Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific examples, which are provided for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Diabetes has high similarity with diabetes of traditional Chinese medicine, but in modern clinical practice, the typical diabetes symptoms are relatively rare in diabetic patients in early stage due to the popularization of blood sugar diagnosis. But the theory of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine still has great guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
The etiology of diabetes is that the "birthday Shi Baoyuan" treatises: "in the strong and prosperous years, no self-maintenance, moderate desire for conception, improper drinking, liking to eat cut meat or fish into thin slices moxibustion, or take Danshi, so it causes kidney water to run out, the heart fire blazes and blares, the triple energizer is fierce, the five internal organs are dry, so it is thirsty and easy to grow. The pathogenesis of diabetes lies in that dryness heat hurts qi and consumes yin. Especially, the importance of eating factors to cause diabetes and prevent diseases is deeply understood.
In the formula of the scheme, the astragalus root is monarch, poria cocos, fried Chinese yam, fried coix seed and gordon euryale seed, has the effects of tonifying spleen and supplementing qi, and the dendrobium, roasted rhizoma polygonati and trichosanthes root have the effects of nourishing yin and promoting the production of body fluid, are ministerial drugs, salvia miltiorrhiza activating blood, fried mulberry leaves, coptis chinensis and fructus cannabis, and are assistant drugs. The whole formula has the effects of tonifying qi, nourishing yin, removing heat and activating blood circulation, and has good effects on controlling blood sugar of diabetes and preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.
The eating method of the invention comprises the following steps:
the meal replacement formula is combined with the dietary habit of a patient to completely or incompletely replace staple food for 1 to 2 meals every day, 50 to 70 grams of meal replacement powder is mixed with hot water into porridge and can be directly eaten.
The purpose of preventing and treating diabetes by regulating endocrine, nervous system function and metabolism level is gradually achieved by taking 3 months as a period.
The meal replacement diet formula of the invention has the following indications:
unsatisfactory blood sugar control of diabetes, excessive weight, high risk group with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease complications, etc.
The invention notes that:
fluctuations in blood glucose levels, especially protection against hypoglycemia, are closely noted throughout the course of administration.
The invention has the following monitoring and evaluation indexes:
the effect was observed and evaluated over a period of 3 months. Including blood pressure, blood sugar, blood fat, liver and kidney functions, uric acid, whole blood cell count classification, electrocardiogram and the like.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
the medicinal substances are decocted with water and then spray dried to obtain medicinal powder for standby: putting all medicinal materials into a container, adding cold water, soaking for 2 hr, putting the medicinal materials into a decocting pot, adding cold water (10-30 deg.C) to 2cm above the medicinal materials, heating with strong fire to boil, decocting with slow fire for 20 min, and filtering to obtain the first decoction. Adding cold water into the medicinal materials until the medicinal materials are 2cm above the medicinal plane, heating with strong fire until the medicinal materials are boiled, decocting with slow fire for 20 minutes, and filtering to obtain the filtrate as the second decoction. Mixing the first and second decocted medicinal liquids, and spray drying to remove water to obtain dry powder.
The matrix substance is treated by the procedures of water evaporation, drying and grinding and crushing to obtain matrix powder: placing the matrix material on a fine mesh tray, putting on a pot with water at the bottom, heating, steaming for 2 hr, mixing, placing in a container, mashing with pestle, spreading, naturally drying, and grinding into powder.
It should be noted that the spray drying method and spray dryer are known in the art, such as 2019201557260. a device described in the manufacturing device for powder of traditional Chinese medicine or a type yc-018 spray dryer.
In the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 110 diabetes mellitus patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus in 2005-2019, 60 g of astragalus, 15 g of poria cocos, 15 g of Chinese yam, 10 g of fried semen coicis, 10 g of gordon euryale seed, 20 g of dendrobe, 20 g of roasted rhizoma polygonati, 30 g of trichosanthes root, 20 g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10 g of fried mulberry leaf, 15 g of coptis chinensis, 5 g of fructus cannabis and 10 g of Chinese date are taken as main ingredients, decocted with water, one dose is taken every day, and the administration is divided twice, and the observation lasts for 2-3 months. The results show that the standard reaching rate of the blood sugar is 85 percent, the emergency of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular is 0, the damage of liver and kidney functions is 0, and 5 percent of patients are added with hypoglycemic drugs because the blood sugar does not reach the standard.
Some Yang is male, 42 years old, some Beijing armed police works, type 2 diabetes is diagnosed in 2016, blood sugar is reduced to 6 (fasting state) and 10 (postprandial) mmol/L after taking the formula for 1 month, and blood sugar is below the value after taking the formula into granules for 2 months, so that no obvious discomfort exists.
Wu, female, 21 years old, university student Beijing, diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in 2015, used metformin 0.5 g three times a day, and had unsatisfactory blood sugar control, and the granules prepared by the formula were added to fluctuate at 8-13mmol/L, twice a day, and after 20 days, blood sugar steadily decreased to 6 (fasting state) and 11 (2 hours after meal) mmol/L. The prescription is continued for 2 months, the effect is satisfactory, and the blood sugar reaches the standard.
Modern pharmacological studies show that astragalus polysaccharide serving as a main component of astragalus has an obvious bidirectional blood sugar regulation effect and a blood sugar increase reaction caused by resistance to epinephrine, mulberry leaf polypeptide not only stimulates insulin secretion, but also can slow down degradation and inactivation of insulin in peripheral tissues, coptis contains berberine to inhibit liver gluconeogenesis and promote dissolution of glucose, and the like, and the medicines cooperate to share the obvious blood sugar reduction effect.
The medicine and food substitution is one of the latest achievements gradually developed based on the medicine and food homology theory, the medical and nutritional theory, the formula of avoiding millet, the diabetes and chest stuffiness, and the like of the traditional Chinese medicine theory, and the modern medical theory and the clinical practice experience. In the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the modern medical clinical practice, dietary factors are not only necessary conditions for maintaining qi-blood balance and health of viscera, but also one of the most common and important reasons for the formation of various diseases. Therefore, healthy diet and proper food intake become one of the most important ways for disease prevention and control and health conditioning.
Modern diabetes and diabetes of traditional Chinese medicine have great similarities. The importance of the diet factors as the occurrence and prevention of diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents and complications is deeply understood. For this reason, a great deal of clinical resources and patient income are put into the relevant preventive and therapeutic work for these diseases, but the effect is not so good. The medicinal and edible alternative scheme is a modern achievement developed based on the knowledge and the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine and the life practice of Chinese people.
Of course, the safety and effectiveness of the medicinal and edible alternative are very important prerequisites. The composition medicinal materials used in the scheme all meet the relevant national standards, and the safety and the effectiveness of the composition medicinal materials are verified by a large amount of data.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
