The specific embodiment of the invention provides a medicament filling device, wherein a transfer mechanism 3 comprises a transfer frame 3-1, a transfer mechanical arm 3-2 and a transfer mounting plate 3-3, the transfer mechanical arm 3-2 is hung below the transfer frame 3-1, the transfer mounting plate 3-3 is connected below the transfer mechanical arm 3-2, a transfer sucker 3-4 is mounted on the lower plate surface of the transfer mounting plate 3-3, the transfer sucker 3-4 is downwards aligned to a single soft bag 7 on a conveying station, and the transfer mechanical arm 3-2 drives the transfer mounting plate 3-3 to move so as to move the single soft bag 7 to a filling mechanism.
In the process of transferring from the conveying station to the filling station, the transfer mounting plate 3-3 is moved to the position above and close to a single soft bag 7 through the transfer mechanical arm 3-2, the soft bag 7 is horizontally laid, the transfer mounting plate 3-3 is horizontally arranged, the transfer sucker 3-4 starts to suck the soft bag 7, then the soft bag 7 is conveyed to the closing filling station through the transfer mechanical arm 3-2, and due to the fact that the side face of the soft bag 7 is sucked, the flat-lying type conveying of the soft bag 7 is guaranteed in the process, the soft bag 7 is prevented from being damaged in the filling process, and the reliability of equipment is improved.
In order to ensure stable suction and maintain the state of the soft bag 7 in the transferring process, a plurality of transferring suckers 3-4 can be arranged and are respectively positioned at the middle part and the rear end of the lower plate surface of the transferring mounting plate 3-3. Specifically, the middle part of the transferring mounting plate 3-3 is provided with two transferring suckers 3-4, and the rear end of the transferring mounting plate 3-3 is provided with two transferring suckers 3-4. The four transfer suckers 3-4 are arranged in a rectangular shape and positioned at four corners of the rectangular shape, and the number and the arrangement mode of the transfer suckers 3-4 can be adjusted according to conditions, which is within the protection scope of the invention.
Furthermore, the transfer suckers 3-4 are connected with the transfer mounting plate 3-3 through the sucker adjusting blocks 3-5, the lengths of the transfer suckers 3-4 are adjusted, the start and stop and the suction force of the transfer suckers 3-4 are independently controlled, and the application range is widened.
In the medicament filling equipment provided by the specific embodiment of the invention, the transfer mechanical arm 3-2 can be a six-axis mechanical arm, has six degrees of freedom, moves more flexibly and meets the transfer requirement. In the actual transfer process, the six-axis mechanical arm drives the transfer mounting plate 3-3 to move from the initial horizontal state to the inclined state, the inclined angle is 45 degrees, the structure of the filling station is matched, but the soft bag 7 is still not in the vertical state, and the horizontal transportation is realized. In order to limit the motion range of the six-axis mechanical arm, the front end of the six-axis mechanical arm is provided with a limit stopper 3-6.
On the basis of the medicament filling equipment provided by each embodiment, the front end of the lower plate surface of the transfer mounting plate 3-3 is provided with a port pipe clamp 3-7 for clamping a port pipe 71 of a soft bag 7. Namely, in the process that the transfer mounting plate 3-3 is close to the soft bag 7, the oral tube clamp 3-7 is opened, so that the oral tube 71 of the soft bag 7 enters the oral tube clamp 3-7, the oral tube clamp 3-7 is closed after the oral tube clamp moves to the right position, the oral tube 71 is clamped, and meanwhile, the transfer suckers 3-4 at the middle part and the rear end are started to realize the grabbing of the front part, the middle part and the rear part of the soft bag 7 and realize the stable transfer.
Further, in order to accommodate a flexible bag 7 having two port tubes 71, two port tube holders 3 to 7 may be provided laterally side by side for holding the two port tubes 71 provided side by side on the flexible bag 7. The mouth pipe clamps 3-7 can be driven by air pressure or a motor, and the opening and closing modes can be transverse translation and rotary swing and are within the protection scope of the invention.

The medicament filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism (2) comprises a bottom plate (2-1) and a clamping jaw (2-2) mounted on an upper plate surface of a front end of the bottom plate (2-1), the clamping jaw (2-2) comprises two jaw members arranged in parallel in a transverse direction, a semicircular groove is formed in a middle of opposite sides of the two jaw members, the two semicircular grooves form a circular hole for accommodating a mouth pipe (71) of the soft bag (7), a positioning driving device (2-3) for connecting the two jaw members is further arranged on the bottom plate (2-1), and the positioning driving device (2-3) can drive the two jaw members to be attached or detached to clamp or release the mouth pipe (71) of the soft bag (7).
7. Pharmaceutical filling apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a bagging wheel (51) is provided above the head end of the intermediate conveyor (5), the bagging wheel (51) being proximate to the positioning mechanism (2).
