Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating intestinal bleeding and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating intestinal bleeding and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hemorrhoid is one of common diseases and frequently encountered diseases in clinic, is a soft vein mass formed by expansion and buckling of submucosa at the tail end of anorectum and subcutaneous vein plexus of anal canal, is mainly clinically manifested by symptoms of hematochezia, pain, edema, falling swelling, pruritus, secretion increase, prolapse and the like, is easy to cause incarceration, necrosis, infection, gynecological inflammation, perianal eczema, vegetative nerve disorder and other systemic diseases, can cause anemia of different degrees after hematochezia for a long time, and even has hemorrhagic shock to endanger life; when the haemorrhoids are necrotic and seriously infected, the general infection can be caused by a blood system, the consequence is serious, the improper prevention and treatment can seriously affect the life, work, study and health of patients.
The census data indicate that the incidence of anorectal disease is 59.1%, with hemorrhoids accounting for 87.25% of all anorectal diseases, and internal hemorrhoids accounting for 52.19% of all anorectal diseases. The incidence rate of hemorrhoids in female patients is 67%, the incidence rate of hemorrhoids in male patients is 53.9%, the hemorrhoids are more common in 20-40 years old, and the hemorrhoids become more prevalent and gradually worse with the age.
Currently, treatment for hemorrhoids focuses on the elimination and relief of symptoms, and takes precedence over conservative treatment. Methods for treating hemorrhoids include surgical, oral and topical medications. The operative treatment comprises operations, ultra-low temperature treatment, ultra-high temperature treatment, injection treatment and the like, mainly aims at patients who are not cured for a long time or have formed large mixed hemorrhoids or annuloid hemorrhoids and has the defects of pain, easy generation of complications, incomplete treatment, easy relapse, high cost and the like. The oral medication and the external medication comprise oral or external western medicines or traditional Chinese medicines, and mainly relieve the pain of patients by softening excrement and reducing the impact of defecation on anus haemorrhoids, such as Mayilong musk haemorrhoids ointment and the like, but the existing oral medication and the external medication have the defects of slow effect, difficult focus elimination, incomplete treatment, easy relapse, low cure rate, unsatisfactory curative effect and the like. Therefore, the research on the hemorrhoid treatment medicine with definite curative effect, low recurrence rate and high patient compliance is urgently needed.

1. The effect research of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating intestinal bleeding (hemorrhoidal bleeding)
The hemorrhoid diagnosis method comprises the steps of selecting 80 cases of outpatient medical records with the ages of 20-50 according to hemorrhoid diagnosis in Chinese medicine industry standard of Chinese medicine and anorectal disease diagnosis curative effect standard of China, which is formulated by the national traditional Chinese medicine administration of 1994, and randomly and averagely dividing the cases into 8 groups, a test group 1-4 groups and a control group 1-4 groups.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: test groups 1 to 4 were administered water infused with the herbal compositions for intestinal bleeding prepared in examples 1 to 3 and 6, respectively; the control groups 1-3 respectively drink water infused with the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating intestinal bleeding prepared in the comparative examples 1-3, and the weight ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition to the water is 1: 5, soaking for 10 minutes in boiled water, taking three weeks as a treatment course, drinking the soaking water twice a day in the first week, 250mL each time, and drinking the soaking water once a day from the second week, 250mL each time; in the control group 4, HUAZHI pill is orally administered at a dose of 3 g/time and 2 times/day.
Observing haemorrhoids hemorrhage at 7, 15 and 21 days after administration, and removing haemorrhoids (score 0) according to 3-point method (4 level); mild bulging of hemorrhoids with no bleeding (1 point); moderate bulge of hemorrhoid and contact hemorrhage
(2 min); haemorrhoids were severely elevated, jet bleeding (3 points), scored and compared (n ═ 10, X ± S), and the results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 haemorrhoids bleeding status of each group
7 th day after administration Day 15 after administration Day 21 after administration
Test group 1 1.51±1.297* 0.35±1.363** 0.07±1.005**
Test group 2 1.50±1.362* 0.40±1.289** 0.08±1.011**
Test group 3 1.49±1.496* 0.38±1.358** 0.07±1.003**
Test group 4 1.71±1.291* 0.58±1.212** 0.13±1.005**
Control group 1 2.01±1.253 1.23±1.218 0.79±1.008
Control group 2 1.98±1.258 1.36±1.223 0.80±1.011

Observing the symptoms of a patient with rectal cancer postoperative hematochezia after taking the medicine for one course of treatment, wherein the evaluation standard of the curative effect is as follows: the bellyache and the hematochezia are respectively or completely relieved and disappeared to be effective, and otherwise, the bellyache and the hematochezia are ineffective; the results are shown in table 2:
and (3) healing: the symptoms of abdominal pain and hematochezia disappear; the method has the following advantages: the abdominal pain symptom disappears, and the hematochezia symptom is relieved; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms of abdominal pain and hematochezia are not obviously improved.
TABLE 2 post-operative hematochezia status of various groups of rectal carcinomas
The number of healed people Number of effective persons Number of invalid persons
Test group 1 6 4 0
Test group 2 8 2 0
Test group 3 8 2 0
Test group 4 9 1 0
Control group 1 5 4 1
Control group 2 4 4 2
