径为2-5nm,蛋白土的平均孔径为5-15nm。优选地,第一坑纸的楞高为2.5-3mm,楞数为458-52个/300mm;第二坑纸的楞高为4.5-5mm,楞数为32-38个/300mm。
本发明的保鲜抑菌剂为基于膨润土的无机矿物复合材料,其中膨润土为主要成分,在所有成分中其含量最大。一般而言,膨润土的含量为40-60重量份,优选45-55重量份,更优选50-55重量份。膨润土含量越大,则倾向于粘性变大不利于保鲜。如果膨润土含量越小,则不利于成型。优选地,膨润土为钠基膨润土,其为由两层硅氧四面体和一层铝氧八面体构成的层状晶体结构黏土矿物。更优选地,膨润土的层状晶体的层间含有可交换的碱金属与碱土金属离子。还优选地,本发明的膨润土中蒙脱石含量大于80%,优选大于85%,更优选大于90%。膨润土的粒度200目筛余≤3%,水分含量≤5%。
本发明的保鲜抑菌剂中,硅微粉的含量一般为20-30重量份,优选25-30重量份,更优选28-30重量份。本发明的硅微粉优选由选自天然粉石英、石英石和硅石组成的组中的至少一种原料加工而成的粉末。硅微粉中SiO2含量一般需要大于98%。硅微粉可以对材料中的膨润土等粘结性组分起分散作用。
优选地,硅微粉承载金属如银、铜或锌的硅微粉。承载金属后的硅微粉能够大大增强果蔬保鲜材料的杀菌效果。本发明通过使银等金属承载于硅微粉的表面,增大了银的表面积,使银的释放浓度达到杀菌浓度,而银的用量大大降低。粒度大小影响银的释放速度。优选地,硅微粉的粒度要求为325目筛余≤3%。
在示例性实施方案中,通过下述方法使硅微粉承载金属:用4%~10%的氢氟酸水溶液浸泡硅微粉2-10分钟,优选2-5分钟,然后在硫酸铜溶液中于60-80℃浸泡30-40分钟;接下来放置在240-340℃烘箱中40分钟至50分钟;然后将硅微粉在含有银离子的溶液,例如硝酸银的酒石酸溶液中加温至60-80℃,加入柠檬酸,放置50-80分钟;随后将硅微粉在含硝酸银的乙醇溶液中浸渍4-5h,并在400-800℃下依次通过N2和H2气流,还原20-110分钟,即得到承载金属银的硅微粉。
本发明中,蛋白土的含量一般为10-20重量份,优选12-18重量份,更优选15-16重量份。优选地,本发明的蛋白土由细粒蛋白石构成的轻质页岩加工的粉末,主要矿物成分为非晶质二氧化硅,主要化学成分为SiO2,具有发达的纳米级微孔,介孔结构(平均孔径5~15nm),比表面积较高(50~120m2/g),孔体积较大(0.1~0.2cm3/g),具有良好的吸放湿性能和吸附有毒害气体的性能。
本发明中,活性沸石的含量一般为5-15重量份,优选6-12重量份,更优选5-10重量份。优选地,活性沸石选自天然丝光沸石、斜发沸石和辉沸石中的至少一种,且孔径小于2nm,且孔道中含可交换碱金属和碱土金属离子。本发明的活性沸石增强了杀菌效果,特别是在与紫外线杀菌组合使用时大大增强杀菌效果。
本发明中,石灰的含量一般为2-10重量份,优选5-8重量份,更优选6-8重量份。优选地,本发明的石灰是石灰石经煅烧、消化生产的主要化学成分为Ca(OH)2的粉体材料,又称灰钙粉。本发明的石灰是一种弱碱,具有调节保鲜材料酸碱性、吸湿干燥和杀菌防霉等功能。
[复配胶水制备方法]
本发明的复配胶水制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)使氯化钛盐酸溶液缓慢加入沸石分散液中,搅拌反应后,分离干燥得到活性沸石;
(2)将膨润土、蛋白土、活性沸石、石灰在150℃以下进行干燥;
(3)将硅微粉与干燥并冷却后的膨润土、蛋白土、活性沸石和石灰进行混合,得到保鲜抑菌剂。
(4)将第一保鲜抑菌剂和第二保鲜抑菌及分别与淀粉、硼砂、火碱、粘合剂、稳定剂和水按比例混合并后得到第一复配胶水和第二复配胶水。
本发明的步骤(1)为活性沸石的制备,其一般过程是使氯化钛盐酸溶液缓慢加入沸石分散液中,搅拌反应,然后分离干燥得到活性沸石。氯化钛盐酸溶液是指将TiCl4缓慢添加至盐酸溶液后氯化钛分解后的溶解。一般而言,在制备氯化钛盐酸溶液时,不宜将氯化钛直接添加至盐酸中,而是将氯化钛首先缓慢添加到高浓度盐酸中,例如4-6mol/L的盐酸中,然后再将其添加至稀盐酸中,从而得到氯化钛盐酸溶液。氯免费下载钛盐酸溶液中钛离子的浓度可为0.5-1.0mol/L,优选0.6-0.9mol/L。步骤(1)中,沸石悬浮液的浓度基于重量一般为0.1-1.0%,优选0.2-0.5%,更优选0.3-0.4%。氯化钛盐酸溶液和沸石分散液的用量不特别限定,一般而言只要能使沸石与氯化钛的投料比为10-30:1即可。在沉淀老化后,需干燥。然后在高温炉中加热温度450-500℃焙烧2-2.5小时,即得本发明的活化沸石。
实施例1
一、活性沸石的制备
(1)在搅拌下将TiCl4滴加到6mol/L的HCl中使钛离子的浓度为0.82mol/L得到氯化钛溶液,在搅拌下将该溶液缓慢加入盐酸中使氯化钛充分水解。添加结束后继续搅拌10分钟左右。
(2)取辉沸石在搅拌下分散到蒸馏水中,使其悬浮液的浓度为0.4%。
(3)把步骤(1)配好的液体逐滴滴加到沸石分散液中至沸石与氯化钛的投料比为20:1;常温沉淀老化一定时间,离心分离,并用蒸馏水清洗,干燥3小时,然后在高温炉中加热温度450-500℃焙烧2-2.5小时,即得本发明的活化沸石。
二、保鲜抑菌剂的制备
基于下述配方制备添加剂:
(1)钠基膨润土50kg
硅微粉20kg
蛋白土粉15kg
活性沸石10kg
石灰粉5kg。
将膨润土、蛋白土、活性沸石、石灰在150℃以下进行干燥;将硅微粉与干燥并冷却后的膨润土、蛋白土、活性沸石和石灰进行混合。
(2)钠基膨润土50kg
硅微粉20kg
活性沸石10kg
电气石粉/麦饭石粉10kg
石灰粉5kg。
将膨润土、蛋白土、活性沸石、石灰在150℃以下进行干燥;将硅微粉与干燥并冷却后的膨润土、活性沸石、电气石粉和石灰进行混合。
三、双坑瓦楞纸箱的制备
将淀粉25kg加入10kg水中搅拌10-50分钟,然后加入0.45kg火碱搅拌1-6分钟,制备载体,接下来向48kg水中加入15kg淀粉搅拌10-50分钟后加入得到的载体、0.2kg硼砂、0.5kg粘合剂、0.5kg稳定剂和8kg添加剂再次搅拌30-70分钟。将瓦楞原纸预处理器预热后送入单面机经上、下瓦楞辊进行压楞,得到第一坑纸和第二坑纸,将第一坑纸与里纸经第一复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第一单面瓦楞纸,将第二芯纸与表纸经第二复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第二单面瓦楞纸;将得到的第一单面瓦楞纸和第二单面瓦楞纸通过天桥输送架,经制动器进入三联预热器进行预热,预热后将第一单面瓦楞纸、第二单面瓦楞纸一起进入双面机组进行上胶粘合、烘干并冷却得到双瓦楞纸板;将得到的双瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱,得到双坑瓦楞纸箱,用于存储多种果蔬。将纸箱送谱尼测试公司(Pony TestingInternational Group)进行测试。测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
除了使用斜发沸石替换辉沸石,以及使用下述配方外,与实施例1相同:
(1)钠基膨润土55kg
硅微粉25kg
蛋白土粉10kg
活性沸石7kg
石灰粉3kg。
(2)钠基膨润土55kg
硅微粉25kg
电气石粉/麦饭石粉7kg
活性沸石7kg
石灰粉3kg。
实施例3
除了使用下述配方以外,以与实施例1相同。
(1)钠基膨润土45kg
载银硅微粉20kg
蛋白土粉15kg
活化辉沸石粉15kg
石灰粉5kg。
(1)钠基膨润土45kg
载银硅微粉20kg
电气石粉/麦饭石粉15kg
活化辉沸石粉15kg
石灰粉5kg。
比较例1
除了使用未活化沸石和将配方组成改为如下以外,以与实施例1的方法制备双坑纸箱。
钠基膨润土50kg
硅微粉26kg
蛋白土粉10kg
斜发沸石粉6kg
石灰粉3kg。

利用本申请实施例3的双坑纸箱与比较例1得到的普通纸箱分别在常温下保存果蔬一定时间后,比较不同果蔬的变化。首先,在气味变化上,本申请的双坑纸箱内的果蔬随着天数的增加,气味变化不明显,依然保留果蔬气味。其次,外观上,本申请双坑纸箱内的果蔬缩水不明显,硬度变化不大,基本无发霉现象。
尽管本发明已经参考示例性实施方案进行了描述,但应理解本发明不限于公开的示例性实施方案。在不背离本发明的范围或精神的情况下,可对本发明说明书的示例性实施方案做多种调整或变化。权利要求的范围应基于最宽的解释以涵盖所有修改和等同结构与功能。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将瓦楞原纸预处理器预热后送入单面机经上、下瓦楞辊进行压楞,得到第一坑纸和第二坑纸,将第一坑纸与里纸经第一复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第一单面瓦楞纸,将第二芯纸与表纸经第二复配胶水涂胶粘合后得到第二单面瓦楞纸;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的第一单面瓦楞纸和第二单面瓦楞纸通过天桥输送架,经制动器进入三联预热器进行预热,预热后将第一单面瓦楞纸、第二单面瓦楞纸一起进入双面机组进行上胶粘合、烘干并冷却得到双瓦楞纸板;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的双瓦楞纸板进行模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱,得到双坑瓦楞纸箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述第一复配胶水包括70-90重量份第一保鲜抑菌剂、350-450重量份淀粉、2-4重量份的硼砂、3.5-5.5重量份火碱、3.4-5.5重量份稳定剂、7-9重量份粘合剂和450-650重量份水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述第二复配胶水包括70-90重量份第二保鲜抑菌剂、350-450重量份淀粉、2-4重量份的硼砂、3.5-5.5重量份火碱、3.4-5.5重量份稳定剂、7-9重量份粘合剂和450-650重量份水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述第一保鲜抑菌剂包括膨润土40-60重量份、硅微粉20-30重量份、蛋白土10-20重量份、活性沸石5-15重量份和石灰2-10重量份;所述第二保鲜抑菌剂包括膨润土40-60重量份、硅微粉20-30重量份、活性沸石5-15重量份、电气石和/或麦饭石粉5-15重量份和石灰2-10重量份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述电气石和/或麦饭石粉平均孔径为2-5nm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述蛋白土的平均孔径为5-15nm,比表面积为50-120m2/g,孔体积为0.1-0.2cm3/g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,第一坑纸的楞高为2.5-3mm,楞数为458-52个/300mm;第二坑纸的楞高为4.5-5mm,楞数为32-38个/300mm。
8.根据权利要求4所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述膨润土为钠基膨润土,其为由两层硅氧四面体和一层铝氧八面体构成的层状晶体结构黏土矿物,层间含有可交换的碱金属与碱土金属离子,且所述膨润土中蒙脱石含量大于80%,粒度200目筛余≤3%,水分含量≤5%。
9.根据权利要求4所述的具有保鲜抑菌功能的双坑瓦楞纸箱生产方法,其特征在于,所述硅微粉由选自天然粉石英、石英石和硅石组成的组中的至少一种原料加工而成的粉末,且所述硅微粉中SiO2含量>98%,粒度325目筛余≤3%,水分含量≤0.25%。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的生产方法制备得到的双坑纸箱在果蔬储存以及运输中的应用。
