本发明属于冶金技术领域,特别涉及一种环保型转炉补炉用水基大面料。
背景技术
转炉是炼钢的重要设备,转炉的维护和使用寿命也是倍受关注,转炉的迎钢面、出钢面和炉底长时间处在高温状态下,并受到机械力冲击和炉渣的反复侵蚀,其结构极易遭到破坏。目前,维护转炉大多采用沥青、树脂结合的大面自流料,该料直接投入转炉内,在高温作用下,沥青和树脂融化,有较好的的流动性,但烧结时间过长,一般吨料烧结50分钟左右,使用寿命过短,一般修补一次能够使用24小时。
由于含有沥青和树脂,在高温下溶解挥发出苯、醛类化合物以及大量的烟尘,易对人体造成伤害及对环境造成污染。
本发明所提供的一种新型环保型转炉补炉用水基大面料可解决目前沥青、树脂结合大面料烧结时间过长,烧结过程中释放有毒、有黑烟、污染环境、危害人体健康、使用寿命过短等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种环保型转炉补炉用水基大面料,其避免在使用烧结过程中发出有害物质,环保,修补后的转炉相对使用寿命长。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保型转炉补炉用水基大面料,其特征在于,其包括镁砂、结合剂、消石灰、膨润土。
进一步的,所述镁砂、结合剂、消石灰、膨润土各组分的质量份数分别为:镁砂80~90份,结合剂6~10份,消石灰0.5~1份,膨润土0.5~1份。
进一步的,所述镁砂中MgO的质量百分含量不低于85%,其中镁砂粒度质量配比:颗粒大小0~1mm的镁砂25~35份,颗粒大小1~5mm的镁砂25~35份。
进一步的,所述消石灰中氢氧化钠钙的质量百分含量不低于90%。
进一步的,所述膨润土粉体颗粒大小为1~5mm 。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
(1)自流性能好,铺展快,附着强度大;
(2)烧结时间短,通常状况每吨料烧结时间15-25分钟,比普通转炉大面补炉料烧结时间缩短30分钟左右;
(3)抗侵蚀性能好,同等用量下,使用寿命比普通转炉大面补炉料高2-3倍以上;
(4)烧结时,无烟、无味、无有害挥发物,对人体及环境无害;
(5)由于烧结快,烧结充分,摇炉时不掉料喷溅,避免事故发生;
(5)在烧结的同时,可以进行喷补作业,以提高炼钢效率;
(6)由于不含碳,更有利于低碳钢的冶炼。
