技术领域
本发明属于奶粉技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉及其生产方法。
背景技术
营养是人体不断从外界摄取食物,经过消化、吸收、代谢和利用食物中身体需要的物质来维持生命活动的全过程,它是一种全面的生理过程,而不是专指某一种营养成分。各种营养素在人们的体内都扮演着重要的角色,缺少了任何一种都可能会对人的身体产生一定的影响。
奶粉是以新鲜牛奶或羊奶为原料,用冷冻或加热的方法,除去乳中几乎全部的水分,干燥后添加适量的维生素、矿物质等加工而成的冲调食品。奶粉的主要营养成分包括蛋白质、脂肪和糖类等,营养价值高,适于不同年龄阶段人群的营养补充。
儿童阶段处于生长发育快速阶段,身高体重的增长,智力视力的发育,消化系统和免疫系统的不断完善等,都需要营养作为物质支撑。普通奶粉适用于大部分人群,而儿童奶粉则根据儿童生理特点和营养需求特别研制,能满足儿童对基础营养+功能营养的需求,营养更全面,更有针对性,儿童膳食结构中非常重要的营养补充食品,对于促进儿童的生长发育和提高免疫力具有重要作用。免疫力好的孩子,对外界的细菌、病毒等病原体抵抗能力强,过敏反应少或没有,一般不容易生病,或是生病后能较快痊愈,反复感染几率低,病程周期短,症状轻。基础营养主要包括:碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂类、维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维;功能营养主要包括:成长力、智视力、肠动力、免疫力相关营养成分。中国营养学会对学龄前及学龄儿童的“膳食指南”也推荐要“每日饮奶”。
目前市场上,存在许多品牌的儿童奶粉,这些儿童配方奶粉大多以补充蛋白质、维生素、矿物质及DHA为主,但功能营养不够全面。因此,提供一种可全面增强智视力、肠动力和免疫力,同时提高抵抗力和促进长高的儿童奶粉具有重要意义。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,发明人根据《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》及儿童的生理特点和营养需求,通过大量试验对奶粉配方进行筛选和优化,提供一种功能营养全面、提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,符合《GB 19644-2010食品安全国家标准乳粉》,还可针对性补充成长力、智视力、免疫力等相关营养成分。
本发明的目的将通过下面的详细描述来进一步体现和说明。
本发明提供一种提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,包括如下组分及其质量份数:全脂奶粉25~35份、脱盐乳清粉25~35份、脱脂奶粉16~25份、低聚异麦芽糖6~12份、浓缩乳清蛋白3~6份、复合维生素0.1~0.4份、复合矿物质0.3~0.8份、二十二碳六烯酸0.12~0.25份、花生四烯酸0.12~0.25份、酵母β-葡聚糖0.06~0.12份、水解蛋黄粉0.01~0.02份、叶黄素0.02~0.06份、N-乙酰神经氨酸0.008~0.015份和益生菌0.03~0.06份。
成长力方面,本发明使用的水解蛋黄粉可刺激骨芽细胞,促进骨骼增长因子的产生,促进骨骼的成长,促进钙的吸收,同时抑制钙的过度流失,从而促进骨骼的成长和健康,促进长高。智视力方面,本发明使用的叶黄素可维护视力持久度,提高视觉反应时间,减少视觉伤害,同时具有较强的抗氧化能力。肠动力方面,本发明使用的动物双歧杆菌BB-12可维持健康的胃肠道菌群,改善肠道功能,防止腹泻,减少抗生素治疗的副作用,提高机体对常见呼吸道感染的抵抗力,同时降低急性呼吸道感染的发病率;低聚异麦芽糖:“双歧因子”-促进人体内的双歧杆菌显著增殖,抑制肠道有害菌及腐败物质形成,增加维生素含量,提高机体免疫力,且抗龋齿性甚佳。免疫力方面,本发明使用的乳铁蛋白:哺乳动物乳汁天然存在的一种活性组织,具有促进铁吸收,抗微生物,免疫调节,抗癌抗氧化,促进骨骼生长,调节肠道菌群及促进肠道细胞增殖及分化等生物学功能;N-乙酰神经氨酸(燕窝酸)属于神经发育营养素,可促进大脑神经细胞的信息传递速度,提高智力和记忆力,增强机体自我保护性免疫,抵抗病原体,促进肠道成熟,增强免疫功能及促进认知发育;酵母β葡聚多糖体具有较强的增强免疫、清除毒素、抗辐射、修复细胞、抗氧化的生物活性。

优选地,所述复合维生素包括L-抗坏血酸钠、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、醋酸维生素A、维生素D3、泛酸钙、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇和叶酸。
优选地,所述复合矿物质包括氧化镁、焦磷酸铁和氧化锌。
优选地,所述益生菌为动物双歧杆菌Bb-12。
优选地,所述提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,还包括乳铁蛋白0.01~0.03份,或乳铁蛋白与α-乳白蛋白的组合物0.01~0.03份。
此外,本发明还提供提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉的生产方法,包括如下步骤:称取全脂奶粉、脱盐乳清粉、脱脂奶粉、低聚异麦芽糖、浓缩乳清蛋白、二十二碳六烯酸、花生四烯酸和酵母β-葡聚糖,混匀后,均质;然后,加入复合维生素、复合矿物质、水解蛋黄粉、叶黄素、N-乙酰神经氨酸和益生菌,预热干燥后,搅拌均匀,灭菌,即得。
优选地,所述预热的温度为40~50℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果包括:本发明提供的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,含有低聚异麦芽糖、水解蛋黄粉、叶黄素、动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、N-乙酰神经氨酸等功能营养成分,可针对性提高成长力、智视力、肠动力和免疫力。本发明提供的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉营养丰富、全面,维生素A、维生素D、维生素B12、泛酸和钙的营养素参考值(NRV)%超过50%,不添加棕榈油、香精和色素等对人体不利的成分。本发明提供的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉色泽呈均匀一致的乳黄色,具有纯正的乳香味,无酸味,异味等不良气味,粉末均匀,无结块,经搅拌可迅速溶于水。

可见,本发明提供的奶粉具有营养丰富、全面的优点,含有针对性提高成长力、智视力、肠动力和免疫力的营养成分。
测试例二增强抵抗力和促进长高测试
测试样品:以实施例一制得奶粉为样品组,以等量市售儿童奶粉为对照组。
实验动物:以质量为18~22g的小鼠为实验动物,40只,雌雄各半,随机分为2大组,每大组又随机分成2小组进行试验,每小组10只,雌雄兼具。根据实验小鼠的进食量,设计最大剂量为10g/d,直接喂食,连续30天。
增强抵抗力功能评价:包括血清溶血素测定:血凝法,抗体生成细胞检测:Jerne改良玻片法。
增强抵抗力功能评价结果:
(1)样品组对小鼠血清溶血素产生的影响结果如表2所示:

上述测试结果表明:在小鼠血清溶血素测定实验、抗体生成细胞检测实验方面,本发明提供的奶粉具有明显提高抵抗力的效果,明显优于市售儿童奶粉,且具有显著性差异。
此外,对食用本发明提供奶粉的儿童进行定期随访,结果发现:食用本发明提供奶粉3个月后,各年龄段儿童均实现了长高,且长高平均幅度比食用常规儿童奶粉的长高平均幅度高0.08~0.65cm。可见,本发明提供的奶粉具有明显促进长高的效果,促进长高效果优于常规儿童奶粉。

2.根据权利要求1所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,其特征在于:包括如下组分及其质量份数:全脂奶粉32~35份、脱盐乳清粉32~35份、脱脂奶粉18~22份、低聚异麦芽糖7~10份、浓缩乳清蛋白3~5份、复合维生素0.1~0.3份、复合矿物质0.4~0.6份、二十二碳六烯酸0.15~0.20份、花生四烯酸0.15~0.20份、酵母β-葡聚糖0.06~0.10份、水解蛋黄粉0.01~0.02份、叶黄素0.02~0.06份、N-乙酰神经氨酸0.008~0.015份和益生菌0.03~0.06份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,其特征在于:包括如下组分及其质量份数:全脂奶粉33.3份、脱盐乳清粉33.3份、脱脂奶粉20份、低聚异麦芽糖8.2份、浓缩乳清蛋白4份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质0.5份、二十二碳六烯酸0.16份、花生四烯酸0.16份、酵母β-葡聚糖0.07份、水解蛋黄粉0.02份、叶黄素0.04份、N-乙酰神经氨酸0.01份和益生菌0.04份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,其特征在于:包括如下组分及其质量份数:全脂奶粉32.8份、脱盐乳清粉32.8份、脱脂奶粉21份、低聚异麦芽糖8.0份、浓缩乳清蛋白4.1份、复合维生素0.3份、复合矿物质0.5份、二十二碳六烯酸0.16份、花生四烯酸0.16份、酵母β-葡聚糖0.07份、水解蛋黄粉0.02份、叶黄素0.04份、N-乙酰神经氨酸0.01份和益生菌0.04份。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括L-抗坏血酸钠、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、醋酸维生素A、维生素D3、泛酸钙、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇和叶酸。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,其特征在于:所述复合矿物质包括氧化镁、焦磷酸铁和氧化锌。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,其特征在于:所述益生菌为动物双歧杆菌Bb-12。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉,其特征在于:还包括乳铁蛋白0.01~0.03份,或乳铁蛋白与α-乳白蛋白的组合物0.01~0.03份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:称取全脂奶粉、脱盐乳清粉、脱脂奶粉、低聚异麦芽糖、浓缩乳清蛋白、二十二碳六烯酸、花生四烯酸和酵母β-葡聚糖,混匀后,均质;然后,加入复合维生素、复合矿物质、水解蛋黄粉、叶黄素、N-乙酰神经氨酸和益生菌,预热干燥后,搅拌均匀,灭菌,即得。
10.根据权利要求9所述的提高抵抗力和促进长高的奶粉的生产方法,其特征在于:所述预热的温度为40~50℃。
