Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers, in particular to a nitrogenous phosphate fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The fertilizer is mainly used for providing nutrient elements necessary for the growth of crops, and is also required to have the functions of improving the soil property and improving the soil fertility level. During the growth process of plants, a large amount of nutrients are needed to promote the rapid growth of the plants, different soils have certain influence on the growth of crops, and the soils need to be effectively improved; the existing fertilizer for improving soil can only see the influence of the fertilizer on crops, and can not effectively improve the soil; most of the soil is hardened due to the application of chemical fertilizers, and poor soil is not effectively improved due to unreasonable application, so that the soil is not harvested or harvested.
Therefore, biological organic fertilizers are more and more concerned, and the biological organic fertilizers mainly take green manure, human excrement, stable manure, compost, retting manure, biogas manure, waste fertilizers and the like as basic raw materials, and microbial strains for promoting decomposition and transformation are additionally added, so that the microbial strains can be absorbed by plants after the microbial decomposition and transformation; the biological organic fertilizer has the advantages of complete nutrients, long fertilizer efficiency and good soil improvement and fertility improvement effects. The organic fertilizer is rich in organic substances and nutrient substances required by crop growth, can provide nutrients required by crop growth, improve soil, improve crop quality, increase crop yield, promote high and stable crop yield, maintain soil fertility, improve fertilizer utilization rate and reduce production cost. The organic fertilizer is fully and reasonably utilized, so that the crop yield can be increased, the soil fertility can be improved, the quality of agricultural products can be improved, and the effectiveness of soil nutrients can be improved.
The pig manure is fine in texture, complex in components, contains more ammoniated microorganisms, forms more humus and is a soft and powerful organic fertilizer; in the prior art, components and microbial strains cannot be added in a targeted manner to the biological organic fertilizer taking pig manure as a matrix, so that the traditional pig manure is low in nitrogen and phosphorus absorption rate, and the yield of crops is not improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a nitrogenous phosphate fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the traditional pig manure is low in nitrogen and phosphorus absorption rate and is not beneficial to improving the yield of crops.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the nitrogenous phosphate fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of pig manure, 10-30 parts of phosphate fertilizer leftovers and 0.1-0.3 part of organic material decomposing agent.
Preferably, the nitrogenous phosphate fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70 parts of pig manure, 20 parts of phosphate fertilizer leftovers and 0.2 part of organic material decomposing agent.
Preferably, the nitrogenous phosphate fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of pig manure, 10 parts of phosphate fertilizer leftovers and 0.1 part of organic material decomposing agent.
Preferably, the nitrogenous phosphate fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of pig manure, 30 parts of phosphate fertilizer leftovers and 0.3 part of organic material decomposing agent.
A method for preparing nitrogen-phosphorus-containing fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the weight parts, the pig manure is mixed with the phosphate fertilizer leftovers, then the organic material decomposing agent is added, the mixture is fully stirred and uniformly fermented, after 2 to 3 days, the mixture is turned when the fermentation temperature is raised to 60 to 65 ℃, and the mixture is aired after 12 to 15 days;
(2) and (3) crushing the dried material, screening by using a screening machine, wherein the particle size of the screened material is 0.1-0.5cm, and packaging and warehousing after the material is qualified through detection to obtain the nitrogenous phosphate fertilizer, and unqualified materials are subjected to rework treatment.
The pig manure used in the invention is preferably fresh pig manure; the used phosphate fertilizer leftovers refer to phosphorus-containing materials which are hardened or unqualified and cannot be directly sold as phosphate fertilizers due to various heavy superphosphate, rich superphosphate, calcium hydrophosphate, monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate and the like left in port and wharf warehouses by typhoon drenching or residual loading and rotting every year; the organic material decomposing agent is a leavening agent containing various active bacteria, contains a large amount of beneficial high-temperature and high-humidity functional microorganisms, can generate various enzymes with strong activity, can greatly improve the fermentation capacity, quickly catalyze and decompose the pig manure, convert the pig manure into nutrient components which can be absorbed by crops in a short time, and eliminate harmful substances such as pathogenic bacteria and the like in the pig manure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention adopts the pig manure as the raw material, can reduce the non-point source pollution of the pig manure, achieves the effect of increasing phosphorus by nitrogen by matching the nitrogen source of the fermented pig manure with the phosphorus, and improves the phosphorus absorption rate by more than 30 percent by adding the biological bacteria contained in the organic material decomposing agent to decompose phosphorus by bacteria.
2. The pig manure organic matter is added, so that the pig manure organic matter plays a good role in wrapping phosphorus nutrients, and the contact area of soil and phosphorus is reduced, so that the precipitation phenomenon generated by negative reaction with iron and aluminum ions in the soil is reduced, the phosphorus absorption rate is improved, the pig manure organic matter has great practical significance for reasonably utilizing phosphorus resources in China, reducing agricultural non-point source pollution and promoting agricultural sustainable development.
