Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine enema for treating chronic proctitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chronic proctitis is an inflammation that occurs in the rectum and can cause pain, bleeding, and can cause rectal discharge and mucus. The disease can be caused by the persistence or repeated attacks of acute enteritis, and the course of the disease is more than 2 months. Chronic enteritis can be caused by long-term over-fatigue, emotional agitation, excessive mental stress and malnutrition. In addition, the disease can also be secondary to diseases such as chewing disorder, gastric acid deficiency, postgastrectomy, intestinal parasitosis, and the like. The disease is mainly characterized by four symptoms. 1. Alternating constipation and diarrhea; 2. the stool contains mucus and blood filaments; 3. when in defecation, the anus is scorched and painful, and the epidermis around the anus drops due to the stimulation of secretion, so that the anus is cracked and itchy sometimes; 4. abdominal distention, inappetence, weight loss, and general discomfort.
Due to the fact that chronic proctitis often causes polyp hyperplasia, ulcer bleeding, perforation, malignant transformation and the like, full attention is paid to and the treatment is actively carried out. At present, the best method of western medicines is to apply medicines such as antibiotics for treatment. However, the medicines have large side effects, and can treat the symptoms and the root causes. Chronic proctitis belongs to the disease categories of 'intestine ', 'dysentery', 'hematochezia' and the like in traditional Chinese medicine and is mainly caused by internal injury of various substances caused by cold and uncooked food or internal retention of damp-heat toxin in viscera, downward flow of the damp-heat toxin in large intestine and intestinal organ injury. Clinically, diarrhea, hematochezia, abdominal pain, anal tenesmus and even pain are the main symptoms. The traditional Chinese medicine has small side effect, but most of the existing medicines have slow effect, so that a novel traditional Chinese medicine is urgently needed to be developed.
